Good gym equipment, but it's expensive for its size $50. 1 star because the trainers there train any where from 1 person at a time all the way up to 7 or 8 at a time. They take up multiple pieces of equipment at a time, and are constantly in the way, doing their boot camp style workout like litterly right in the walk way, it's a huge inconvenience. On top of that every trainer in there has their camera set up recording I don't want to be in someones videos or worry about walking all the way around the gym so I don't walk through their video. All in all it's really just more of a gym for trainers and a huge pain for anyone actually working out.

Oac review Q: Do they have a steam room? A: Yes but it's been broken for nearly 3 years. (Touchy subject with management, don't bring it up) Q: Do they have sufficient amounts of equipment? A: Yes, unless the trainers are doing classes. Then you're just out of luck, come back in 2 hours when they're done if you want to do curls. Oh and you get to clean up after them too! Free extra workout included in your membership!! Q: Bathroom air freshners? A: Yes, but only 1 scent. (Urine) Q: Fresh Mold? A: Yes, they grow it themselves! Q: Clean bathrooms? A: I won't lie here, hoarders have higher health standards than these bathrooms do. Q: Dry sauna? A: Yes! But watch out for broken boards with nails sticking straight up! Tetanus anyone? Yes please!! Q: Good machines? A: Negative Superstars, they decided to use custom handles on everything so if you like your wrists, you won't for very long here. They're also not bolted to the floor so you get to straighten it back up yourself (not the staff). Look, I could keep going on and on about how great this place is but I won't. Just like how ownership, and their upper management refuse to do anything to improve this place. Take your $76 monthly dues somewhere else, because OAC has nothing to make that price point worthwhile.

Extremely shady, crooked billing practices. It's disgraceful enough that they force you to come in, in person, to cancel your account. Categorically refusing to cancel a membership over the phone because they need you to sign "for their records" is laughable. That would be bad enough, but when an extended hold ends, and you start getting billed, onto a now-invalid credit card for a few months, and they only call you when the balance becomes past due, and then refuse to cancel the charges, that's when you know ownership are next-level gross people. The manager told me point blank he wouldn't cancel the charges because the "cancellation policy is simple" Avoid at all costs.

Been a member since July and even though "renovations are starting next month" each time I've asked, the only change is a new doorway into the kitchen area. Still a layer of grime in locker room and both sauna and steam room have been out of comission the entire time.

Joined because of the turf area (for functional exercise) but the trainers put so much equipment out there that nobody else can use it…. And leave it that way for hours…. The equipment ( painted blue) is terrible and very difficult/ uncomfortable to use. Go elsewhere!

I cannot comment about the gym but, attended a basketball tournament this weekend. The middle of Covid, NO Toilet paper in bathrooms. Bathroom floors were disgusting and appear to have not been mopped in who knows how long. I’m sure the gym is as good as everyone says but.... ONE STAR on the basketball facility’s bathroom. No identified directions for the flow of foot traffic Through the facility. Social distancing virtually impossible. Poor planning during the pandemic.

The overall gym, equipment, and staff are all great. However, the locker rooms, primarily the men's locker room is pretty gross. The showers have what looks like mold on the curtains, there are gnats in some of them, and the ceilings are dripping with condensation which drip on you while you are taking a shower. The actual toilet stalls have I think 2 of them now that actually close and do not appear to be cleaned very regularly. If it weren't for this I think that this gym would be the best in the state.

Auston (President) and Corry (Manager) are great to work for and be around. They have really stepped up and cleaned up. Whoever is cleaning the locker rooms and fitness facility is doing a great job. The showers have been clean every time I go there and the locker rooms are kept up well.

Nice equipment but stupid expensive. $76 a month for very little features. VASA is way better for $10 a month. They say they are updating in the future but you’re paying exorbitant amount for future updates that you don’t have currently. Up the price once the renovation is completed. Locker rooms are gross and very outdated. Stall doors don’t lock. Toilet paper holds are broken. They don’t seem to be clean often. Hair on the floors. Most lockers are locked but not being used. The showers have what looks like mold and are just nasty. The steam room (that you pay for) is broken. The hot tub is gross looking. Would not use it. Parking lot is horrible. So many pot holes to mess up your car. For $76 a month, you’d expect better. Also people park where ever they please. People make themselves a parking spot where it’s clearly illegal. Dress code is really relaxed. Girls wearing tube tops that are about to roll down and tiny bras that look like girls training bras. Over all gym is worth maybe $35 a month. Not $76. Lower your prices until you fix issues/renovate.

