    Zak is very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, including modifications/personalization for different body types and goals. Fun to work with - very positive, motivating, and attentive. Heā€™s my favorite trainer Iā€™ve worked with - I definitely recommend him!

    His shorts are too short, his hair is too long, and his jokes are super corny. Heā€™s also the best trainer Iā€™ve ever had. He really takes that time to become invested in your health and wellness journey and doesnā€™t just see you dollar signs. The app he uses is great and easy to follow. His follow up is great and he really make sure you get the most out of your work out. But it isnā€™t just about lifting weights, itā€™s whole health and wellness, including nutritional goals and values.

    I highly recommend Zak & his training programs. He tailors exercises and training programs to your unique body and goals. From the initial consult and evaluation of body movements, I felt I was in good hands. He assessed what areas I was weak in and included my personal goals in the program as well. Additionally, your training program changes at regular intervals. So there isnā€™t any period of getting bored or not being challenged. When scheduling in-person sessions Zak is extremely accommodating and flexible. As an active duty military member and full time student this was crucial to my fitness goals. The personalized training programs are easy to understand and follow along on your own if you choose to do solo sessions, or online coaching too. The application that you use to track your progress and complete training sessions gives you a real picture of your progress. Zak focuses on your body mechanics, perceived level of exertion, and motivates you to keep pushing. If youā€™re looking to get your fitness journey started, back on track, or assistance from an expert FitYes Fitness is the way to go.

    Having Zak as a trainer when beginning my fitness journey has been rewarding. He has not only been understanding and patient but also motivating and accountable. After just a couple of weeks, I can feel and see a difference in myself. He really works with me on what I want to strengthen and improve but doesnā€™t neglect other parts that I donā€™t pay much mind to. He puts much emphasis of how everything on the body connects to one another. He doesnā€™t force me to change much in my diet but suggests what I should incorporate instead and I really take huge appreciation in that. For someone who has been told how to look a certain way all my life, Zak has helped me shift that mindset to a much healthier one. Canā€™t wait to keep improving on myself with Zakā€™s guidance!

    Zak is amazing!!! I have never been able to stick with working out as long as I have since I started with him. He is patient, kind, and pushes you to do that extra rep when you think you canā€™t. He explains the muscles and the importance of each workout and hold me accountable even when I am not in the gymā€¦.he is a God send!!!

    Iā€™ve taught fitness in several gyms and have been working out most of my life. Zak is the most knowledgeable trainer Iā€™ve ever come across. My wife and I workout together and we love showing up Zak running us through amazing workouts every time. Very chill environment and canā€™t say enough good things about Zak! Highly recommend giving him a try!

    Best personal training experience Iā€™ve ever had! Zak is attentive, hands on, conscious and fun to work with. Studio M is very enjoyable to be at. Cleanest and nicest gym equipment in OKC!

    Zak has been a fantastic trainer for both me and my wife. He is always positive and encouraging, keeps each workout interesting and challenging, and motivates us to be our best. Zak and the groups that we work out with never make us feel uncomfortable and he is very knowledgeable and ready to help. We highly recommend Zak if you're looking to make a healthy change to your life.

    Zak was exactly what my fiancƩ and i needed to achieve our fitness and overall wellness goals. He holds you accountable but is understanding that we are not perfect. He challenges and encourages us and we would not be where we are without him! Not to mention he is a friend and makes a mean protein shake. I cannot recommend Zak enough! See you Wednesday AM!

    Iā€™ve been going to Zak for a few months now. He does a great job of pushing your body but not to the point youā€™re too sore to go back the next day. Iā€™ve seen great strength improvements and appreciate the attention he gives to utilizing multiple different workouts to engage all muscles.

    Zakā€™s knowledge, expertise and passion for fitness has helped me tremendously in achieving my personal goals. He is great at customizing meal plans and workouts based on individual body types and has an amazing app that he uses which links with your Apple Watch and MyFitnessPal to monitor your progress and hold you accountable. I cannot recommend Zak enough.

    Zak is by far the best trainer Iā€™ve ever worked with - he makes sure to keep it fun and challenging! He tailors every exercise to individual needs, even in a group setting, and is extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend!

    Zak has been a huge part of why I have been successful through my fitness journey thus far. I have always started a routine then gave up because I wasnā€™t knowledgeable in what my body needed. Zak is teaching me how to take care of my body and mind through nutrition and physical activity. He is encouraging, patient and very knowledgeable.     Zak is an excellent trainer! Whether itā€™s a personal session or small group session, Zak does a great job of incorporating workouts to assist everyone in reaching your personal goals. I really love the positive energy Zak brings to the environment. Great motivator! Very knowledgeable about the body, nutrition and exercise. Zak also incorporates technology to provide trainer accountability in a non-shaming manner.     I've been training with Zak for about 5 months and I have seen so much progress. I've lost several inches and gained a ton of confidence in all aspects of life because I feel more physically fit. He's been een an awesome trainer and helps me push past what I thought I could do. He takes a very different approach on training and has helped me not only physically but mentally as well. I would recommend his services for anyone who lacks self confidence or has struggled with self motivation. I'm excited to see more results šŸ™ŒšŸ½

    Zak makes the workouts go by quickly without burning you out or making you so sore you canā€™t move there next day. He has a positive energy and is always available for advice on diet and exercise at home. Highly recommend Zak if you are looking for new trainer or work out.

    Zak has literally been a huge blessing in my life! I was in a horrible car accident and didnā€™t workout for over a solid year. I have 4 bulging discs in my neck and back from the wreck and he listened thoroughly to my concerns and knows my body and itā€™s weakness. He is knowledgeable and professional when it comes to strength training and stability. Zak makes sure my every move is going to help my body and not hurt my body. I highly recommend Zak if you are looking for a trainer who is understanding, pushes you, builds you up, and is responsive to your needs. Your missing out on the best!!
