    ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I will never purchase anything from here again and regret even buying my fiances wedding band here! I send my wedding bands and engagement ring to be resized which took a MONTH! They came back resized and sautered together! I now had been without my rings longer than I even got to wear them. I was told they would be rushed to the shop and fixed and I'd have them in a week. I called and said that was not a rush and needed them sooner. An associate said I'd have them by Thursday (this was Monday). When they didn't have them then I was given a tracking number which did not work and told by the Manager I'd have them that Saturday....that didn't happen. I was told they have them Monday...the shop didn't send them back so someone had to go pick them up and I had to wait around to get them finally. I was given my rings with a pathetic apology and no compensation for the inconvenience which I had been promised! I'm only giving them a star because I have to! DO NOT GO HERE IT IS HORRIBLE

    CONSUMERS BE CAREFUL! We purchased our wedding rings at Kay Jewelers. When we made the purchase, we also purchased the lifetime warranty which had the requirement of having our rings inspected every six months. We fulfilled this requirement for 15 years. Upon the last inspection, the technician knew that a prong was broken on the ring but sad the stone was solid. Sadly, the 1/2 carat heart shaped diamond fell out of the setting and was lost seven months after this inspection. I called this store and continued up the chain, requesting that the care plan be honored. I was only told that I could purchase a new solitaire for $2,000 because I was one month past the inspection. So, after having the ring inspected for 15 years and the technician knowing a prong was broken, Kay Jewelers said they would not honor the purchased care plan. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE and I will continue to advise others to choose a jewelry store that will honor a warranty. It is obviously all about the money and not about the customer at Kay Jewelers.

    Horrible customer service. Just stopped there minutes ago with my wife to get her ring replayed and possibly upgraded. The two female employees saw us and never once offered to help, but after another group of customers came in minutes later they quickly offered assistance. Racist towards an interracial couple? Stereotyping because of our attire? One can only assume so many things. I am far from pleased and regret the thousands I've spent there over the last 5 years. Blatantly disrespectful.

    Horrible place to shop for rings ..customer service is definitely racist no eye contact when entering especially if you are a person of color....My fiancee and I walked away they immediately lost our business we will take our money elsewhere where green is the only color that matters!

    So disappointed in the service I had here. Went in while my mom was shopping to get my ring cleaned. The lady asked me if I bought it here I said yes, then she started questioning me saying it didn't look authentic. I always have the yellow information from where my fiancé bought my extended warranty plan so I handed that to her and she was still acting as though it wasn't one of their products. My fiancé spent $2,000 with this company and they can't clean my ring? I'll stick with the Kay in Stillwater, much friendlier and easier to deal with.

    Worst experience ever. After being told my wedding band would arrive in about two weeks I was given several different excuses and lies as to where it was or what had happened. At first, it was on back order. Then to it was discontinued. Then on to it will be sent in the next week or two(like 5 weeks after my first initial visit). At which point I no longer wanted to do any kind of business with them. So my wife said cancel the order completely. Then today I get a call saying if I want my money to be put back on my credit card I have to come back up and sign paperwork..... for a ring Ive never seen or held yet... seriously... is that even legal... do not go to any corporate jewlers... let them dry up and file bankruptcy already...

    I always have a great experience at Kay. They are very focused on guest satisfaction. I will only go to Kay for all my jewelry needs. I've been to all the locations in okc metro and so far so good.

    I have been going to this location for years. This location has only seen two managers since I started shoping there in 2005 which is nice because that shows me that the store is well managed. I have had very few issues with their service. When they have repair shop issues they do comunicate with me and keep me posted on what is going on with my pieces. They have called me on many occasions to let me know about big sales that are coming up (which I appreciate because I am a avid jewelry consumer). Everyone at this location is friendly and knowledgeable. I am a happy Kay customer!

    I highly recommend coming to this awesome Zales first. After spending the entire day engagement ring shopping with no luck. we decided to just “stop by” this Zales location on the way home. We walk in and danielle shows my wife the ring of her dreams. A princess cut 3 stone past, present, future ring. Exactly what she wanted. Plus it’s on sale. Now the purchase discussion. Dana the manager was a wealth of knowledge. Especially about the financing. She made the whole process as painless as possible. By the end we had the perfect ring in layaway soon to be ours. But mostly happy wife happy life. Thank you two so much you guys are great and so helpful. I will always come here first for all my future jewelry needs.

    Walked in asking where the Disney villian collection was, 3 associates in the store 1 busy with a customer, the other two acted like it was a toss up who had to come over, the girl who helped us was nice but her product knowledge was very poor. The one remaining associate remained behind the counter looking at me my friend and her daughter as though we were trash... after over 10 yrs of jewelry retail experience this was one of the saddest stores ive ever been to...absolutely no drive and no desire to make money...I'd rather order it online then ever go in there again...zales used to have a high standard for great customer service, not this location though. Not sure whom is over this district but both zales and Kay's have poor customer service which is really sad because Ifully intended ro leave with new bling. Maybe I'll try helzberg diamond instead...

    Very very Limited products. I waited for over 20 minutes and didn't receive any kind of acknowledgment. Staff appeared to have no idea what the hell to do. And a male worker...possibly manager just stood and watched. He didn't do a damn thing!!!! The very worst Kay Jewelers I have ever been to!

    I love this Zales. The customer service is better than other locations. They're friendly, not pushy to make you buy anything and when I go in for my inspections they are quick and thorough. Had a prong that I didn't even notice was wearing down that they caught and had repaired before any stones were lost. I highly recommend this jewelry store.

    Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Bought my soon to be wife's engagement ring here, with the protection plan. Brought the ring in to be cleaned and inspected in February, the associate told me not to worry about the paper that I was given with the protection plan. In June the diamond fell out and could not be found. We brought in the ring thinking it would be fixed under warranty, but since their associate told me not to worry about the plan sign-off sheet, there was no record of it ever being inspected. So we were told that we would have to pay for it out of pocket. This was frustrating, but then they took over a month to get a quote out to have the ring fixed and the diamond replaced. Keep in mind, we called every week in this month process, finally we got a quote and they were attempting to charge well over what we paid for the ring to have it repaired. The associates at this store were not receptive or helpful in any way. They would tell us they would have answer by the next day, but we would never hear back from them. We returned the bands that we had purchased, and got our diamondless ring back, a month closer to our wedding with no issues resolved. The warranty plan IMO, is a sham and is just a money grab by them. i could not get a straight answer from the associate why the ring was not covered under the protection plan, when it was their associates screw up, but I was unable to get a straight answer. The level of incompetence that was displayed has completely turned me off from giving this company or any of their afiliate companies which are below, any of my money. I do not recommend shopping here to anyone. I feel like I was treated very unfairly, and that Zales did not keep their word on my purchase.     Had forgotten my card at home and was getting a last minute gift on a budget, it felt like where ever I went I was not going to find anything but Jessica was so patient and helpful with me. I found the perfect ring at the perfect price, I’m just very grateful I found the right place. They had Apple Pay, a bunch of beautiful options, honestly a great experience.

    Purchased my son’s class ring from here. Two weeks after wearing it stone fell out. Took ring in and lady charged dad to replace the stone…. Now I am irritated but let it go. He picks up ring and it looks like a Lego piece is placed in it. An uncut stone is added. I have only used zales for 25 years and I will never go back and do any business with them.

    Savannah demonstrated exponential customer service when it came to my service experience!! The whole staff as a whole made my day when they laughed at my cheesy jokes!     Not happy with them I bought the lifetime warranty on my husband's cross necklace and the Jesus fell off and they can't do anything unless I have the Jesus and all they wanted to do was reattach it themselves. This was last September i bought it and it just fell off I won't be doing business with them again and it should be mentioned what the lifetime warranty covers.

    You can bring your 3rd or 4th wife here. I've been married many, many times and each time I get married, I shower my newest wife in jewelry. Kay Jewelers is always the place I go, and this store is absolutely the best. They really back the Kay brand. The management doesn't care that I've spent a large fortune on their jewelry. They treat everyone like a million bucks. Sometimes I wear my usual tuxedo right in the store and sometimes I wear my wife beater. No matter what, they treat me the same. Seriously, the managers here take their job very seriously. Even though I'm on my 4th marriage, they treat my wife's engagement ring as though it is a very meaningful and sentimental centerpiece to our matrimony. The selection is great. Neil Lane is my current wife's favorite. She loves that "vintage glam" look. The pricing is so reasonable and the diamond warranties they provide are absolutely a great bargain. They not only sell awesome jewelry that my wife loves, but then they continue to care for it with their extended warranty whatever it is called. I never, NEVER, NEVER buy warranties. I wouldn't even pay insurance if I could get away with it. They're scams if you ask me. But not this. This warranty or lifetime whatever it is called takes care of our jewelry forever! FOREVER!! When I want to shower my current wife with jewelry, I'm coming to THIS store and seeing Jim! I will continue to buy from this store for each and every one of my wives!

    Ordered two of my wedding bands Sept 30th and i called the week of the 13th when my first ring would come in and they had to send my ring right back because a diamond fell out. got my first ring Oct 20th finally. I called last week and a lady told me it still wasnt in and they would call when it was. I called today and another lady told me the ring was not in still and they would check the back again to see what was going on, 20 min later the lady called and said the ring was in, it had been in the back in a bag with no info on it. Very horrible service from any jewelry store i have been to. also,They do not call to let you know that your purchase is in once its arrived back at the store.

The jewelry here is reasonably priced and does not cost more than any other jewelry store in this mall. I have been here many times for several items and will return.     I was at Kay Jewelers today and was surprised to see an associate there walking around the store bare foot. It was disgusting and you'd think that an employee anywhere would have shoes on, especially in a jewelry store. You would think they would be more professional and hold themselves to a higher standard. If you want to be bare foot, don't work at a jewelry store then.

    The worst possible store to shop at, they wont take my return cause they claim they dont have enough money in the store to do a return and its Only for 76 dollars. The other store that i brought stuff from right next to the took my return with no problem, first thing in the morning!!! Absolute a terrible place to shop, i would never shop there Again, cause i specifically asked them before the purchase and they said they will take it back no problem, and never mentioned nothing about the return policy that said anything about taking the return back Only if they have enough money in the store, or i would have never shoped there to start with.

    Bought my fiancee ring here from very nice woman a black tungsten ring super helpful lady assisted us . Went back to purchase my ring kept being told should just shop online. Seemed extremely annoyed when we asked for assistance in figuring out ring size. Ordered online guy was to rude to be in sales.

    Don't bother going, they wont be open as advertised. You'll end up waiting over 30 minutes and still they ignore you and the money you would have spent. Not open at 10am, not open at 11am, not open at 1130am... wasted my time... Not going back. I encourage you to find a better business elsewhere.

    I had a wonderful experience with Kyndal. I have been looking for a ring for awhile for my 12th anniversary. I didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg for a ring, but I also didn’t want to settle for average. I went to several stores and felt rushed and pushed. Kyndal didn’t rush me or push me and when I finally found the right ring she knew it by the way my face lit up. I would recommend this store to everyone!

    Made a trip out there 2 times and every time it was closed. The open hours on the website doesn’t reflect on the actual piece of paper that is clued on the window at the store. Is it too much to ask to change the hours accordingly to website to avoid customers wasting their time and money going out there? Unprecedented times calls for a little more effort to keep customers informed.
