    "Top notch" Customer service with the lovely Lesly!! She's definitely found her calling representing Pandora! My hubs and I just strolled by this afternoon "just to look" and we left the mall with my "dream necklace"😭 I'll definitely be back!!! Cheers, Sapphire Packard💙

    I am not one to post bad reviews, but my experience here was incredibly disappointing. My fiancé bought my engagement ring from Pandora (with a warranty), and not a month into wearing it, my ring started losing stones. We went in to the store this week to see if they could help us fix it or replace it and the MANAGER immediately turned us away without any helpful explanation or advice. I had been incredibly careful with my ring, but in less than a month, it had a slight bend in the band, and the manager explained that the warranty would not cover that (which-I can understand). What I cannot understand, however, is how a manager can speak to customers in such a rude manner and then not offer any helpful advice moving forward. Word for word, the manager said, “let me put it this way, you don’t buy a brand new car from a dealership, wreck the car, and then walk into the dealership expecting a brand new car-it doesn’t work that way.” I can respect a warranty, but I CANNOT respect a manager who treats customers so poorly with such an attitude. Thankfully, there is a Zales in the same mall so my fiancé and I took our business there.

    I’ve bought tons of pandora rings have always loved them !! My boyfriend was like well we will get you a nicer more expensive one I’ve had it a day and it’s turning my finger green ! Come on Pandora ! Have you changed your jewelry?? Never has this happened before

    I love my pandora rings! My favorite is the rose gold band of hearts ring that I got for me and my friends! Downside is the outside rubbed off and rusted from how often I wore it I guess? Just ordered another and it’s on the way though.

    This used to be my favorite store, but the quality and customer service have gone downhill so much. Tammy upsets us even before we entered the store, when she rudely asked my friend to “back up” when she leaned forward to look at one of the display while we were waiting in line at the door. Can’t believe a manager can have such unprofessional attitude. Other staffs are also cold and rude, they seem extremely bothered when we asked to look at several different options, didn’t give us any suggestions, just “that’s all we have” when we gave them some preferences. When we asked to get our jewelry cleaned, they refused saying that they don’t offer jewelry cleaning during sales and holidays, even though the same lady was cleaning SOMEONE ELSE’S jewelry before us. We did not spend thousands of dollars here to get this kind of treatment. Very disappointed.

    My boyfriend bought a ring and an associate promised that it’ll be shipped. Was ordered on December 9th and it said arrival was December 13th. Never got the package nor a ring. Got a confirmation email but thats it. Im disappointed

    to start off, this is not the first bad experience i’ve had in this store. the first time was back in june i went in to get the ring my boyfriend had gotten for me replaced because even though i had only had it for a few months and took really good care of it, the rose gold plating on it was rubbing off & my stone was loose. i spoke with an associate and the manager who both told me that it was just “wear and tear” even though i had only worn it a handful of times & took very good care of it. they replaced it for me, but the manager was not very nice to me about it. she gave me an attitude and said that they would replace it but if something were to happen to it again, i’d be sol. and then I went in yesterday and purchased 4 charms and got the free limited edition holiday bracelet as part of their current deal. everything was fine. went home and decided to come back today and get a smaller size as i thought the bangle was prettier on its own and i didn’t want to put charms on it. so i came back today and the girl who swapped the sizes for me kept insisting that i keep the size i originally had even though i specifically said more than once that i didn’t want to add charms. i know it’s part of their job to upsell and get you to come back/buy more. but i spend 160$ in there yesterday. all i wanted was a bracelet with a bit more of a snug fit so i could stack it with other pieces. i don’t know what it is about this store, but a majority of the girls that work here (management included) is just really, really unfriendly. the one girl i actually liked seeing when i went in left & now i absolutely hate going in here. even if it’s just for a cleaning. i know it’s the holidays and everyone in retail is stressed (myself included) but this is a year-round thing. this store really needs to work on its customer service.

    I love shopping at Pandora for cute and personal gifts. Today I came during to an advertisement sent to my email to receive a jewelry box with purchase. Made my purchase but was told they are out of jewelry box. This is 2nd store that I have had this happen at. I hate that they promote things but don't have enough supplies for the demand.

    Pandora is an amazing store but when it comes to Management here it's seriously lacking. How are you going to set up an interview and not even be there at the store at the time you (the manager) suggested very unprofessional. Pandora should seriously consider choosing a Manager that actually knows what they're doing because Tammy's lacking in this area hope all the other customers/guests are treated differently.

    My sister ordered a ring for her best friends birthday and the delivery date was pushed back four times. Pandora issued a refund without my sister asking for one. She emailed them and they weren’t helpful in the slightest. They only gave a 15% discount and the ring came 3 weeks late.

    Went in to have a bracelet cleaned. I have only had it for about a year and it looks awful. The girl cleaned it and handed it back to me looking the same. She told me if I wanted a deeper cleaning to look like it did when we bought it, I would have to come back on a different day next week when they weren't having a sale. Then she said oxidation makes all of the bracelets look that and I could buy a cleaning kit for home. Since it was the same kit she used in the store, I didn't think it was worth it.

    Customer service was good, but the store is small and cramped. Selection if jewelry was so so. Overall experience was ok, but this store is not somewhere I would go out of my way to visit again.

    Cant go wrong in here, always tasteful stuff. Judy took really good care of us, we wore her out for a few hours and ended up making a purchase finally. Judy hung in there though, she never complained, just worked her tail off and got us to something we liked.

    Th assistant manager wasn’t cooperative with me. All I wanted was to exchange an unworn ring and she didn’nt help and said i couldn’t do so. I was told she would ask her manager and get back to me but she never did. I came myself a couple weeks later to the store and the manager was kind enough to do it with no problems.

    This was my first experience in a Pandora Store and unfortunately it will be my last. I walked into the Penn Square Store at about 2 pm. A stone faced associate with a pad and pen informed me there was a 20 minute wait to see an associate. I have worked in retail for 20 years. You have one chance to welcome your customer. There wasn’t even a “Welcome to Pandora”. Clearly they have more business than they need so I will buy my jewelry elsewhere.

    Waited for a while which is no big deal, but when salesperson helped someone who walked in after me, that was not great and if I am in there for 10-15 min it would be nice if one salesperson said I will be with you in a bit, or at least acknowledge a customers presence with a head nod or something.
