This was a good place to stay for the price and the location. The pool had issues getting dirty by the end of the day but during the mornings it was always crystal clear and without too many harsh chemicals. The morning food was nice but not great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we were in was clean and tidy when we got in. I did notice chipped paint on some of the appliances throughout the hotel but nothing major.

This facility is well kept and meticulously maintained. The outside and inside were clean , free of debris. They have two tier pool a d workout area. The lobby was very welcoming and nice. The service was rather poor, especially the male receptionist who was not friendly or courteous, Not sure where or what country he's from, he provided substandard and should take customer service courses to better assist their customers and provide overall total customer satisfaction. The hotel maids were amazing. They were very responsive and respectful. The maids provided exceptional service. I recommend this location, just be cautious of the male receptionist.

We drove across country. These rooms, by far, were the best. And that's competing with a "luxury" hotel in New Mexico. Our room had a two-element stove and pots and pans (which we used), a bright and pristine aesthetic and cleanliness, a full-sized refrigerator and freezer, which we had an issue with at EVERY other stop we made across the country. And this location is a short, straight shot to downtown OKC. But it also provides a shuttle there anyway! And service was great! 5 stars!

Rooms stink. Smell beans and old lettuce. Missing and broken dishes, and when I asked front desk, there wasn't nothing available. No locking entry doors all the way around, anyone is welcome to enter the building! Location is horribly placed center of two other hotels. Was booked in a group reservation, multiple names on guest/occupant list including mine. Was checked in using MY ID... Yet I tried to get a new room key and was told I had to have another person name on the reservation and their ID in order to get the key... why? Why was MY ID used to check me into MY ROOM, yet to get a key made I need another guest ID not occupying my room to get a key?? Don't call customer service, they're of no help or care, apparently all issues like such are to be handled on property by hotel manager. When I asked for one, I was told there wasn't one available nor was there a way to get of a hold of them... I've stayed in and out of hotels for 4 years now while working and traveling, there has always been a way to speak with a manager anytime day or night, via in person or over the phone. That be said, this by far is the worst customer service/care I've ever dealt with, all over a simple key to my room in which my belongs were in, and I had all itinerary information including ID to prove I was the occupant!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Oklahoma City, and my experience was nothing short of excellent. Arriving at 2 pm, a full hour before the usual check-in time, they graciously allowed us to check in early, setting a positive tone for our stay. Our one-night stay was enhanced by the inclusion of a delightful breakfast, which exceeded expectations in both taste and quality. The variety and freshness of the offerings made for a satisfying morning meal, adding significant value to our stay. One standout aspect of our visit was the impeccable service we received. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, displaying a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Their friendliness and attentiveness contributed significantly to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel. Cleanliness is paramount when choosing accommodations, and Country Inn & Suites did not disappoint. The entire facility was spotless, from the lobby to our room. This attention to hygiene and order did not go unnoticed and greatly contributed to our sense of well-being during the stay. Equally impressive was the affordability of our stay. For just $100, we enjoyed accommodations for two, complete with a delicious breakfast. This reasonable price point, considering the quality of service and amenities provided, made our experience all the more enjoyable. In conclusion, my brief stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson was marked by early check-in flexibility, a delectable breakfast, exceptional service, spotless cleanliness, and an affordable price tag. Without a doubt, I would not hesitate to return, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to others seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay in Oklahoma City. - Leon Karl

Pretty decent. I will start with the not so good. The shower did not have a curtain or the other half of glass so water went all over the floor and had to use multiple towels each time to dry the floor. The tv got about 10 channels out of more than 100. None of the channels were correct on the guide menu. Now for the good. The bed was comfortable and had clean sheets. There were no bugs anywhere. Staff was friendly. But someone who needs recognition is Ms. Candy. She was incredibly helpful and cheerful even when things were busy. The breakfast was much better than expected. Fresh fruits and real eggs. Yogurts and milk. Would definitely stay here again. Probably would bring a shower curtain though...

What a horrible night. Worst sleep I’ve gotten in a long time. Hotel was nice, clean, room was nice, bed was comfy, shower was hot. What was not great was the constant sound of what sounded like water dripping, the every 5 minutes of sounding like a large boulder was being dropped into a rock truck, the slamming of doors every time someone shut their door, the crack in the curtain that lets in the street lights and no way to close them, the ac making a horrible clanking noise for a good 2 hours and then even though the fan is set to on it still kept shutting off. 62 degrees and still a little muggy feeling. Probably wouldn’t ever stay there again.

Staff was friendly. A guy in the reception area needs to call his attention. He's on his phone playing a game.He shouldn't be in the front. Not good for the business. Room was so clean, carpet in corridor needs shampooing due to a certain smell. Overall. We enjoyed our stay.

The front desk staff was amazing! The rating is for the housekeeping staff. My room wasn’t the cleanest. There was yellow running down the shower from the handles, there was a couple red drops on the bathroom floor(looked like blood) there was crumbs by the fridge. Thankfully all of the bedding was clean. There wasn’t a hairdryer in my room so I had to call down in the morning. It took housekeeping between 30-40 mins to bring it to me. I usually tip housekeeping very well. Due to the waiting and the room not being cleaned I only left one dollar.

