In March 2023, Arnold’s Plumbing did another big job for me, replacing a sewer line! This is the 3rd major plumbing job they have done for me since 2021 and they are now my go-to for any plumbing repairs. Nice to have a professional team that I trust with reasonable pricing.

Arnold’s plumbing came out the next day after I called to fix our pipe blockage that was causing water to backup into the shower and our toilet would not flush. They were very great and explained everything and gave us tips on what we can try in the future. I highly recommend them. They are affordable and professional.

Zac made room for us when another plumber didn't show up to install gas logs in our wood burning fireplace. He was knowledgeable and polite and did a beautiful job on our fireplace install.

Amazing! Called Monday morning and they were able to get a technician out by 11am! Zac did an amazing job. He fixed my water pressure regulator to stop the pipes from making crazy noises. Very professional and communicated with me about the process and potential costs. This is a top notch business and I'll be using them in the future.

The young man cut through my parents 53+ year old paneling! He did not ask, just started cutting! The vibration knocked a picture off the wall and broke it, but "he caught the clock" The paneling pops off the wall easily. It has been over 2 months trying to get it repaired, due to the entire room has to be done since there is No way to match it!! Worst of all the dishwasher was on the opposite side of this wall! any cutting into the wall would have been hidden. I wish you could make it right Dale. But it would take a time machine! The trauma you have put my 85 year old mother and 87 year old dad through was completely preventable. It has been repaired and looks horrible, because the Hardwood Oak is no longer available. All you can do is Teach your men to ASK first, Try the hidden side FIRST, and if cutting the wall is the ONLY option REMOVE the paneling First!

They did a great job, for a price I felt was accurate and honest. I would recommend them for sure and already have. They had a big job to do and did a great job. I felt a little overwhelmed with my problems I was having with my sewer and Zac answered all my questions. Having plumbing problems is very stressful but I would have these guys help you out!

I moved to the Edmond area about a year ago and have had a couple plumbers out to look at some things but none really would take time and go into depth about the issue or how to fix it. They would just fix it, bill me and be on their way. My relator recommended Arnold’s Plumbing and when I called them I could tell it would be different. Orlando was the technician that came to my property and replaced a leaking outdoor water faucet. We also spoke about several other things that I need to eventually get done but don’t have the money for right away. Orlando assessed the situation with swift, understanding solutions that made it easy for my wife and I to know what was going on. He went as far to teach me more about my new home then any other plumber has. I would highly recommend Arnold’s Plumbing for any plumbing needs as they aren’t just about getting in and out but making sure the customer has an understanding of what is being done that day and assuring the issue is resolved. Called Arnold’s Plumbing in a plumbing emergency. Dale sent his men over really quick and they got it taken care of right before Christmas. I’ll definitely use them again. Excellent work. Called again a month later for another job. They do really good work at an honest price.

Arnold's plumbing repaired a couple of gas leaks we had at our property. I called and they promptly setup a call and the the techs came out of fast. They we very nice, helpful and very detailed about the work provided. The got the job fixed and we are very happy. I would highly recommend their service to anyone!

Plumber took far too long to accomplish required services - over 5 hours to repair 4 faucets, 3 of them to replace stopper lift rods & 1 outside faucet repacking. I was told he would charge me only 1/2 for travel time to get necessary parts not on his truck. 4 1/4 hours after starting, counting travel time, he completed the work. He then spent another 1/2 hour in his truck preparing the invoice and presented it to me with 5 3/4 hours time thereon. His actual time was 3.25 hrs of work, 1 hour of travel, and over 1/2 hour to prepare the invoice in his truck. i.e., he had miscomputed his time on the invoice. I had to call the office to get it reduced to actual. The time I paid for, 4.25 hours, included the 3.25 work + 1/2 hour of travel + 1/2 hr for invoice preparation. The nearly $1,000 bill presented to me became $705 at the end, but still included the invoice prep time. The actual results of the work ended up being fine, but I'm still not happy about paying $140/hr - $70 - for invoice preparation; and still feel the total work should have been accomplished in less than 3 hours. Nor am I happy that, after spending over 1/2 hr preparing my invoice and charging me for same, the hours on said invoice were still overstated by an hour, and at that included ALL the travel time to boot (he had told me ahead of time that he would not charge me for 1/2 of the travel time).

Orlando and Moises were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone. Orlando was awesome as was Moises! Went above and beyond.

I'm very impressed! The team came by and completed the work within 24 hours of reaching out to them. Quick, obviously knowledgeable, and they care about the work. Will definitely call Arnold's again for the next plumbing project.

I had trouble with both my showers. In which they were clogged, I tried multiple ways to fix it, nothing worked. That is when I called Arnold’s plumbing and they came out the next day and fixed both the showers super fast. They were professional and very kind. I will definately use them again in the future.

Let me start off by saying, the plumbers that came to do the work were quite professional and did a great job. On the other hand, I do not recommend this company one bit. They will quote you a job for a number "with labor" and if they get it done in half or even less then half the time it takes to complete said job, they will still charge you the full amount. When I spoke with "Dale", from the start of the conversation he was defensive. When I asked why I am paying for 6-8 hours worth of labor when the guys completed it in 2 1/2 hours, he became very irritated and actually hung up on me. Then I called him back and he proceeded to yell at me when I questioned why I was paying for more labor then what his guys worked. His response was, thats just how it works, doesn't matter how long it takes thats what you're paying. I'm sure if they went over 8 hours, which is what was quoted on the high end, they would have charged me more. Their excuse was, that's what the job costs but in the quote it states "To accomplish job we est. 6-8 hours "with labor and materials", we estimate this job to cost $**** - $****." I wouldn't have even questioned the price if the initial estimate had said it will cost this amount to complete it. But they are charging for labor time and materials. So how are you going to charge me for a full day's work when they only worked a quarter of it. Long story short, do not use this sorry excuse for a company. They will quote you high then regardless of the amount of time and materials, you will be paying at least that amount if not more if the time runs over.

I have used Arnold's Plumbing many times over the years. They are the best in plumbing, and I highly recommend them. Justin was fantastic. He knew exactly what to do and completed the repairs quickly.

Moises and Orlando were excellent! Our pipes were clogged due to cold weather which backed up everything from the toilets to the dish washer. They were informational and got the job done in less than 10 minutes. Good people! They will be our go-to from here on.

Everyone that has came out to our house has been very professional and friendly. They are always quick to respond, and keep you in the loop as to what is going on. Justin was here today and he is a great guy to work with. But, I have had no problems with any of the plumbers that have come out.. They have all been great. Very reasonable as well.

Arnold’s got me in faster than anyone else was able to. They were on time, friendly, and professional. They were very knowledgeable about the job (gas plumbing for a log set installation). The job was done well, they cleaned up…I would recommend them and use them again!
