Cool vibes and damn good tacos! First time visit, staff was friendly and the food choices were unique. Tacos were good and quality. The decor and little details like the pitch fork for handles and vibes here are cool.

If I could give this “restaurant” a negative five star rating I would. Never in all my life have I had the misfortune of visiting a “restaurant” like this. The term restaurant is in quotations because calling this hell hole a restaurant is the equivalent of calling a Tesla a1994 Chevy caviler. Your money would be better spent literally anywhere else. I cannot stress enough how incompetent, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional the staff are. Not only the cashiers and servers, this delightful trend continues through to management as well. In addition social distancing is not in effect whatsoever, employees who bother to wear masks at all do so incorrectly, further spreading this pandemic. Honestly something I've come to expect from a “quality” place like this. If you’ve made it this far do your self and your family a favor and go anywhere else, it could save lives.

Tacos where about six $ a piece and if you don’t do spicy food ,make sure to let them know to put salsas on the side … otherwise…. Food is simply delicious and establishment is clean

My first time actually going to Torchy’s was not good. The side of beans was tasteless and let’s just say ruined my stomach and I didn’t even finish 1/3 of the meal. It was also overpriced for the amount of food.

I’ve been to Torchy’s twice and wasn’t terribly impressed either time. The service is incredibly slow, and the tacos are very underwhelming. The first time I went it took forever to get food and they got my order wrong, and then the second time it still took forever to get my food even though the restaurant was dead and the guy who brought it out couldn’t even tell us which taco was which hardly and got part of the order wrong again. The tacos were bland. Just because you stack a ton of ingredients on a taco doesn’t mean it’s going to have flavour. Even the jalapeños didn’t taste like anything. The only taco we liked was The Matador off the secret menu. It’s the only one that had flavor and depth to it. It was just sad, and after two times of subpar experiences we don’t really want to come back.

This was something I was hesitating to try. But I was actually impressed it was really good. My favourite was the cheese and nacho dip it was genuinely delicious. Go and try them out! Service was alright.

My wife and I visited this place for the first time yesterday at around 3:30 PM and had a bad experience. We entered through the door closest to the bar. The bartender was just standing around and did not greet us. Her 4 customers who were sitting at the bar were already eating. We approached the front counter to place our order but there was no one there. We waited at least 10 minutes before some guy who looked like he could be the manager (more on him later) came to take our order. During those 10 minutes, there was another employee who kept messing with some dust pan. He looked at us but then just kept doing his thing. When the manager-looking guy finally came, he was less than friendly. He took our order and then went to sit a table to chat or interview some other person. Some time later our food was delivered to the table but we still had not gotten our drinks. We asked the food runner about our drinks and she just pointed at the bar. The bartender who had been standing around, left to go outside AFTER our drink order had already printed to the bar. We just kept waiting around for any other employee to inquire about our drinks while our food was getting cold. Some other lady finally came from the back and went behind the bar and made our drinks. The bartender then came back from outside and said "oh sorry, I didn't see that." During this whole time, multiple people came in and stood around waiting for someone to take their order. It was such a frustrating experience because the front was completely unattended and employees were nowhere to be found the whole time we were there. This happened at a very slow time when there were only about 2 other parties in the entire place. It made us wonder how much worse the customer experience would be at a busy time. Our food (although cold) tasted good but the terrible customer service ruined it for us. Needless to say, we won't be going back anytime soon.

Wow. I was blown away by how good the food here is at their low prices. I wasn’t really impressed with the Democrat, but the Trashy Trailer Park and the Tipsy Chick were unbelievably delicious, so I know I’m gonna be back to see what other gems they have on both their menu and secret menu. The kids’ bean and cheese soft tacos were huge for only $3 each. We also got their chips and green chile queso, and it was hands-down the best I’ve ever had. So glad my wife introduced me to this place! I’ll be back soon to try all the other tacos, two by two.

The most incompetent people behind the counter, walked in and sat there for 5 minutes without being served. Employees just sat there talking together like they don't understand what to do. I left, very ignorant.

This use to be my favorite taco place. Man have they gone down hill and fast. This a COLD taco for rhe second time being sent back. I normally spend about $100's here on taco when we come up, not anymore. Took the first taco back and the manager brought this back out and was like it was nothing new, not very customer friendly either. I mean how hard is it to make sure the food you are serving is at least warm, hot if possible. So so disappointing and sad.

They should call this place Frosty's Tacos instead of Torchy's because the Trailer Park taco I was served was cold. Then the Coke I got that was in a glass bottle was lukewarm for some reason? Other two friends I went with were disappointed in the food as well. The Mr. Orange taco tasted bad and the Grande Burrito wasn't even that big. Ended up leaving the restaurant angry and still hungry. The place is bland, uninspiring, and an insult to Mexican food. You're better off eating at a food truck for much cheaper or just going down to Mexico.

Tacos took forever to get out, weren't really very good. I come here pretty often and the service has just went downhill as of lately. I could understand if the dining room was full but there were only like 5 to 7 other tables, employees are all wearing air pods and don't really seem to care about customers waiting. 40$ on tacos and they come out half cold and I wait 15 to 20 minutes to get them. Definitely won't be recommending this place to anyone in the future.