This is a perfectly ok hotel with large rooms and good location, however there is a cement factory or something a few hundred yards away and the dust it makes is incredibly toxic. It smells like brake dust and it got into every piece of clothing and luggage I have as well as every inch of my car. Even months later I'm finding items that still have the putrid smell which is impossible to vacuum out completely and my cloth face masks still have a residue from breathing it in. There is something seriously wrong with whatever that plant is making and I would recommend nobody stay near it.

Checking in was almost a disaster. They wanted to not give us our suites we booked because they hadn’t been cleaned yet. No offer to wait. No reason why. Said NO. Waited and got them anyway. Then when we got the 2 suites, one had a sticky stain in the carpet(which the wonderful housekeeper cleaned for us) and stains on the chair. Broken handles on the kitchen drawers and bathrooms the size of a closet. They had no art on the walls, spots on the rugs and comforters. It feels so impersonal and empty. Do better Radisson. Take pride in your hotels. Give your staff what they need to care for what they have! The building however new, feels old and warped! Elevator Floors with torn up Flooring and all!

Nonchalant front desk workers. Smelled very fresh. Loud noises at at and early morning like a big truck running into the hotel.. weed smoke in a non smoking hotel. But hey they’re not the smoke police!! Breakfast was really good! I couldn’t talk to the cleaning lady about my room , she’s Spanish speaking.

We had a 4 night stay and it was our second time. It was very clean, breakfast was great and changed up a little every morning. We had a King Room with a kitchenette, it was fairly quiet and staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Customer service was not welcoming. Waited at the check in desk for 10-15 minutes for someone. Attempted to use the 1st responder discount and was told it would cost more to use discount. Construction quality of the room was awful. Tiles were uneven, large gaps between the tiles, paint all over cabinets and floors. The toilet would NOT flush properly. You would have to take the lid off to get it to flush. The shower only had a single piece of glass that allowed water to splash all over the bathroom. Shower had mold growing in the corners. There were holes in the carpet, and it was not installed correctly. Room appeared to not have been cleaned properly. When checking out, front desk was notified about the toilet and the employee said “thanks” and acted like he didn’t care. 10/10 would not recommend staying here.

Really nice experience here. Everything was clean and well stocked. Hot breakfast had many options and was great. Big perk was the free shuttle operating until 11 pm that brought us to Bricktown and back to the hotel later! Would stay here again.

I was charged for a reservation that I had cancelled in time. I tried getting a hold of a hotel manager for WEEKS and I'm not even exaggerating. Each time I spoke to someone at the front desk, who I understand has no control over the situation, acted as if they could care less. I would ask for a manager and no one was either there for the day, or away on lunch and was told to call back at a certain time, which I did and managers had gone home for the day. FINALLY was able to speak to Monte, who was very nice but basically had told me I had lost the money because they had switched to new systems. Not my problem. I was given the General Managers contact info, Gregg Wahlers, who I had contacted and still not heard from. This is such a run around for only $90 which is a lot of money for me but not a lot for the hotel.

If I could give a less than 1 on service I would. This hotel experience is abysmal. The front desk made us wait 30 Minutes for check in despite having a second front desk person sitting there doing nothing. She said “you have to wait in line” however she was helping the gentleman check in a guest when he was having issues. If she’s not there to check in why is she at the front desk? When we asked the gentleman what her role, he said “housekeeping”. She was Extremely rude. The website says housekeeping DAILY and yet our room was not serviced but the housekeeping carts were outside all day? Makes no sense and we were not informed. Lastly guests are being asked to bring down dirty amenities to the front desk in exchange for new towels? The front desk had NO ONE waiting to check in yet he never brought up any of the items needed. When going back after 30 mins he informed me I had to bring back the dirty towels myself? So we were to wait hours for him to never arrive. When we asked him when he would bring up the items he said “I got a call” which was not true as all lines into the hotel from outside and internally via the room phones were beeping as disconnected. (We tried calling before we went down) We came back to the hotel around 5:30 tired from the day and all we wanted to come to is a clean room. This morning upon leaving we heard room service personnel shouting room service and entering rooms to clean so not sure why ours was not cleaned? The housekeeping carts were also in the hallway with items. This service is terrible and I am in shock. We would like a refund or some type of discount as I am extremely disappointed in this hotel experience.

Jacob did more than enough. He was very understanding about our situation, even with being overbooked. Jacob was able to climb through hoops to get us a room. He was very professional and caring. I definitely recommended this place to anyone. Great price, room was great and clean. The breakfast in the morning is amazing and both mornings they had something different and great. They have a shuttle service available and are not that far from Bricktown. Which has a ton of things you can do. It's definitely a place to book if you are in town!!!

The cost and cleanliness of the hotel was very adequate, the customer service and execution of operation in the building however, are not. Do not expect conversation, explanations or greeting; figure out where elevators and your room are on your own! We also had no hand soap or wash clothes in our rooms on either stay. Good price, close to Bricktown, but do not expect anything above and beyond at this hotel.