I actually really enjoyed this facility! I got a guest pass and the staff was really nice, the equipment was really clean, and the trainers are clearly working hard! Certainly a very unique gym in Oklahoma and I think it’s worth a visit!

I cannot comment on the gym facilities only the volleyball/basketball gym/areas. It has been at least 3-4 years since we were there for competitive high school volleyball. It blows my mind that there still isn't proper air conditioning in the gymnasium. We are on Oklahoma in summer time with kids running, jumping, and exerting themselves to play a game they love. I cannot wrap my brain around the fact that the a/c issue has yet to be resolved. Had I known my 9 yr daughter would be playing in this gym fir her 1st season of volleyball, I would have ave signed her up with a different organization than i9. With all the upgrades and renovations mentioned about the fitness side, you'd think you could have included the A/C. I hope this vball season goes by fast and without anyone getting heat stroke.

OAC is a very nice facility. They have great courts available to play at and nice equipment in the main gym area. You can really tell that the new ownership is investing heavily in making this a great place.

I got to the Infuse IV and they are great! Anytime I get sick, a little too run down or I am playing tennis in 90+ weather they are a savior!

I personally haven't worked out there but I did have a membership since July, but with the new price increase, I felt it wasn't worth the price for just one of the four main amenities I intended to use. Just an idea if you had a membership package just for the front area only, then I may reconsider returning.

Hosting the MAYB tournament this weekend. Nice Basketball courts so $35 cover seems reasonable until you walk into an 85° gym. I think OAC took a page out of the Titan Sports Performance gyms playbook and is trying to sweat out the parents/fans. Not sure why gyms agree to host tournaments, but can't have adequate air conditioning. Basketball is an indoor sport.

Biggest reason why I love this gym is the child care. Miriam is absolutely the best as far as trusting someone with your kiddos. Been to gym after gym, never had luck with anyone I could trust with my kids until now. She is attentive, cleans and sanitizes toys, cares for the babies. Doesn’t just sit on her phone like others. Miriam deserves the UPMOST respect and if it wasn’t for her, I would not be a member here. I can focus on my workout and not have any worry whatsoever if my kiddos are getting attention or being cared for.

Just got a membership.. the day I joined the steamroom broke down, they drained the hot tub , and the therapy pool is hit or miss.. been told everyday it will be fixed tomorrow … and so far I’m thinking that’s not true.

Expensive! However, Great gym, Great people, great pools & sauna.. I would 100 percent go there if it wasn’t $80 a month. I got a 3 day pass and love it. I just can’t do 80.

Very solid gym. Huge and not over populated. There's always a machine open somewhere, so you might have to do your workout out of order but I rarely have to wait.

What can I say it’s been a little more than two months that I have been going to the gym and my personal trainer Anisa Harris has been so helpful and has helped me with my mental and physical health. She has helped me change the way I eat, think and exercise my body I really encourage you to come to the gym and if you need a personal trainer, ask for Anisa Harris she’s awesome!!

I walked into this club and asked if they had Silver Sneakers. The person behind the desk began looking for silver athletic shoes. Really? You literally don't know what Silver Sneakers is? And you're a health club. Wow. That's truly amazing. From what I can tell a nice club if you're young and healthy. I am neither. Definitely not for the older crowd. Which gets to the point of my one star. This club isn't even trying to address the needs of older people.

I look for an athlete-first gym, and the Oklahoma Athletic Center is that type of health club. What do I mean by athlete-first? Well: large functional / crossfit area, machines built for serious athletes (high weight, large range of motion), squat racks galore, Jacobs Ladder, Assault bikes, Assault rowers, and more... Great staff and clean too!

Huge complex with a whole lot going on. We use the gym facility in the back (north side of the complex) for some little league games. The entire operation was ran very well.

The court facilities were nice but the restrooms were totally disgusting and the smell was horrible. I understand it has a lot of traffic but the staff should routinely clean...was sickening

Called a few days before and was told Masters students would qualify for the student discount. Walk in today & was told it was only for students in their first 4 years of college. Wasted my time, will take my membership to Gold’s unfortunately.

OAC is one of the nicest gyms I've been to in the Oklahoma City area. It's very clean and well lit. There are enough stations and machines to accommodate the traffic even at peak hours. The artificial turf area is HUGE. It's spacious enough for stretching, sled push, walking lunges, sprints, calisthenics, etc. There are also numerous squat racks for squats and deadlifts as well as a designated area for cardio as well. The locker rooms are bright and spacious and I've never had an issue with them being unkept or dirty. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone in the N. OKC area.
