Didn’t get her name but girl with the short green/blue hair & glasses got mad at me for saying no to the 5 different things she wanted to add on to my $95 purchase. I’ve worked retail and I would never exploit someone for their money like that. She had no shame, hit me with attitude several times and I know sometimes the customer is in the wrong but I was actually being polite the whole time, just trying to laugh it off even though she was pure cringe. She even tried to get my friend involved with her sales pitch and see if that would push me to say yes. No means no. But a girl with curly hair and green eyes was really nice and helpful while I was shopping, wish it was her that rang up my purchase.

The fastest exchange ever! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Even had to order one of the shoes I wanted. Super friendly and helpful.

Worst team ever Sara who is the store manager is very rude and needs to be fired. I will never shop at this store ever again. She talks bad about her team an the customer, she has no customer service skills. She’s racist who needs more knowledge on how to run a successful bussiness without being inconsiderate of the African American culture or just in general.

worst journeys i’ve ever been into. was never greeted or asked if i needed help the entire time in the store. picked up ten different shoes and was never asked if i wanted a size. one of the girls was talking about quitting while multiple customers were in the store. not to mention two girls were sitting on the counter top and NOT WEARING SHOES. another customer asked for a shoe and was given attitude. i came in wanting to buy multiple items but decided not to even ask because i know they work for commission and not a single person in there deserved the sale. do better.

One of the ladies that helped me was exceedingly rude and just seemed to ignore me or not care. I felt like I was unwanted in the store or that I was a burden on the employee just for asking to try on a single pair of boots. I asked for a half size, but I was immediately shut down and rudely told "there are no half sizes!". The tone was demeaning, so I took my business elsewhere. I gave one extra star because the guy that greeted us to the store was incredibly friendly.

Staff was very attentive. We were greeted, and staff went out of their way to have a quick conversation in the very busy store. I ultimately didn't make a purchase, but I'll definitely be back in the future.

The employees were friendly, courteous and professional. They had exactly what I was looking for. I can definitely recommend this store.
