Alligator Alley

Pet store Pet supply store Reptile store

🫤 This place is dirty and disgusting! The animals look like they haven't had fresh water in so long! There are so many dead rotting bugs in the cages. The animals are fed pellets when they should be fed fresh fruits and vegetables. I would not recommend going here!! I have never been to a place like this before! (It was fun) It had tons of different reptiles and all of the housing, food, toys and decor for the little burgers. If I was going to get a reptile, I would personally get a gecko or a tree frog. They had more than just reptiles. They had ferrets, guinea pigs, etc.. the place was hard to find because the outside didn’t look like a store. The inside was clean for a reptile store, but need some updating in my opinion. I loved that we got to feed the alligator Martha. If you’re looking for a one stop shop to get everything you need to take care of reptile, including the reptile, this would be the best place in OKC.😃👍

I was there for about 30-45 minutes and not one person came and greeted me or asked if I needed help. I walked the entire store and walked passed everyone and nobody helped me. At the end when I saw an animal that I didnt know what it was I asked a lady for help and she told me to "hang on, I've got to go grab something and I'll be right back." I waited about 5 minutes and she never came back. I had to google everything in the store that I didnt know what it was. Me personally I'm not doing my shopping here for pets, material, or food for the pets. 0-5 starts I give it a 0.

I have bought my reptile food here a few times now, crickets and mice. And I have to say it's good quality compared to 3 other places I have gone. I have also found a few used enclosure items and they work well. I love checking out their animals, have not purchased one yet but they look healthy and well managed.

This place is such a hidden gem, so cool for all of the reptile & animal enthusiasts. They had so many cool things to look at & the prices are extremely reasonable. Any feeder type critters you may need I would highly recommend getting them from this place as well.

All things reptile. I go for snake food and thank goodness I don’t live far. The parking is a little difficult but it can be managed. Staff is very helpful and they also have a nice selection of reptiles to choose from.

This is the our only go to store for food for my granddaughter snake. No other store and OKC can beat them or their prices. Everybody is always friendly, very attentive and worth the go to

Very knowledgeable. Friendly Staff. I go there to get mice for my snake. My baby loved looking at the live alligators and touching the baby ferrets.

I used to rate them 2*s and stopped going. Now I've visited again a few yrs later and their animals seem much more content. Great job y'all.

Great place for all things reptilian, amphibian, rodent, etc. They are knowledgeable about the animals they have for sale. On the negative, sometimes they expect you to know as much as they do, and forget you might not be as informed. They are a wealth of knowledge. It's very fun to feed the gators and, when it's allowed, to touch the ferrets.

We love alligator alley for helping us care for our ball python. The staff is great. They are knowledgeable. My kids enjoy feeding the two alligators and visiting with the rabbits and other animals. Top reptile store in Oklahoma.

The starving alligators in tanks barely the size of their body fed by dog food should be all you need to know about how this store handles its animals. When I was last there, they had two separate alligators, both in tanks meant for fish. One near the front with a dog food dispenser on top, and the other in a back, dark corner that hissed if you got close. It's genuinely heartbreaking. I'm shocked this place is rated so high, especially when overlooking the animal abuse that's rampent in the store, it's just insanely cluttered. Old, unused terrariums just piled in the corner, aisles barely wide enough to shuffle through, the list goes on. This place is a massive fire hazard on top of the mile-long list of animal cruelty examples.

I love this place. Always would come when I was a kid. Budget friendly and don't have to worry about getting crickets, mealworms, or Dubai Roaches and majority of them are dead like in Petsmart. Con: The smell when you walk in hits you hard and can knock you out, but hey they have live animals in there so it is to be expected.

We love going here with our son. We recently adopted our newest family member, a hedgehog we named Yam from them. They are always very helpful. They take great care of thier animals. If I had to improve one thing it would be the parking lot is a little small lol. Other than that, they are great! You never know what little surprises are awaiting you when you walk in the door. They have everything from alligators (obviously lol) to guinea pigs and everything you need to house and feed them. I have been a customer for almost 15 years and will continue to be.

This place has real reptiles, mammals/animals. I was freaked tf out when I saw snakes in the back &I mean SNAKES! Seen alligators, as well. You can feed the alligators for $0.50 each - because there are 2 of them. The Guinea pigs were a cute touch.

If you need reptiles, reptile supplies, or even some small animal supplies, this is a great place to go to that isn't a big chain store and reasonably priced throughout!

Bought a rat pup from them, within an hour it died and seemed incredibly sickly even before purchase, my girlfriend (unknowingly) purchased it. My snake wouldn’t go near it. Actually loved this place, but after witnessing how they act over a 2$ rat, i’m good spening my money there

I've been going here for years. I get all my frozen rats from this location. I also got my Red Tail Boa from here about 4 years ago. I've always loved this place. They really are the reptile experts!

Really cool place to take the children to. They have a very large amount of reptiles and some other animals. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They even have a tank that you can feed an alligator! We can't wait to go back.

We have used Alligator Alley for years for food and supplies for our pet. We have never had an issue. This place is family owned and run. You can find reptiles, insects, amphibians, ferrets, hamsters, feeder mice and rats, guinea pigs and sometimes rabbits at Alligator Alley along with supplies and food for them. Definitely give them a visit!

Brian and his family have been in Okc servicing us reptile lovers for years and years. They are great people and super knowledgeable about animals. Their prices are great and they only carry the best for our babies, I would definitely suggest giving them a look!

I come here about every five days to pick up various things, usually crickets and food for my 7' boa (which I also purchased here when she was MUCH smaller). The staff is always very friends and helpful, while still being fast. Definitely the best place to go for your more exotic animal needs!
