I LOVE Dr. Nyberg he listens to you and do not rush you. He took his time to hear you out as a patient. He was not in and out like a robbery which MOST doctors are. It is like you are treated as money versus a person. Dr. Nyberg treat you the way a doctor should.

I absolutely Love Dr. Rebecca Barrett!!! She has been my pcp for since 2015 and I recommend her to EVERYBODY that needs a doctor. She actually listens to what's going on and includes me in my health care choices. All the docs and nurses at Family SW are amazing!

I always have a good visit with Dr Morgan He is a very thorough Dr. He takes as much time as you need to answer your questions and tend to any problems you might have! I really appreciate him!

I have an awesome experience every time I have to go to the doctor, even when I feel horrible, I’m still greeted warmly by the receptionist who knows my face! My nursing team is also the best. Very personable and kind. Dr. Garcia, as always, is such an amazing part of my medical team. She’s brought in needed support that I received immediately into my room to schedule an appointment. With that help, I was able to get the accurate care I needed. I wouldn’t be well, like I am today if it wasn’t for this great team.

Had a new patient appointment with Dr. Nyberg. I wasn’t seen on time even though I was 20 minutes early to do paperwork. He did take his time during my appointment. Listened to my concerns and issues. His nurse was super nice and funny as well.

Dr Morgan is excellent and has been for years. He's particularly good with my now 92 year old husband!

My experience was horrible I was admitted to the er with lower back pain and uncontrolled vomiting. I was given a shot of Zofran and a shot of morphine. They took blood and urine as well. They got the results back and did not inform me that I had a kidney stone. After I was given the morphine for pain they then acted like they were kicking me out of the er. They didn't prescribe me anything for my kidney stone. It wasn't until I went to my General physician Dr. Micheal Morgan later that day he was the one after looking at the labs "that plainly said that I had a kidney stone" to tell me and prescribing me the proper meds to pass the kidney stone and a stranger your er doctors need to do better. What happened if it was something worse and could have cost me my life or something. That would be a big lawsuit.

Doctor is very kind and helpful. The staff is amazing. They make you feel at home and comfortable. It's a joy to go for appointments.

Got me in right away when I needed a unscheduled visit. Upfront and honest with the diagnosis, treatment plan and writing treatment prescriptions. I have experienced a large turnaround in my symptoms and feel this treatment will be exactly what was needed.

Dr. Carl Nyberg is THE BEST ... you'd be a fool not to have him as your PCP!!! His nurse, Kim, is also AMAZING. His entire staff, from the time you check in, to the time you check out, are all absolutely wonderful. I've been a patient there for quite some time and the care, compassion, thoroughness, and interest in my care never wanes. The initial appointment to establish care, takes a bit to get in, but it is well-worth the wait. His PA, Brad, who is available for more urgent needs, mirrors the same care, compassion, thoroughness and interest. I moved to Oklahoma from out of state almost a decade ago and was on the hunt for a PCP ... I was practicing as a critical care nurse and had asked one of our amazing providers for his recommendation ... he said, "Hands down, Dr. Carl Nyberg." And he wasn't wrong!!! Big shout out to Dr. Nyberg, Brad, Kim and the rest of their team!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!! :]

Dr. Michael Morgan is an amazing doctor. He spends time with his patients and is very thorough in his examination. He discusses preventive care and mental health issues as well….I worked with him as a nurse for several years and was always so impressed with his bedside manner and his compassion for what he does. The office staff is great at communicating and providing information needed to take the best care possible for the patients….👍👍

Dr Morgan has been my Doctor for over 20 years I have complete conference in him, if I am not able to get an appointment with Doctor Morgan and the only alternative is The PA l will go to emergency care .

I am completely furious with this organization, specifically their billing department. I was in for an X-Ray on August 11, 2022, and the bill was submitted to my insurance company with the incorrect code. I called Integris billing when I found out the claim was denied and told the rep that the claim was submitted with the incorrect code. The rep told me they would resubmit it with the correct code. I then received another denial from my insurance company because Integris submitted the claim, again with the incorrect code. I called a third time and was told that the incorrect code was resubmitted, and they will submit again with the correct code. As I was receiving past due notices on this bill, each time I called, I was reassured that this would not be sent to collections. I received a final notice from Integris and when I called for the fourth time, I was told that they never resubmitted the claim AND my account was sent to collections, after being reassured my multiple reps that it would not be sent to collections. I was even told by William, a supervisor in the billing department, that Integris “dropped the ball”, but they stlll cannot guarantee that the account can be pulled from collections. Their organization is completely disorganized, and they do not look after the best interests of the patients. They do not care about their patient’s financial welfare and can’t even correctly submit a claim. It’s pathetic. I am demanding that my account be pulled from collections IMMEDIATELY, as I was promised it would not end up in that status.

Dr. Carl Nyberg is always so thorough and he is always attentive to all my needs. He is compassionate and always takes the time to go over everything with me in terms I can understand. He is overall an amazing doctor!

My son broke his arm at school so we came here for the ER, xrays, referrals, etc. I was/ am so amazed at the level of care and listening provided even though my son's injury was not life threatening. If there were delays, and there were, all was explained to us with care as well as offers to help make him comfortable while he waited. (which really wasn't that long) Thanks so much to the staff, doctors, nurses, and even the cleaning staff that we met while in the care of Integris SW.
