    I joined this studio when it opened 5 years ago and make it a priority to enroll in all of Ashley’s classes. Everytime I think her teaching can’t possibly get any more challenging, she ups it a notch & off we go! Pilates has transformed my body, given me better balance & confidence!As a wonderful bonus, I have also met such lovely women and made lifelong friends! CPNH offers various memberships, but the Unlimited is a great value! They also offer a wide variety of classes at various levels, so it is impossible to get bored. If you want to meet new friendly people in a safe, clean environment, please join us in a class. You will feel welcomed 😀 and encouraged and you’ll be glad you did! 💪Can’t wait to meet you there!!

    I have finally found a way to get a fantastic workout. I was in a very bad car accident in 2012. Unfortunately my body has never been the same. I can modify the workouts to accommodate my body. Love it! Can’t say enough great things about the instructors as well. Favorite instructor is Ashley, cause she is the toughest!!!

    So I've been attending Club Pilates about 2 times a week and really enjoy it. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable& recognizes that everyone is at a different level. When I try a class for the 1st time, I make sure to let the instructor know & they give me an overview or modifications for my level. Heather is an awesome instructor. Try a class at Club Pilates.

    I absolutely love Club Pilates! I wish I would have known about Pilates 30 years ago. The instructors are great each bringing a different variety of moves that never gets boring or mundane plus there are classes from beginners to acrobats. I am thankful for the comrodery with fellow members as well as the benefits of weight loss and improved muscle strength and tone. It's a definite win win place!

    I have been attending Club Pilates Nichols Hills for over 1 month now. Pilates has changed my body in the best way! It stretches me out and makes me feel toned and like my body is aligned. The Club Pilates instructors are second to none! They are always helping to make sure your body performs at its best and they help you every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

    My husband and I love Caroline at Club Pilates, Nichols Hills. She speaks clearly and always changes things up. We leave feeling so much better and full of energy. We always seek her classes out because she is so friendly and helpful.

    Ashley Smith is the best instructor ever! Such a warm and friendly atmosphere! Love love love Ashley’s classes! She always challenges us, while being incredibly encouraging!! Ashley always challenges us and makes us better!

    Jan is the instructor that introduced me to Pilates and I appreciate how she explains the movements & techniques. She always shares the body parts that are being worked and challenges the class with the routines. I'm loving Pilates and wished I had tried it 🙃 earlier in my life. Thanks Club Pilates. I'm hooked. Oct2023...still loving Pilates. ❤️ All the instructors are good. Recently, I have been attending a few classes led by Jacie. She is teaching me so much about the dynamics of the human body. I find myself really listening intently to her instructions and my mind checks to see if my body matches what she said. She will graciously come to my rescue anytime I am not quite sure of what I should be doing. The "Elvis Pelvis" was my most recent challenge....whew!!! Loving my progression.

    I LOVE Dallas’s workouts. I started in February and feel the improvement’s each week. So many different varieties but definitely helping a variety of my opportunities. I am obese and have a history of lower back/sciatica/whiplash all of which is much better after enjoying classes usually 2x/wk. :-) My body is self adjusting into alignment ❤️ Although I have not been on the scale my clothes are feeling progress!! Thanks Dallas for the challenge and genuine care.

    Club Pilates Nichols Hills is just what I needed for my exercise routine. Ashley is a fantastic instructor. She’s always wanting to know how you feel so she can tailor her instructions to your needs. She gives great instructions so that you are doing the exercises properly and in good form.

    Club Pilates was a pleasant environment and I honestly only had one bad experience with one instructor. However when you are part of a company you are a representation of them and unfortunately that bad experience just put a bad taste in my mouth and I made a decision not to continue. I will say my results were fast when going consistently and I enjoyed the experience.

    Club pilates is my favorite place to work out. Ashley Smith is the best pilates instructor! They have a great variety of classes: from traditional, challenging reformer classes to cardio based classes to stretching & restorative classes, you’ll find what you need. The studio is very clean & they take necessary precautions to keep everyone safe.

    I am not one to post reviews but I feel it is necessary when people need to be recognized. Club Pilates located in Nicholas Hills is very friendly and professional including the receptionists, Hey " Mary" to all the instructors with a special shout out to Ashley and Cindy. I of couse, am new to pilates and look like my own personal circus in the corner of the room with my legs flailing, and my arms swinging. However, I do feel the stretch my core muscles and glutes are on feeling it as well. Although, I am a circus I am not alone the instructors are incredible and make me feel so comfortable and are constantly insuring me " I Got This!" I Love Pilates!

    Pilates has helped me find my strength back after an accident almost 700 classes and getting stronger every time. Keeps my mind healthy and instructors are always there to make sure your alignment is the best. Instructors are the best!!!

    Jan is a 10/10 Pilates instructor. I have been taking 1.5 classes for about 6 months and didn’t start seeing real results until taking classes with Jan. Within 3 weeks of taking her classes about 2x a week I started seeing amazing results - more definition in my abs, legs and glutes. But she doesn’t mess around - get ready to feel the burn! You will be sore afterwards, you will sweat and she will challenge you. But thats what we are paying for right? If you want to get more bang for your buck take classes with Jan!

    Visiting OKC and was hoping to get into a few Pilates classes. Thank you for the help, David. The instructor was wonderful...good pacing and pleasant voice. I just loved Caroline!

    Pilates has become my new addiction! Back in April I had to have a new ACL placed, stem cells placed to repair the torn cartilage and my knee cleaned up. I was on crutches for 3 months and they said it would be a full year to 18 months for my knee to completely heal. I started Pilates to rehab my knee. When I went back for my one year check up my Orthopedic Surgeon, he told me joining Pilates was the best thing I could have done. It has been a wonderful experience. The instructors are amazing. I hit my 100 goal and now I am on to the next goal of 250. I encourage you to try it. You will leave wanting more.

    Caroline is the BEST! Not only is she an AMAZING instructor, she is also caring and compassionate. On a personal note, Caroline has changed my view of myself bc her classes are not for the faint of heart. So I appreciate that, but I also appreciate her for the genuine care and concern she personally tunes herself into when made aware of some limitations I may have. . She’s a FIVE star babe all day everyday!❤️

    I recently attended Jan’s Pilates class, and it was absolutely fantastic! Jan is a knowledgeable and engaging instructor who creates a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. The class itself was well-paced, challenging, and left me feeling refreshed and energized. I highly recommend Jan’s Pilates class to anyone looking to improve their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. It’s a 5-star experience all the way!

    I’m not really a gym OR group class type of person, and I previously thought Pilates was just froofy exercise for people who aren’t serious about working out, but Club Pilates changed my mind on all of that! The classes are enjoyable and go by quickly, and it’s SUCH a great toning workout! It is way harder than some gym workouts if done previously, and you feel so great and refreshed after. I’m sure you’d get a dream shape if you did a one-hour class daily. I hope I can work toward that. Jan is a fantastic instructor although they are all great!

    The teachers at Club Pilates Nichols Hills and Edmond are awesome. They truly care for their clients' wellbeing and are always willing to offer advice and answer questions. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming too! I always enjoy the classes as well as the community. Club Pilates also offers a broad variety of types of classes as well as several levels, which means that it never gets old and there's always something new to learn or try! I'm a dancer who joined Club Pilates a year and a half ago to help with rehabilitation of a back injury. It's helped so much and I've seen great improvement in regaining strength and flexibility. I highly recommend Club Pilates to anybody!

    I love Pilates at Club Nichols Hill, the entire staff is so professional, friendly and approachable! I love both of my instructors Caroline and Jan ! They both have a very intentional and professional coaching style!!
