I am sooo disappointed in them!!! My daughter had a necklace from birthday a few years ago and a Christmas from few years ago. Went to have them repaired or replaced as they said it could. She drove from Norman all the way up to the city to be told they were fakes and no receipt no service. I was the one that purchased those in store one in their store exactly!! So you are selling fakes?!?!? Or was it because she was a teenage girl alone or of color??? Or both??? I’m very angry!

Terrible service.We were ready to purchase but no one would help us. I buy a lot of Kendra too bad we couldn't get help There were four employees that didn't think we made the cut and stood talking to each other. They seem to forget they are selling costume jewelry in a strip mall..shame.

I gave one star bc of this locations HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ive gone to this shop for years and I know they’re not the friendliest, but yesterday the way I was treated about how I asked about a price of an item that I didn’t know was apart of their real gold collection (and that wasn’t what I was looking to purchase at the moment) was appalling! Beyond disappointed.

I called to ask a question and the employee told me she could resolve it at the store. I drove 15 miles to the store for the manager to tell me I was given the wrong information and sent me home because she couldn’t resolve it. This is not the first time his has happened. Horrible customer service.

Such beautiful jewelry! I saw so many pieces I wanted, I got a beautiful pair of earrings with my birthday discount and was pleasantly surprised when the girl checking us out showed us some really pretty bracelets that are normally 40 something but with the birthday discount they were 20 something so I got one of those too! Everyone working was pleasant and helpful.

The staff is incredibly rude and not welcoming. If you look like you can spend a lot of money, they will pay attention to you. If you don’t, they’ll ignore you. I’ve never felt more ignored or dismissed. Will not return.

Most the time pretty good, but this last time would have been nice if you didn't harass and stalk me the entire time I'm looking through the store when I said I want to look, and then to say "no ill just get it for you" when I hadn't decided what I wanted yet. I'll go spend $200 elsewhere.

Ladies were very friendly and helpful! Got a very cute pair of earrings to give as a gift. They wrapped the earrings in store and I was ready to go to the birthday dinner! Perfect for a quick gift.

Went to go get match rings for chirstmas for friends and sisters a total of of 8 rings . They were just plan out rude didn’t seem to want to help me.

I went to get matching earrings for a necklace I had received as a gift. They didn't have them in stock, but they had the stones and the earring settings. I picked out the stones that matched my necklace and they set them in the earrings while I waited. Terrific experience!

I went in looking for jewelry to match my engagement ring for engagement photos (possibly wedding photos too) and the staff was so kind and helpful! They were not pushy and gave me many options and suggestions. They seemed like they genuinely cared that I found the right pieces. I look forward to going back!
