The woman with very short black hair with a streak of red, can ask me for my money to donate but she can't punch my free shirt card? She gave me a story and said I don't know who did it for you but I cant !.. but yet if its buy two get one free they punch out the free shirt , i payed for both!! I asked for my money back ! Didn't she purposely toss my change and receipt into my hand in the rudest way ! SPENCERS you need to watch your cameras! I also caught 3 employees standing around with a giant pile of shirts no even being folded or put away , and I was even greeted! Watch your videos you'll see ! Good prices on sale items. My wife found some funny t-shirts here and we found some cute ones for our daughter.

You can buy stuff with cash but if something doesn’t fit they will only give you store credit. I got another shirt and they still owed me $3 and would not give it in cash. The employees hate what they do for a living and are no help. Their moms should have swallowed.

Horrible. Was followed and watched the whole entire time. Got tired of it so I went to leave and the worker ran to the door and demanded I open my bag. So unprofessional

I wish I could give 0 stars. The employees working were no help. One guy was leaning on the counter talking to the other employee and the other was on his phone.... I won't be going back. I'd rather go somewhere else where they are actually helpful and care about their customers!

Horrible is all I can say we took shirts back to exchange I paid in cash had receipt and they gave us a gift card so we come home found the shirts online used the gift card order went through then he got a confirmation that it was a no go!! I just got off the phone with the corporate office all he said is they are having problems on that note if they don't have it in the store dont buy it thinking you can get ot online

Wonderful selection of adult products and the employees helped me with everything I needed. Just flabbergasted today because a customer brought a 4 year old in and went right to the adult toy section where I was. Worst parent I've ever seen, almost gagged. I'm shocked Spencer's let's kids under 16 come in.

Cool little store. Spencer's has been around forever and hasn't changed much. That's ok! Good place to get fun and bizarre gifts. Definitely more of a "mature audience" store. Staff was cool at this location and store was clean.
