We went on a Wednesday night to celebrate a birthday. We had to wait so we decided to get a drink at the bar while we waited to be seated. The bar was full but 3 open seats not together so we stood at the south end of bar and ordered our drinks then to be told we were in the way. And not in a friendly manor. The staff didn't seem happy to be there and we had not received our drinks yet. So he told us again. Which I understand but we were waiting on our drink and was not helped on where we could stand. The atmosphere was awesome! The food was fine. I ordered a soup and mine was never received. I was disappointed on most of the important things. The last time I was in was so much better.

Food was fantastic! Place is absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of options, highly recommend the chicken plates. Not the biggest pasta person but this was brilliant. Portions were good. Lots of great flavors. Service was decent. Staff was a little slow and seemed Inexperienced. Didn’t do a bad job, just wasn’t the best. Place is fairly new so I won’t be too harsh! Had to ask for plates, refills, more bread. Small things that aren’t the end but would make the experience so much more enjoyable! Will be back soon, hopefully the food is the same or better! And that the service becomes more attentive!

Lasagna was very good, tasted home-made. The atmosphere is very good and family oriented. They are definitely able to accommodate family groups. Their house salad dressing is very tasty and their chocolate cake is really delicious. On their 3 course meal, you get a soup or salad, your favorite entrée, and a free scoop of Italian ice cream. The service was a little spotty but they are still in training mode since they've only been open for a couple of weeks. I'm sure the service will improve over time. They still have a lot of out of state trainers working with the new hires. It was very clean and tastefully decorated.

I like the idea that every entree is a 3 course meal. Salad or soup, entree, and ending with dessert. Sadly they didn't have the entree I saw online nor the keepsake glass that the Italian cream soda was supposed to come in. The food was still pretty good with big portion sizes! While it may have taken longer than expected to come out, our waitress was awesome and helpful! I would recommend this place for the experience, atmosphere, and food. However, if you do plan to come here during dinner time, a reservation is highly recommended.

Very glad this has opened! It's a beautiful restaurant. My friends and I sat at the bar upstairs and ordered food. I had the minestrone soup, which was very hearty and also the crab raviolis. Very filling! The sauce was delicious. Can't wait to go back!

The food was fabulous, the atmosphere was enjoyable and relaxed. The wait staff was excellent. I will definitely go back for another Italian flavored cream soda...and you get to keep the glass.

The waitress was very good. The drinks and food delivery time was good. But.... the bus boy working the room was soooo relaxed that his slowness to clean tables made us all feel like we were eating in a dirty restaurant. After each table finished and left, the tables would stay uncleaned for the longest time. It was like eating on top of other peoples trash. A very uncomfortable experience. This bus boy only cleans a tables if and when he sees on a tablet that a table is needed. Which means EVERYBODY gets to eat with dirty tables full of dirty dishes all around them at all times. Very disturbing. And the pasta. I thought that coming to the "Old Pasta Factory " we would be eating home made fresh pasta. It was dehydrated pasta from a box type pasta. And the food had no flavor. Luckily they had some crushed red pepper to add some kind of flavor to the food. I will never come back.

I read reviews on the place before we went, I thought let me be the judge of this place. The Atmosphere is very nice the service was great. The garlic cheese bread was very good. I had a Lemon Drop that was amazing as well, but the food was not a hit. My husband had the “famous Baked Lasagna “ It tastes like a Frozen lasagna from staufers. I had the Garlic shrimp fettuccine. The noodles was like rubber , As if they had cooked them and left them sitting there. The shrimp had taste that was it. It was not good at all. We had received a gift card for our anniversary. I always wanted to eat there. We left the remaining money on the card and gave it to our sever with a money tip. We will not ho back there. I can only tell my experience

We were downtown and had a chance to try The Old Spaghetti Factory for lunch. We were both struck by how the layout, the trolley, and the variety of seating gave a unique, comfortable atmosphere that could lend itself to casual family gatherings and more intimate date night settings. We tried the Sicilian Garlic Cheese Bread and added the bacon and pepperoni; they definitely added a lot to our order and it had great flavor. I had the Manager’s Favorite, with the Rich Meat Sauce and the Mushroom Sauce, and it was good. Mrs. Flip Out ordered the Chicken Fettuccine and she really liked it. The broccoli and mushrooms were perfectly cooked and the dish as a whole was really delicious. Our side salads were very fresh and delicious. The service was great and we really enjoyed the experience.

Nice place and friendly staff. We had the Sicilian cheese bread and the olive tapenade, the olive tapenade is much better. The garlic Mizithra pasta was good.

A really good value for money offering that will leave you full and satisfied. You get a complimentary starter and dessert with all entrees. You also get to try some really unique offerings unavailable anywhere else. I was served by a lovely girl named Alex who kindly and patiently talked me (an international visitor) through my options. The Italian blackberry soda was a winner, as was the Vesuvius spaghetti. I’ll go back. And I’ll ask for Alex.

Went on a Saturday and found free parking across the street around noon. We had 4 in our party and were quickly seated. Bread was dry, salad was okay. But we go for the mazithra cheese spaghetti plate, so not that worried about the extras. Service was great, our waitress did a great job and had a great attitude. Will always go back. Been going to the old spaghetti factory for many years while living in Washington state. Like it here in Oklahoma too!

My son and I had a fantastic dinner here! Delicious garlic cheese bread with marinara, the Minestrone soup, the Sicilian Meatballs with spaghetti, and I had the Meat Lovers Treat with spaghett,i we were both so full that we didn't even order the ice cream that comes with it. Little heavy on the price tag for 2 people to dine, but such is everywhere else.

Visited from Atlanta, GA. The atmosphere was lush with pops of colors! We were sat upstairs away from the others who were already sat downstairs. Upstairs was empty and the workers were cleaning up. The server, Weylan (sp), was pretty good and on point despite what probably was a prior brush lunch rush. We both enjoyed each of the ravioli options and they were delicious overall. The soup -minestrone was tasty and the dessert was cute ! We passed on the bread - it was cold and hard. No thank you. We would love to try it again when we visit the area again.

We were happy to hear that there was an The Old Spaghetti Factory in OKC! The trolley in the middle isn't really a trolley, so no need to make a reservation in there. Our server was great, the salad portions were small, and the food was up to Spaghetti Factory standards. My daughter really enjoyed the cotton candy lemonade and the activities on the kids menu
