I love this Lucky store. Such great prices and excellent deals. I can always find plenty to wear at the Lucky store. They always have a well stocked clearance section. I love the lucky Jewelry as well. I can always find very cute and stylish earrings bracelets and necklaces. I just shopped here a couple of days ago and they had so many great deals and discounted items. I got several pair of jeans and a few dresses and sweaters for work. I also bought a beautiful casual men’s flannel shirt that I love, also at a great price. I regularly check in at the Lucky outlet store. When I need something in particular for a special occasion, the main manager has always helped me find great outfits. Several times she’s even taken me in the back room too look for specific things that were not on the floor. It’s my Go-to when I need an outfit for an occasion and I’ve never left empty handed. Love this store and the employees are so helpful. They can find anything you need and quickly!!

Bought a hooded shirt from them. 10 days later they sent me an email advising a $15 price drop. I requested they refund me the difference. They refused, claiming their policy was only to honor price drops seven days after a purchase. Last time I do business with LB.

Terrible service. "Zarea" at the OKC outlet location forced me into store credit (instead of the refund due per company policy) for a denim return that was within the 60-day extended holiday window. Claimed its a "system problem" that she cannot correct due to "the buttons programmed into 'the system'". She supposedly called customer service to assist or override, but she was very casual on the phone as if she was speaking to a peer her, and proceeded to tell them i was insistent on a refund, like it was a personal request which was out of policy. Very bold. I recommend shopping elsewhere where the location follows the company direction. This one has attitude and is not honorable.

This lucky outlet store might be cheaper than a regular lucky store but you can go to Sam's and get any Lucky Brand shirt for $10 they have the shirts there are 25 and up and that's with the discount the sales lady there was very pushy about buying stuff and I don't like that

Audrey made the experience of buying Jean‘s great! She has great knowledge of the products and was able to size me up as soon as I walked in. I had a pair of lucky jeans that I loved growing up as a kid, unfortunately I wasn’t able to find that exact pair but they did have a wonderful selection and I ended up coming out of there with two pair of new jeans.

I got the best customer service here and it was ten minutes before close! They didn't care helped me find 2 pairs of pants and a top. Enjoyed the experience and will go back. I would recommend the shop.