Spent 3 nights along with many more rooms for Sons wedding party. No room service first day. They seemed inconvenienced by requesting towels. Front desk staff was very laid back. Breakfast was good

My overall stay was awesome. The price point was perfect and the staff was friendly and welcoming. My only issue is the chair in our room was not clean and there was rust running down the shower wall from the handi capable rail. Easy fixes and not deal breakers for me. The breakfast was very good as well. Would definitely stay again!

Nice, clean hotel that's reasonable priced. The staff were also nice and helpful. Hot complimentary breakfast which was pretty good. Tip: Please ask the front desk clerks not to announce the room number, especially if the customer is a woman traveling alone.

A mediocre place in every way. It's lower-priced which means lower standards for sure, but somehow even lower than I expected. The place is clean and the staff seems friendly, but there are several annoyances. The beds are atrociously uncomfortable, like piles of rocks; there was absolutely nowhere to hang up anything--no closet, no bars or hooks--which even cheap cheap hotels offer; the bathroom is laid out so awkwardly that you can barely open the door to get in and you have to scoot to a corner to get out, plus the bathtub drains so slowly that a shower causes it to fill up quickly and only gets half-pressure anyway (the other half keeps pouring out of the bath faucet); and the breakfast was worse than gas station food--the eggs were definitely fake and sitting in water, the sausage was also fake and very undercooked, and the coffee was so watery you could have put it in a Dasani water bottle and no one could tell the difference. I didn't expect a 5-star experience, but honestly, for what the place claims and appears as, it's very disappointing. :/

Extremely disappointed had a reservation for a king kitchenette room. I gave the front desk clerk all necessary information for my booking ( ID, credit card, and confirmation #) Unfortunately she gave me the wrong room when I ask for the right room I was given a handicapped kitchenette which wasn’t a problem but her attitude was. To check in it took over 45 minutes which is unacceptable, when given all the necessary information. Nevertheless, the rooms are clean for the most part and breakfast was good. Front desk clerk made us feel very uncomfortable throughout the stay. Otherwise 5 out 5.

We liked the spacious rooms and beds were comfortable, liked that it had a kitchenette, and clean for the most part. Breakfast was okay but the waffle maker wasn’t working. Looks nice but very cheaply built, many items/walls damaged, missing handles on kitchen cabinets. Appliances and front of cabinets are scratched. Poor placement of microwave (does not open all the way lol) toilet seat was loose so my husband fixed it and one of the floor tiles was loose.

I called and made sure they had a crib before making a reservation. They said yes and even said they would add a note to my reservation so the crib would be in my room when I arrived. It's now 9 pm and they can't find a crib. And I trusted them so I didn't bring anything for my 11 month old to sleep in. They have one crib between three hotels. If I had known that I would not have trusted the guarantee I was given. And the guy at the desk told me to have my baby sleep in the bed with me! I don't think I've ever been this peeved with a business. Worst customer service. I ended up leaving at 11 pm to finish the 4 hour drive I had left because I spent 2 fruatrating hours trying to get my daughter to sleep on the floor.

Hotel was clean. The room I was in had a kitchenette. The second visit, the room was missing the toilet paper roll holder. They got it replaced. Breakfast was decent. They had cooked items like eggs, bacon, sausage( varied depending on the day). The coffee was horrible the first day. Taste was fine, but had so much coffee grounds in it. SO MUCH! Pool was maintained. Wasn't in the best part of town. A there were a lot of homeless and tweekers at the gas station down the street. But I think the gas station was far enough away that you didn't see them at the hotel. But I would recommend going with someone if you go out to eat at the McDonald's or the gas station at night.

The best part was, I was allowed to check in early, thanks and the best part was the soft & comfy bed, slept like a baby! But...the tub had a grimey ring around it, scrub it a few times for me next time, I'm a OSHA Inspector and travel the states, hotel are my home away from home. When in your area again I will be back. Thank you!

The rates for the date that I selected were well below the national average. The staff was pleasant and helpful and allowed me to check in early and where very consistent in making sure the room was clean and well-kept. I originally was only going to stay one day but it was such a comfortable and relaxing space that I opted to stay a total of 4 night. If I ever come back to Oklahoma this would be where I'm staying.

We were switched here from Candlewood. They talked it up, said they serve breakfast and it’s a new build, so I went with it. We should have stayed next door and never let them switch us. I made this reservation way before they overbook. The second I walked in the doors, the smell and even a haze of cigarette smoke filled the downstairs. It’s so bad that my friend and I (she has a room downstairs) both have a migraine. At least I’m upstairs and my room is slightly bearable. The second you open the door, the cigarette smell is so strong. I’m afraid all of our things will reek of smoke when we leave for our cheer comp tomorrow. I hope to speak to someone in charge in the morning so we can make better accommodations. The front desk was very short and not pleasant at all.

A welcoming place to stay. The surrounding hotels are owned by the same owner, so parking is shared by all. Parking may become limited on busier nights. My stay had a kitchenette that I didn't need. Love the bathroom decor.