The food was top notch and the team we met was excellent. Tylee the bartender took great care of us and made perfect drinks. And Que the manager made sure everything was going very well during our visit. This is a great place to hang and have some perfect tequila drinks with the best tacos in town.

I am so disappointed. I absolutely love Torchys and is one of my favorite places. But this location is the worst for cold food. I ordered take out and I only live 1 minute away. When I grabbed my tacos out of the bag the foil was not warm at all. And to no surprise at all my tacos were completely cold and my meet was hard. I ordered one beef taco for my daughter as well and she’s five. She did not want to finish her taco because her taco was cold and the meet the beef was completely dried out. We just threw it away. I don’t know who is making the food tonight but this is completely unacceptable to me. These are not cheap tacos and we did not get what we paid for. I didn’t enjoy anything I ate tonight unfortunately.

The food is great, absolutely great. The issue eating space was dirty and we had to ask someone to come and clean it. There were food dishes sitting at empty tables which attracted many birds. The place wasn't busy so it's disappointing that it wasn't as clean as it should have been. The bartender was extremely friendly and very caring, the type of interaction that lots of experience brings, she elevated the setting for sure.

Disappointing from opening to this point at this OKC location. Amount per taco has reduced by 50% at least and quality has suffered as well. Service at the bar has declined. Needs work starting at the top or will not survive. Seriously hope issues are resolved because TT can thrive again here as it once did.

Best veggie Taco i ever had in America, they have various options. Service was amazing. Highly recommend this place. Will try all Tacos in the menu soon. I tried there Independent Taco and Fried Avocado Taco it was super delicious.

Torchy's is amazing! Super tasty tacos and they have limeade in their fountain drink dispenser (which makes me happy), but this location in particular is 10/10. The staff were efficient and really kind. There was one staff member who deserves a special shout-out, Marcus, who helped me quite a bit (I'm disabled, so it means a lot) and made my visit spectacular. I'll definitely be back.

The green Chile queso started me onto a wonderfully slippery slope. A house rocks margarita , a carnitas taco and things are so happy on a Thursday afternoon. But then add Diablo sauce and the tipsy chick taco…bacon bourbon marmalade. Oh sweet baby Jesus. So good. A second house Rocks margarita and all is right with my world. Thank you Torchy’s for some of the best flavors I have ever enjoyed. Hey Guy Fieri check this place out!

I had the Brisket Taco and the Shrimp taco. The Brisket taco was amazing and it's my favorite so far. The Shrimp taco was not good. The Shrimp was cold and old, like it had been sitting out for hours. I'm gonna give it another chance though. There are so many things to choose from. It was hard to pick just 2. There is an Acholic beverage bar here and drink specials. I absolutely love this place. The staff is friendly and fast. You can sit and have a beer or cocktail while you wait on your food. They use the beeper coasters so you'll know when your order is ready. Cool lunch spot for sure. Enjoy!

I believe I got the Republican or Democrat not sure. It was the closest thing they had to street 🌮 tacos. It was ok It wasn't bad but it didn't have that kick either. And I'm kinda a tightwad and normally wouldn't go somewhere where 1 taco cost around $5 Atmosphere was nice and so was the customer service.

Food is great but the service was subpar. When I walked in no one was in line and there were 2 guys at the register talking and I had to wait 30-45 secs (which IS a long time to have a customer standing there) for one of them to even acknowledge me. The whole time they acted as if I wasn't there.

High prices for food the same quality as taco bell and poorly packaged had to peel my foil off my taco and it took 50% of the cheese with it

Believe the hype. They some of the best tacos in town. You are not going to find $1 street tacos here. These are gourmet tacos with a wide variety of ingredients. They range in price from around $3.5 to $6 a taco. They're a good size and well worth the money. 1 or 2 tacos will fill up most people.

Try the Democrat. Amazing. Really good drinks, awesome brunch. Cool, friendly staff. Never so busy that service suffers. Great family environment! You won't regret eating here!

Bit to much cilantro for my taste and it on almost everything. That being said they always cook it well, and make it pretty. My wife loves the place.

Pros: good salad, tacos I dined in a while back. They are right by my pedicure spot and Starbucks. I was impressed with their chicken salad it was tasty and satisfying. The service was prompt. I would love to go back to try their tacos!

Tables are cleaned and have been marked so it was easy to find a ready table. Folks are friendly and helpful. I didn't sit at the bar, so I can't comment on that except it appeared to be spotless! The queso and chips were great and different from other restaurant's offerings. Excellent! If you like spice, Torchy's is one place that can fix you up? After all, their name suggests they know how to make as hot as you want!

Besides the delicious tacos, you can’t say no to their incredible queso or don’t doubt the Airstream salad (with salmon is my fav). Also ask to see their “secret menu” for the specials!

Great food. But. Please, fix the hotness of the sauces. Some are actually spicy and some are not at all. You have the chilly meter next to them and I feel they need some adjustments.

The trailer park was great, but the vegetarian fried avocado taco is either okay or poorly made depending on your luck. Wouldn't recommend going here if you're vegetarian as its like their only vegetarian meal, or at least, taco.
