Never give up as my wife wanted to do. Washing dishes and ring went a few rounds with a garbage disposal. You guessed it, the ring lost. I brought it in and asked if they would give it a shot as this was sentimental to my wife. After showing it to the jeweler they took on this project. The first is of course the devastation and the second held in hand was only 3 hours later as they wanted to verify her size. And the final is just amazing. Sometimes you might want to give up but I'll tell you always bring it in. Customers for life.

I have been shopping at Mitchener Farrand at least 20 years. The quality and unique designs put the store at the top of my list. My wedding ring is their custom cut Round Forever After Diamond. At least once a moth someone comments on dazzle of the diamond. The best part though, is the customer service. They continue to go above and beyond with every thing they do. Hands down, the best place to do any business with. Rick is the gentleman that’s helped us both times. He is the best. I lost my wring and found out that I didn’t have insurance on it, so I was naturally denied a replacement. I went back and explained my situation to them. Not only did they sell it to me for the original price, from when I first bought it. Now understand, with inflation at 40 year high, that ring was worth over $1,000 more than it originally was. Had it resized because it slipped off from my finger from being too big, brought the price down even more. I ended up saving like $1,700 for my ring replacement. We will do ALL of our jewelry purchases from this place, from this point forward. Couldn’t be anymore grateful, thank you!!!!
