I bought my treadmill in 1/20, I was advised to look elsewhere beforehand. I purchased it online and shortly after got a call from Joe Gonzales asking if I'd be interested in purchasing a 5 yrs extended warranty, I did. Now fast forward to 03/21 and my treadmill isn't working and apparently the warranty is useless because of Covid. Or as Joe stated the warranty company was back logged and I'd just have to wait, without a estimated timeframe. I'm kicking myself because I should have listened to my friend regarding his purchase. I wish 1/2 a star was an option!

Really enjoyed our experience. They didn't try and sell us anything we were not looking for and were extremely honest. Would use again in a heartbeat!

Hubby and I have been doing our due diligence in researching the type and model of treadmill we were looking for. We first tried shopping at two of their main competitors. And although yes, they all had comparable treadmills of kind and quality, what really sold us was the staff and their customer service. We never felt pressured or rushed. They took all the time we needed, answered every question with care, and encouraged us to get on the machines and try them out. They took time to explain the pros and cons of each treadmill we looked at and made sure we understood and were comfortable with the monitors. Even when we were waffling with which one to get, they were patient and kind and excellent in their service. We are looking forward to getting our new treadmill in and when I need more equipment in the future, THIS is where I’m coming to!

Visited multiple times. They are prompt to lock the doors at closing time. Was the lone customer each visit (have also noticed when driving by; the parking lot is typically devoid of customers). Yet, mysteriously business must booming? The day I go to make my purchase the sales person never left their seat. Preferred instead to stay at the desk watching fitness video's. I went back to the device to measure the equipment for egress into my home. After approximately 15 to 20 minutes of not being engaged I left the store. Not even acknowledged as I left... Went home and and instead purchased a Wahoo trainer form the Wahoo website; at half my budget. Saved me $$. Shrug.. Guess I'm not the kind of clientele this business is looking to interact with?

The buying experience was great. They did not try and up sell. The sales professional was knowledgeable about the product. However, the promised delivery is not accurate. We have been waiting on our treadmill. They do not keep all equipment in stock. We have followed up several times and it has been delivered to the OKC depot for Johnson fitness to pick up for over a week. We were informed they will not call us when it is available for pickup at the store and we have to continually call and check. I have been waiting for almost a month for my treadmill at this point.

Salesman did a great job explaining the differences in elliptical machines. Listened to what my need was and made a great recommendation.

I have visited Johnson Fitness & Wellness in the past. I have never had a good experience, sales people are rude and they try to sell you things you do not need or over priced outdated equipment. I came across this store accidentally on line. Connor was the sales person I was dealing with. He completely changed the way I view Johnson Fitness & Wellness store. He was thorough with his communication and updated me every step of the of our purchase. To make things even more complicated, I live in Chicago. Even on one of the days where we did have a hiccup, Connor came to work on his day off and corrected a problem immediately to insure we get our delivery. If I ever need anything from Johnson Fitness & Wellness stores, I will only be contacting Connor in OK Oklahoma City even thought we are from Chicago IL.

Great experience at Johnson Fitness and Wellnesd. Braden was awesome, very responsive answering my questions. Canaan and Rick were exceptional with the delivery.

We came in knowing nothing about treadmills. Conner was so extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the topic we feel like pro's now. Not pushy at all and showed us all the options available. We haven't received the machine yet but if its half the quality we received in store then it's money well spent!

Chris offers the best prices and equipment. He helped us find the most efficient piece of equipment that fit what I was looking for. We shopped around other major fitness equipment stores twice searching for two different pieces, and both times we ended up back at this store. Won’t be shopping anywhere else. This place is legit and they don’t try to screw your over like the other places.

Top notch customer service. Julian the manager has taken care of us from day one despite all supply chain issues. Highly recommend.

Purchased a treadmill from the NW expressway store at the end of Jan 22. Salesman Rodney was friendly and professional- didn’t feel like I was being “oversold”. Unfortunately, my machine was damaged upon delivery and a replacement had to ordered. The store District Manager- David Egan, did an excellent job of handling the issue. David authorized a replacement and ensured the new machine was delivered as soon as possible. I would shop here again.
