Super easy to schedule- posted an inquiry and within minutes someone was calling and texting me to ask how they could help! The treatment wasn’t harsh at all and the kids (5 and 6) actually ended up having a great time there! We shall see what our final result is but I’m very hopeful and very thankful to not be picking out eggs 1 by 1 right now! Update: 3.5 weeks later and I am MUCH less enchanted by this place. 1. In order to receive a “free” lice preventative shampoo, you have to leave the review prior to leaving, so one cannot possibly know what the results will be before posting. 2. My son had been itching furiously about 2 weeks after treatment, so we went back for a recheck, which was an additional $10. At that time they said he had eggs but that this was normal. 9 days later I discovered MANY more eggs in his hair, and a live louse, and the boy could barely sleep he was itching so much (keep in mind he has shoulder length, incredibly thick hair, not your average 5 year old boy’s hair at all). We took him back, and they finally did the promised retreating, but tried to blame him for the fact that he required an additional treatment, stating that he didn’t sit still enough initially. My son could not have sat more still. He is so incredibly calm and compliant, honestly I fidgeted more than he did when they checked my hair. They also found more eggs in my daughter’s hair, but refused to retreat her because they didn’t find live bugs, and we only have 3 days left on our 30 day guarantee. NOT worth the ridiculous amount of money we paid.

Jessica was fantastic dealing with my daughter and her lice issue. She was very informative and patient with my 7 year old who was pretty upset about the situation. I was strongly suggest using Lice Clinic and Jessica!

The ladies were very friendly and accommodating in treating all my grandchildren. Hopefully won't have to come back but definitely would.

Raelee was super helpful and informative. She took her time with my daughter and I. She answered all my questions before I even had to ask them. Would definitely recommend to any of my friends and family.

I was really impressed coming here. I called when I first found out my daughter was positive and they told me the price and I thought it was too much but then after washing everything, picking through my daughters hair for hours and attempting to do my own, I called and set an appointment and I’m so thankful I did. The ladies were super friendly and fast. Definitely recommend 👌

Excellent and Quick Services. Rachel and Katee were very friendly and took time to explain prevention and treatment for us. They also ensured our daughter felt calm and comfortable with the whole process.

Absolute god send! Not only did they get my family scheduled within 24 hours, they made the process super simple and were so gentle but thorough with my little one. They explained the entire process to her so she wouldn’t be scared or confused and gave me wonderful suggestions to the products available. If you have an aversion to lice, this place is for you!

The ladies that work in here are so fun and good working with the young kids, very accommodating, and although I was under the impression they did walk in appointments they did let us stay and get us treated! Thank you and would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Our experience was wonderful! After trying 2 at home treatments with no luck and lots of tears (from both my daughter and myself), I thankfully found this place. And I’m so very glad I did! We have been fighting a losing battle with head lice for months after our younger sisters contracted them from public schools. We have tried everything over the counter with no luck. We came by the Lice Clinic today and had a wonderful experience. She was very knowledgeable, very helpful and understanding. They were so friendly and worked the best they could with my special needs son. We had to be there a while and they were so kind and understanding! This is our first time with lice. My daughter has super thick, really long hair. The lady spent the time needed to make sure her entire head was treated. She also gave me lots of information to help at home. IF this ever happens again, they will be my first call.
