Way to go Sam’s club. Products that people could easily pick up at the store now it’s only available by shipping and of course you’ll have to pay a shipping fee if you’re not a plus member. (Wonder if they’re playing these games so everyone pays extra to become a plus member). Now, not only you pay shipping for the same items that you could buy in person the shipping is also always delayed and see the pictures I’m posting the way items arrives. Box was also almost destroyed upon receiving it.

Store is good however some employees are rude and not professional.. me and my family were having lunch sitting in the cafe tables and there was a small incident with a child dropping his drink on the floor not a big mess however the cleaning person who was an older African American man who was on the cleaning machine got extremely upset and began cursing while cleaning.. totally unnecessary everyone there could hear what he was saying and there was a lot more families with children there hearing this.. not acceptable at all . When I called to report the manager was careless and didn’t take it serious.

Easy access from major roadways and close to food and other shopping. The store is clean and organized. Lots of selection on items from food to clothing and household items. The staff I interacted with were courteous, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended for any shopping needs.

I went to buy an item they have on display as if for sale and they don’t have any within a 30 mile radius. They also can’t tell me when they’ll have any I stock They also can’t seem to sell the display. Sounds like bait and switch to me and fraud

This is our store of choice. I have a couple of suggestions however. 1. The rotisserie chicken needs more cooking time. The last couple of times we’ve had to “cook” the chicken. There was blood at the joints. 2. The floor machine needs to be scheduled for the time with the least store traffic. Again we really enjoy this store and the staff are great. Good selection of food stuff. My wife always says we’re just getting a few things and that means a full basket.

The store itself is ok however the cafeteria people are ruthless and always have nasty attitudes specially the young black lady .. I had an incident where I got the worst treatment just because I asked for a large cheese pizza without cutting… she gave me dirty looks, nasty attitude from the beginning and just a horrible experience over all even the person that was behind me noticed the unpleasant and unnecessary attitude she was giving and made a comment about it.. this young lady definitely has a problem working there as is not the first time she acts rude towards everyone… when I reported it to the front I was told they always get complaints specially about her.. I hope they do something about it as this experience has pushed me to not go back there and buy anything else from Them anymore unless she is no longer there.. beware and get ready for nasty looks and attitudes!!!

I love shopping at this Sam’s Club. The staff is always super friendly, they can really go out of their way to take care of your needs. On multiple occasions the meat department, food court and, the pick up staff have always gone above and beyond what is asked of them. The prices are always competitive and the food always fresh. I highly recommend this sams club to everyone I know!

Store has a new layout and has a lot of new products. Cashiers were very attentive and friendly. Bakery was nice and the new dairy section was great.

This Sam's club location is consistently great. The only slight minus this time was having only one employee watching the self check out. With multiple lines having problems at the same time, this caused unnecessary delays.

They have a really nice selection of food, decorations and housewares. The only downside, IMO, is they drop items. They had really good vegan queso dip, and also seasoned black beans, in a bag, but they no longer sell either. It's difficult to lose something that you really like.

I wish they had more variety of fruits and veggies. They have plenty of bulk food. They are almost always out of half and half creamer. Decent savings for large families.

Sam's is amazing and dangerous all at once! Do I need an entire half of a salmon for just me & my hubs? Of course not,... but it's only $14 so I'm getting it- this is always how it goes 🤷🏽‍♀️

Shout out to Derrick, Faryn, Ryan, Eddie, Izzy, and one other gentleman who we weren't able to get the name of! My cousin and I came to purchase a couch last Friday, and Derrick and the other gentleman worked hard to get the boxes down for us! We didn't realize how big the boxes were going to be, so when we needed help breaking down the box to unload the parts one by one, Faryn, Ryan, and Eddie so kindly and patiently helped us! At first, the parts didn't seem like they would fit, so they even tried to help us by recommending that we rent out a Home Depot truck. Izzy was so patient and kind as he put our disassembled couch on hold, while we tried to figure out how to transport our couch home. When we weren't able to rent out the truck, we tried again to get the parts to fit, and they finally did with the help of all of these kind, patient, and strong men! Izzy was super accomodating, as he allowed parts of our couch to be on hold at the store as we made two trips to bring the couch back to our apartment. We wouldn't be able to enjoy our couch now without all the care we received that day from the amazing staff we met! Thank you guys a bunch! :)

I have to say I was pretty impressed by the savings. It was pretty clean the associates were very friendly and helpful I actually felt like a member.

