Going here changed my life for the better, I never thought I would gain so much from a rehab... The medical team and staff are so caring and attended to any need I had ! The staff have all been through treatment themselves so they know what your going through, they are not anything but respectful,v friendly, caring, considerate and professional! I am so grateful for the time I was able to spend here, all blessings!... And the food was fantasticp! The food served here was not like school cafeteria or jail food, it was like amazing home cooking and I don't think we had the same meal twice in 30 said! Thank you ❤️

Landmark Recovery is not the fanciest with the most amenities but what it doesn't have it makes up for in treatment. Everyone that works there has been on the other side of recovery and made it out. They go above and beyond from the moment someone walks in to the time they leave. Coming to treatment the first time can be scary; New place, new people, trying to learn new habits and everyone greets you with a smile and makes a point of trying to make you feel at home and comfortable. The Director is also in recovery and is one of the most down to earth genuine people who takes pride in the facility and in her employees. The clinical staff is always there to get to the root of your problems and trauma to make your future brighter and goals and sobriety possible to achieve. The receptionists are welcoming and friendly to say the least. If you are thinking about where you might want to get treatment at, I highly recommend Landmark if you are serious about your recovery.

The staff is wonderful. Almost all of them are in recovery and understand exactly where you are and meet you there. They all work together as a team to help the patients be successful. The therapists are amazing, the food is great. The management care about each and every patient in the building and address their concerns personally. The patient advocates find great resources for each patient and help to individualize every patients discharge so they feel safe leaving. They are a light in the darkness.

I am from Phoenix and was in town for my grandmothers funeral. I relapsed after two years immediately after her funeral, locked myself in my hotel room for 5 days and did nothing but drink. I knew I had to sober up and the only way I could do it was remove any means to get alcohol. I asked my mom to take me to a treatment center with good reviews. Like with anything there were good things, but unlike a lot of things, I couldn’t really say anything bad about the place. Personality conflicts like with anything, but the staff was nice, the therapists seemed to care, and the ladies in the diner were kind enough to make me a special diet. Recreation in treatment centers can be quite challenging, but Landmark had a basketball hoop and a sand volleyball court outside…although the “sand” on the court was severely lacking. The rooms were adequate and clean, but I suggest bringing some nicer linens and your favorite pillow. I had been to one other treatment center in the past and the clients here seemed to be much more serious about recovery than the previous. The staff interacts regularly with clients and attempts to keep anyone from isolating. It wasn’t Club Med, but it was just what I needed at just the right time and I have been sober since the day I entered those doors. Sobriety date August 30, 2021.

Landmark Recovery is the best place I’ve ever worked. This company has put faith in me and has given me a chance to be the best employee I’ve ever been. My co workers and my bosses are so personable and friendly. Work environment is positive and productive everyday. We love what we do and it shows. I would recommend this company to anyone, I’ve had nothing but positive things happen since I’ve started working here. This company appreciates their employees and takes care of us!

This place is trash it’s an insurance farm their bottom line is pushing people in and out as quickly as possible to make a buck. The “classes” you go to are taught by people who don’t have addictions and understand them, and the “classes” start to repeat after a week or 2 so you’re “teacher” reads from the same 2-3 pages they did out of their “textbook” last Monday. Sometimes the meals consist of salad and a single breadstick, despite them making millions a year off people like you. If you’re looking to spend 20-30,000$ to learn less than you would anywhere else you’ve got the place!

I have been a patient at landmark twice. I originally got sober through landmark services January 28 of 2021. I relapsed right after Thanksgiving of the same year. Because of this things I learned while at landmark, my relapse did not last as long as it probably would’ve had I not been educated on relapse prevention and the stages of relapse while I was there the first time. When I reached out for help after my relapse, I was welcome back with love and acceptance, not the expected shame and disappointment. I love the staff and therapists at landmark and will always be so grateful that this where I began my journey through recovery.

It was what I needed at the time of my addiction I was headed back down a long road with alcohol and meth use. My health was declining and if I wasn't in the facility in Oklahoma City where there's access to bigger and I'd say better hospitals that saved my life because they was able to get me there whenever I had an episode at the facility. I stay in the hospital 5 days came back and finished that 50 days there with a lot more courage and an understanding of what I needed to do to proceed in my life.

This is possibly one of the best places I've personally been to, and I've been to many! The information and tools you learn here second to none. The absolute best part of the recovery journey were the techs. They actually care and are invested in each person that walks through those doors. They'll laugh and cry with you and rise to any crisis, real or imagined. Each person is unique and they can and will adapt. Highly recommended.

