Jack did an awesome job ...even the manager came and checked on our meal/drinks. Got fresh food even plates was hot with refreshing cold drinks. Music was a mix melody of fun and happening songs. Fully staffed and masked(Majority), Fun with awesome views of the lake even though a storm was rolling in.

This place has gone downhill since 2017. So I called in an order and I asked for spinach enchiladas. Whoever took the order wrote down cheese and onion enchiladas as you can see on the receipt and they gave us a cheese onion/ veggie enchilada. When we got home we realized that our order was wrong so we called up there to let them know and they offered a coupon but I asked for my money back since we won’t be back. (This is their third strike). They should have said we don’t sell spinach enchiladas anymore but instead they took it upon themselves to give us something that we didn’t want. We hate mushrooms why would they give us a mushroom a enchilada like we wouldn’t be able to tell it’s not spinach?

This place is fantastic. Josie our server was the best. She chased us down to make sure we got our leftovers. She went over the top to make sure I had some tasty alternatives since I couldn't have dairy. The fajitas are amazing. Chips are tasty. Complimentary sopapilla too. Amazing view of the lake and a n amazing patio.

Loved the atmosphere and service. Nothing much on the menu if you are vegetarian. Almost all choices involve some kind of meat. I ordered a bowl without the meat and got charged the same amount of money. I paid 16.oo for this salad . Overpriced for what I got. I thought it would be a place to dress nice but shorts and tees were what most people wore. So very casual is the norm there.

Lacking flavor big time. The beans were the only good-tasting part. We sat at the bar since it was 30 minute wait for 2 people. The bartender was friendly. Don't think we'd be back. Just nothing memorable.

One of my favorite Mexican restaurants here in town, the food is very good. You are also right on the lake which can offer a nice view. One of my favorite parts is you get free chips and salsa/queso and sopapillas. It’s also priced pretty normal/good for the area. Would recommend.

Went on a Monday afternoon so we were seated quickly. Quick service and great food! We also enjoyed the $5 margaritas as the Monday special and FYI, you get more bang for your buck with the frozen instead of on the rocks!

Today's visit was a birthday treat. I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Our server was very nice.

Mama Roja is always good in my experiences. The atmosphere is really nice, especially in their extra-large rooms with big glass windows overlooking Lake Hefner. Plenty of outdoor seating also. I ordered the Barbacoa (brisket) enchiladas & asked for the extra hot salsas. I'll order this again.

Lovely venue and interior decorations. The server was friendly and professional. We were disappointed that we had to change our orders because they didn't have any more steak available. I am looking forward to trying the dish that I originally ordered.

The food is delicious. Try the ghost pepper salsa! The flavor is great. They have a nice salsa line up. You can sample them all. We had fajitas that were outstanding. Service is slow but friendly. They are on the lake and the sunset view is worth whatever you wait for.

Food was great! Love their chips and salsa with queso. Ordered the Cadillac bowl and I believe it was horseshoe margarita and I liked them both

We were very disappointed. We drive 65 miles one way to this location. We have eaten here many times. The issues were numerous. But the biggest problem was the quality of the food. Would live to speak to management about this.

On 4/8 we went for a night out. Was expecting good food and good service. Since we love looking at the lake, we specifically asked if we could be seated in the room that allows for great lake viewing. It was open and we were told no problem but it was going to be a 20 minute wait. We decided to wait in the bar area and had a wonderful bartender wait upon us. We got the text our table was waiting, we arrived and was taken to our table...in the bar. When I tried explaining what we requested, the girl got snide with me saying, "Calm down, lady! No need to get all excited!" That ticked us off, but all I told her was that I wasn't being rude Then our waiter couldn't see us even though we were only 1 of 4 tables. We had to yell at him to get his attention. After all of that, he brought out salsa that had a broken chip in it! That's when we left. We won't be back.

Finally got to eat here ! If you're eating here during the evening or weekends.. better make a reservation.. However, Lunch was fantastic, Server knew the situation and menu and delivered exceptional service. Food was favorable. Ordered fish, shrimp tacos and told server to keep the rice, responded that they had side of vegetables .. thoughtfulness and aware of what i was attempting to do.. cut carbs without saying it.

Great meal with friends. Food was great and view was as well.

Some people love it, I just am not one of them. Is it bad? No it is not just had a taste that did not impress. Chips were good several different kinds of salsa to choose from, my father in law loved the cheese dip (I don't do it) all in all fair at best for me

I wish I could remember the names of the dishes we had but I can say it was the BEST!!! Sooooooo much flavor in both our meals. I will definitely go back and if you love really good Mexican food, I highly recommend you try this out! Also the staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable.. always a must for me. And the views of Lake Hefner are beautiful. Sit outside on one of the beautiful patios and take in nature with your fine dining experience. 5 stars from us!!!

Gotta love good mexican food witha view of the lake.

Great place and really delicious food. One of the best fajitas in the area. I recommend going there for dinner so you could enjoy a beautiful view of the lighthouse and the sunset.
