No customer service at all, not even a hello (how difficult is it to muster up that...). My wife and I were the only ones in the store on a Tuesday afternoon. Two employees were there, one of them was on the phone talking about how their wisdom teeth were bothering them... Even checkout was cold. Of course I wouldn't expect full on conversations, but no acknowledgement at all!? When we shop at Claire's again most likely it'll be a different location.

Fun place to take a little girl to get her ears pierced!! It was a little pricey but her parents had prepared for the event. It's sad but I don't see that shop being able to stay in business much longer at the prices they charge. They had at least 3 girls working they could have had just 2 and saved money there instead of charging more and having 2 employees sitting and visiting with each other behind the counter...IMHO.

Took my kiddo in for her ear piercing, and had a great experience with the ladies at this location. My girl was pretty anxious, but they handled so well!! We will definitely be back to visit when we are in town. Great selection, customer and everything! Thanks ladies!

This is just about the cutest store ever! Danielle and Alexis were so friendly and helped my 9-year-old pick out the perfect accessories for her outfit. Love this location!!

As soon as we walked in we was greeted. Lots of people in store and they still took care of my daughters ear very quickly.

This place my daughter's were in love with. They have great deals here and beautiful things if you have girls, they will just love everything. Right now they have a sale that I got my kids, of three different racks that spins, you get 12 items for 12$, and there was so much to choose from. My daughter's found earrings, hand soap, soap holders, hats, you name it. Their earrings are priced great here as well if your looking for any stuff earrings there are literally so many! And if you have a child like mine so only wanted one ear pierced, they have a selection for that as well! One ear piercing selection I believe is what it's called. Lots are stainless steel some are ear sensitive, so lots to choose from without worrying about sensitivity from metal reactions. 10/10 go here!

This was the 28th of August 2023 around 3. There were two young girls working the store. One of which had a rude behavior about her, and the other one was nice and helpful. The rude one didn't want to bother with my ear piercing questions. She gave me looks like she didn't understand my english. Or as if I didn't know what I was talking about. She just didn't want to bother with me at all! Horrible to say the least. She needs to be fired!

Got my daughter's ears pierced and it took Forever the girls breath stunk so bad and then she messed up my transaction, because she told me I would get a 20% off total purchase which was a lie and did not include the piercing which she lead me to believe. So she had to call a manager while she had a super long line waiting on her, only to get $1.75 back. Only 2 employees is not enough to deal with piercing and the amount of volume of customers they had. Horrible service!
