I like Versona, I like the way it's laid out, and I like most of the selections. What floors me is that virtually every time I go in to any location, there are 2 - 3 staff on duty, and yet customer service is just about non-existent. I always get a friendly greeting, a general question if I need help, then I can never find a clerk after that. I have to go find one to either let me in a dressing room or to check me out. It's so frustrating, and I know I would likely go more often and buy more if the customer service was consistently good instead of consistently bad.

This is one of the best places to get your women's closing. tthey have a great selection and the people that work here are very knowledgeable. One of the employees took time out of her busy schedule and and explained me a lot about some pants I was trying to buy for my daughter. My daughter was very happy with what I got her. Jewelry here is nice and this place is super clean and well organized.

I've shopped in this store numerous times and never had an issue but recently they apparently "mispriced" something on their sale rack and wouldn't stand behind what they had marked it. When it rang up more on the register the employee refused to change it to the price that was on the tag. I won't shop there again. Not worth my time or money. There are plenty of other stores.
