I’ve been buying Kate Spade accessories for years and have to say I was extremely disappointed with the customer service at this store. I’m a young, black woman who was never greeted or offered any assistance at this Kate Spade location. I’ve lived in NYC and shoppes the staple Kate Spade location there, where I was treated with respect. It’s 2020, stop assuming by someone’s look whether they can or can’t afford something and greet everyone who comes through the door.

The manager on duty was rude and disrespectful towards my husband and I. I was told I could for a price check and the manger belittled me and profiled me in front of other customers and her staff. All Because we asked for a price check. I then left the store and then 10minutes called the store on my cell phone. I spoke to her and told her that the actions taken towards me were in called for. I explained how it made us fell but her apology was horrible. The other employees were wonderful and we're very helpful and respectful. I gain nothing from making this up, I hope others read this and if happens to you speak up for the both of us!

I don’t shop at the outlets much as it’s pretty far from my home/ work. I had such a great experience, employees were very helpful. Face masks here benefit mental health and are the bests masks I’ve found anywhere since this pandemic started. Such great quality, definitely beat any other I’ve purchased. Like all the other Kate spade products, so well made and look great after being worn daily and then crammed in my small purse when not in use.

I recently visited the Kate Spade outlet, I was extremely excited since I’m a huge fan... and it was my first time in the store since it opened last year... upon entering the store, I was never greeted, by ANYONE!!!! And I saw at least 3-4 associates... I proceeded to look around, not being familiar with the store, I had some questions, I was never approached, and everyone seemed to busy themselves when I came in their direction... becoming immediately annoyed, I left the store... without anyone ever saying one word to acknowledge my presence or exit!!! I think I will stick to the website!!! I wish I could give a negative star!! Horrible treatment of patrons

10/10. Employees are welcoming and informing on new deals and collections. Great variety of purses. Love coming here!

Shopping is fun for me and as a prior retail manager I may be more critical of this issue. Every time Ive gone I’ve been followed around the store, and asked what they can help me with by every employee on shift, and then they take turns asking me a 2nd time within 10 min.This is not customer service, that is not retail service, it’s not personable, and it makes me uncomfortable and has made me question if they are profiling me as a thief. I would love to spend my money here, but if this hoovering style of retail service is the expectation at Kate Spade, that will just be a brand I own very little of.

I wish I could give them a zero they were super lazy and rude to us . Second time a Kate spade store was like this they lost my sales . Went to coach and Vera Bradley . They need to think about what they say to customers . Will be going somewhere else to get my purses from now on and selling all the ones I have

Second time I’ve been in store and they have very rude to me or my family. Had to have a bag fixed magically my archive receipt disappeared. The ladies at the Thornton Colorado store will getting my business from now on. Dark hair manger was rude!

Incredibly Rude. The sales lady wouldn’t let me come into the store at all I got there 30 minutes before closing and she had an attitude and said these are my last customers for the night. Planned on spending some money here but not anymore.