My wife's battery to her vehicle had died and she needed to get it replaced because of it still being under Sam's warranty. I called them prior to going to Sam's and once I arrived the shop manager was very friendly and courteous to me, and replaced it without any problems. A Big Thank You the Shop Manager!

I love this store, but lately the young man cooking the whole chickens is not making sure they are cooked. Twice this has happened to me in the last month. Very dangerous and disappointing! Always between 6 and 7pm.

This Sam's Club location was adequately stocked at the time of my visit. The snack bar, like all Sam's Club locations, has issues with the line in the snack bar area backing up. This is something Sam's Club needs to address. Getting around d the lines can be a pain. Other than that this location is more than adequate. The employees provided adequate customer service. Update November 2023: Reduced the overall rating from four stars to two stars. During a recent visit, received the worst customer service from an employee at this location. Highly recommend not using the scan-and-go function at the Cafe until this location retains their employees on how this is supposed to help customers avoid the long lines. The employees specifically a young female, ignored the scan-and-go pickup line there were at least two of us, and would make eye contact with us shoot a dirty look that we were there, and turn around before we could say anything. It took n over 15 minutes to get some response out of this employee. Being busy is no excuse for not at least saying well be with you in a minute, or taking a minute to see if the order is simple like a drink cup. Overall this Club has deteriorated since my last visit, the club is not stocked as well as it used to be. The inexcusable poor customer service is reason enough to avoid this location. I'd recommend the location on North May in OKC, better customer service and tends to be much better stocked.

I have grown to hate Sam's Club. I am amazed that you can not contact Sam's Club as an alternate person to pickup an online order. If you pull up to pick up groceries your wife ordered you WILL NOT have a way to contact the store. No phone number on the signs. I had my wife call them to check In last time and set for 1.5 hours before Sams employee finally addressed me sitting here and she advised they didn't check on me because the phone "my wife's phone" wasn't geo located in the area yet. Worst over sight I have had to deal with yet.

Shop here all the time. Came in needing groceries and also a tire rotation and leak repair. Tire tech says they are booked up until later and I realize I don't have time. 15 min later he finds me on the complete other side of the store. He says someone canceled and he can get me in now. What a guy! He didn't have to go and do all that but I am beyond grateful! Thanks, homie 💪

We love this store. It's always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. We buy all of our produce and meats here because they are always fresh and affordable.

It's ok here. Not really saving much on most items you are buying in bulk here. I did the math on most of the things I was comparing and you really only end up saving a couple bucks here vs buying the equivalent amount of that item at Walmart, except you are spending way more for that item due to it being bulk. Each item here is generally $10 and up so if you buy 10 things here you spend at least $100 or more but didn't get a variety of things. I find myself easily spending over $200 here each time I go but I only need to go about every 2 weeks. Another disappointment here is, due to the state law apparently, they do not carry liquor like the Sam's where I came from. This is unfortunate because the liquor at Sam's and Costco in other states is priced amazingly. Oklahoma does allow beer and wine sales here though and I do find it is priced much better than liquor stores for the most part. Costco has much better selection of beer and wine though. Also I'm disappointed at the food court menu selection at both Sam's and Costco, though there is more variety on Sam's menu than Costco's here in OKC. I really wish Sam's would offer the fresh acai bowls though, they are AMAZING at the stores in other states.

The very first time l visited Sam's Club l was overwhelmed with the variety of items and the prices. I love the fruits especially the variety of grapes and apples. The prices for the amount you get is unbelievable. Shelves are always neat and well stock, isles are clean, and the best fresh meat department l have ever seen. Shopping at a store with quality products, reasonable prices and great customer service is a winner in my book. Oh, l can't forget the cafe. After shopping, stop by the cafe at Sam's. The cafe offer a variety of food where you can eat there or take out. The pizza is my go to treat every time I shop at Sam's. A large slice of pepperoni pizza is my weakness. So, so good😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋

Sam's reorganization of this club is good. The chilled produce and dairy coves are good but makes social distancing difficult. I checked out via the app and it's so easy.

You've been warned about this company. I don't know how Sam's Club lets this guy lie to loyal customers.