By far the worst experience of my life… I went in with the hopes of getting treatment for my addiction and received the opposite of that. The first negative thing that happened was that I had told them about an employee they had working for them that would trigger me into a mental breakdown if she came into the facility I was at. I literally flew across the nation to not have any interaction with her… one week in and I was told she was gonna be there. I once again expressed my concern with her coming there and was told to “get over it or go home.” This triggered me into a mental episode and was forced to go to a mental ward hundreds of miles away from home. The food was terrible, the cleanliness of the facility is nonexistent, and they treat you as if you are an inmate. I left Landmark of Las Vegas with more trauma than I had before I went in.

Landmark honestly has saved my life and allowed me to open my eyes and give myself 100 percent to recovery. Without Landmark I don’t think I’d fully commit to getting sober and having a plan to do so. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond. From the nursing staff to kitchen- all are there to help you. Most of the staff are in Recovery so understand what you are going through. My time was cut short due to insurance- and I’d give anything to have been able to do the entire 35 days. Since I’ve left they have kept in touch with me- they truly care. I’d highly recommend Landmark to anyone who is serious about getting sober. The curriculum is great- just go to group and get tight with the right people and you can succeed. Thank you to everyone at Landmark- I love you all!

Thought this was gonna be a genuine place. Nurses more concerned with bringing chick Fila in in front of patients and locking themselves out of their nurses stations ( where they keep medication) spent almost 3 hours trying to get in then the medication nurse Tyler straight up tells me, "this place is just a step up from prison, no one told you that"..., and while they're locked out they didn't allow smoke breaks so you have people freaking out about that and their medication. Had moved men right next to my room, 3 men, no locks on doors. The"court" outside is all dirt no grass, the older PEZ belittled patients and thinks she needs the last word. Their air conditioning is out in half the place so groups are mixed, can't get through a lesson cause the teacher won't quiet the upper people. Not a good place for just alcohol. The "doctor" looks at you from across a desk behind a computer for 3 to 5 tops and then decides he knows your medication you should take. Not to mention I am having to report him, Justin as how I've been contacting for two months to get my paperwork!! Oh, and when you get there they hold all of your belongings in a room and you don't get them for 24 hours so wear something comfortable and expect to be drugged the first two days so they don't have to deal with you, regardless of how many days sober you are going. They want you to replace your addiction with something they can profit from! Drugged me to where I was twitching and almost urinated on myself multiple times and the fact that no one listened was my last straw.. they know your name but assume everyone is there for drugs you're literally all lumped in one category no individual attention. I Was there two weeks and my assigned therapist didn't make time to see me once! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Landmark was not my first rehab by any means. But God willing, it will be my last. If it hadn't been for the staff at Landmark I wouldn't be sober today. I will have 7 months sober tomorrow all because of the support that I still receive from landmark. If you are someone who is struggling and hurting and feels completely lost the staff here understands and does not judge. Let today be the day that you change your life forever and finally find the peace you have been longing for.

This place changed my life in a major way. I went from being a dope fiend to holding a job down, getting into college, and working on starting a business. All do to the fact that these people actually care. They're not just there for a paycheck. Kaylee Walker runs that place with eloquence. Though she is the director, she doesn't make herself unavailable to any who need her help. I recommend this place to any and all who need help and feel alone. It is a life changing experience.

Landmark Recovery created the foundation that changed my life. What a remarkable place. I am truly grateful for the staff, the literature, and the knowledge at Landmark. I have stayed sober since being a patient at Landmark Recovery and I am living a life beyond my wildest dreams. Thank you Landmark, for investing in me and loving on me until I learned to love myself. You forever hold a place in my heart.

Overall great experience at landmark recovery. All of the staff were friendly and really seem to care throughout the process. The patient engagement specialists who the patients deal with every day are all in recovery and truly understand the different aspects of getting clean and sober. The weekly, individual therapy is amazing. Charity was great as a patient advocate and done amazing at setting up my aftercare plan after leaving treatment.

Landmark Recovery is great! The small group therapy sessions make for a more personal and intimate expeeience. Their entire staff are profesional and really care about your well being. Renee E. was my Patient Navigator and was the best! She answered all my questions and helped coordinate my insurance, disability, and even set up counselling appointments for me after I left treatment. I would recommend Landmark for anyone facing addiction issues.

Landmark scared me straight when I hit a bump in the road during the padimic..it was almost like being in jail. They held my personal belongings hostage to keep me from jumping the fence…. Food was nasty.. if you’re from out of town, expect to finish the program… Bye gods Grace, I’m still clean and sober 2 years later….
