WOW!! Shelby and Leah are always Fantastic!! They called my wife twice in a 10 Day period about her Torrid Cash and the sales going on!! Went in on 10/19 and the Original Price for everything was around $660 or so and after the Torrid cash and discounts we spent $280 out of pocket. I really like how Shelby and Leah talk to us husbands about things for our wives and whats coming and how certain things feel on our wives to educate us and make sure we buy a good gift for Birthday or Christmas!! Highly Recommend!!

The gal in here today was an awesome clerk!!! Very helpful, and kind mannered. (Hot pink hair and cute fun ink, sorry forgot her name, I think it was Leah). Highly recommend and we will return in the future.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the service was awful 😖 one lady got so mad that I interrupted her conversation she walked off. I felt bad for the lady that was working with her 😕 I had 3 dresses 👗 and 4 tops ileft them there and went to Lane Bryant 😳

Didn't have a great selection of style or size in their bras. Staff was unprofessional, carrying on a side conversation and when one finally approached me, her tone was condescending and annoyed. She also kept talking extremely loudly, even though the store is less than 50x50ft. I can hear you just fine in a normal tone, and I don't need you shouting my business to the rest of the store.

They are having some great sales right now. Buy one Get one half off store wide. 70% off of clearance. The dressing rooms are also open and they offer sizing but due to COVID you'll have to size yourself or bring a friend.. my hubby enjoyed this part! Lol

We went in for an outfit for my friend, we had an associate help us find a pair of jeans. That was the end of her help. She didn’t come back to check or participate in helping us find an outfit. We ended up going to another store.

I was excited coming all the way from Mississippi to the outlet only to get disappointed because they only had 00-3 sizes there and the store was crowded and very small could not even buy panties there

I love to shop at Torrid is has so many great clothes to offer big beautiful ladies! Clothes that don't look like they came from the 1970s or something your grandparents would wear. They are trendy and sexy and amazing.

Super cute clothes for curvy girls. I usually have better luck online because they have more than in-store. Thye are pricey but not bad if you can catch a sale.

I was not impressed with the attitudes of the staff last night. They were not friendly, they looked incredibly unhappy to be at work, they treated me like I was a big inconvenience to them, and talked to me like I was garbage. I’ll never shop at this location again.

went in to torrid over the weekend to look around. Found a few shirts to wear to work, which i was thrilled about! Had a few good sales on clearance as well! Only complaint is the full price on items is a little high.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff; Katelyn,is a hard worker and loves what she does , i can simply tell by her dedication and willingness to help customers. I called about an order not displaying in my account, and was surprised be the help offered, she obviously is a person that shares the same beliefs as I," Treat others how you would like to be treated ". Sounds simple because this is what they teach you in kindergarten, right, but a lot of people now a days Don't. So I'm grateful when I can experience this treatment. 🙏 Don't let anyone change you! I'm still waiting for my order but she made my day over the phone.

I buy from Torrid alot. Almost every item I own is from Torrid. My only complaint about this particular store is that it is very very difficult to find most options over a size 3. I’ve been to other stores in other states and the selection is amazing!! Just this one rarely has anything in the size I need so I have to order online when I only live about 15 minutes away.

Okay. So I’m a curvy women. I love my curves and I love shopping here. The cloths are good quality, they always have a good sale going on and the women who helped me was amazing and patient. I wanted a white button up and some new jeans and I got just that! I love the staff and how clean everything is. This is my all time favorite store.

The clothing is rather high-priced. I feel that many plus-sized clothing stores overprice their inventory. There were 2 employees. One was polite, friendly and helpful. The other was standoffish and not friendly. I worked retail many years. If the staff is not cheerful and kind, they should not be in that line of work. I won't be back.

I shop here pretty frequently. This location use to be my favorite. But the last two times there has been an employee that is rude to me every single time. The tall girl, longish hair and I think she has glasses. Rather it’s her following me around the store, her being condescending, or my online order being wrong. I came in asking for black shorts, mind you she watched me the whole time and then with her smug face asked what she could help me find, then when I told her what she could help me find and she was very condescending and acted like she could care less. Then this last time I placed an order, one of my shirts said out of stock. I come in not only do they have the shirt in my size, they have 2 of them. Then I said hey this said pending which usually means it’s out of stock but it’s right here. She said she didn’t know why and proceeds to check me out. Not only was the shirt double the price in store but she was rude….. I ended up just saying never mind and driving all the way to quail springs where they were pleasant. This is why torrid is struggling if it’s not for their out of date clothes, it’s their rude employees. I’ll be sure to figure out her name and complain to corporate. I know working retail is hard but I’m not one of those customers…. Don’t take your anger out on me. Also stop following and watching black people around its 2023!

What a great store! Lots of selection, great service, and I had a religious experience with the bras. A bit expensive but if you have the budget, it's a must for big girls that don't want to dress like old ladies.

0 out of 0 stars if I could. I was asked by the Store Manager Kristen, if I wanted to leave a shop bag at the counter so I could shop???? I have been a shopper at Torrid since Torrid first opened and have never been asked if I wanted to leave my bag at the counter. This stores manager needs diversity training. I am filing a complaint with corporate as well. The audacity of some people.

My wife and daughter love shopping here. They love the styles and the staff is always friendly and accommodating.
