Southern comfort like I like it. Food was good we had chicken and fish basket, the skittles kool-aid was bomb, the drinks were strong and cheap! the live band Shortt Dogg was phenomenal.

My friends and I came here to eat. Food was bomb. My friends got fried catfish, and I got wings with a sauce they call Breeze. Which is all 3 of their sauces mixed together (lemon pepper, Buffalo, and bbq I think the last one was). Tasted great. @ailijay

3 wheel motion drink is awesome...food is ok after a 3 wheel motion....not a club ambiance more like a gathering spot...

My father had the catfish i had pork chops and shrimp my wife, mom, brother and sister in law had the Philly cheese steak and EVERY SINGLE THING WAS AMAZING. THE SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD AND THE DRINKS 🍸 👌 😀 👍 😄 😉 🍸

Wednesdays is Taco and Poetry night. I enjoyed. Much needed. Ordered a taco salad it was too salty I gave it to a homeless person the drinks are good. I definitely will be back.

I had 2 orders of fish and fries. The batter was real thick and fish looked like it was cooked in dirty grease. Fries were mixed with old and new. Not a soul was in the parking lot. That should of been my warning. Place looks nice tho.

I have been to The Ice Convention Center many times -some for just food or beverages & other times for Comedy or Poetry. Satisfied with both.I have had the fish basket , wing basket, chef salad & more and it was good!I even like the Strawberry Cheesecake that sell for No Cho Cheesecake- It’s very good also. I love greasy spoons & my food is freshly made 95% of the time - so no complaints here!RIP Ray!

Food is always fresh. Trappy Hour on Friday has really good price deals on food and drinks. The fish plate was $5 dollars and the burgers price at $6 dollars. Burger is huge!! and the fish is seasoned and cooked to satisfaction. I do recommend 👍....

I love going to the Ice Event Center. They have a live band on Saturdays. Their drinks are really good. The food is always good. Hot when it comes out.

Very cool hang out spot; hate that I was charged $4.00 bucks to get food and leave late night some should go back to a menu item, but was very nice atmosphere for a date night, Food 4.5 stars service 4 star worth a trip

I go when they have there fried catfish on special. Which is always awesome and the burgers are really good and the patties are really thick not no thin things.

So I hadn’t been here for a while due to the same reason I’m making this review now. I decided to give it another try thinking maybe that was a one time thing but now I’m convinced and will never eat this food again. I hate when a place clearly sees the quality of the food they are serving and still gives it to you and takes your hard earned money. The atmosphere is good with the live music or whatnot, the service it okay but the catfish and chicken wings were trash. Like they used old grease or something. I am so disappointed right now after patiently waiting about 30 minutes to get food that I wasted and tipped for. Black owned businesses really need to step it up. I love to support but this makes it hard for me. Tez wings is really killing everyone at this point. They never miss no matter how busy they are. Take notes because this is all bad.

Went for open mike night and listened to poetry and my daughter performed. Taco night. Adult content. Drinks, bar food. Fun time

I love Ice Event Center all the stars I stared are true, great food, 👍 great service and a wonderful atmosphere 😀 no lie grown folks stuff from live music( verses battle), comedy shows and many more. Great cocktails too

The grilled fish salad is absolutely delicious! The salad dressing swirl on my salad is my blue cheese dressing, lol.

Good food and music! Trappy Hour is the best. You can call your order in during the week and pick it up with in minutes. My favorite is the Philly Cheese Steak and the burgers. The desserts are delicious. Be prepared to wait a while on your food if its busy. There is a great poetry night on Wednesdays. Eastside food is the best

Been over 3 years since last here and went with friend last minute to see live music and ELBOW TO ELBOW in place! Parking was adequate, n no cover charge, but the bar was absolutely ridiculous. 3 bartenders and about 200 people. Smh. Stood in line 30 mins before another patron said I was on "wrong side of bar" to order. UGH. Music was fantastic, the thought of ordering food was out of the question due to the lines. Saw wait staff maybe once. 3 private parties at the same time so cooked food laying out on tables with cake. All very chaotic but not terrible.

500 STARS!!!!!! The food was so good I ate the whole plate in 5 minutes! Shrimp and grits with a fried catfish filet. The sauce is made in house and is the best shrimp and grits I've ever had in my life, catfish breaded freshly in house as well!!!! The food is hot, it's amazing, the fish is crispy and is seasoned perfectly! I can't write enough good things about this place!!!!!

The music and atmosphere was good. You can apparently call ahead to reserve a table at no charge. The food looked good, but I didn't order any. The drinks were very week I got a margarita. We went Wednesday for the def poetry and I really enjoyed myself. People so positive and cool. I'll definitely be back

It's a cool place to go hang on Fridays and they serve some awesome food such as their fish so very well seasoned and cooked. And the workers there are very nice. It may not be located in the greatest neighborhood but you can count on the ice event center to always have great food and people.

I love the energy and vibe here. You can get anything from stand up comedy, a live band, poetry, or just come to listen to the DJ to have drinks and some food. Wish I had pics, next time. Fish and chicken are delicious. Burgers are huge and looked amazing. I will be back.
