I
am
not
one
to
post
bad
reviews,
but
my
experience
here
was
incredibly
disappointing.
My
fiancé
bought
my
engagement
ring
from
Pandora
(with
a
warranty),
and
not
a
month
into
wearing
it,
my
ring
started
losing
stones.
We
went
in
to
the
store
this
week
to
see
if
they
could
help
us
fix
it
or
replace
it
and
the
MANAGER
immediately
turned
us
away
without
any
helpful
explanation
or
advice.
I
had
been
incredibly
careful
with
my
ring,
but
in
less
than
a
month,
it
had
a
slight
bend
in
the
band,
and
the
manager
explained
that
the
warranty
would
not
cover
that
(which-I
can
understand).
What
I
cannot
understand,
however,
is
how
a
manager
can
speak
to
customers
in
such
a
rude
manner
and
then
not
offer
any
helpful
advice
moving
forward.
Word
for
word,
the
manager
said,
“let
me
put
it
this
way,
you
don’t
buy
a
brand
new
car
from
a
dealership,
wreck
the
car,
and
then
walk
into
the
dealership
expecting
a
brand
new
car-it
doesn’t
work
that
way.”
I
can
respect
a
warranty,
but
I
CANNOT
respect
a
manager
who
treats
customers
so
poorly
with
such
an
attitude.
Thankfully,
there
is
a
Zales
in
the
same
mall
so
my
fiancé
and
I
took
our
business
there.
