One of the places you have to try if you are visiting OKC! Inviting and quick service. Food that is rich with flavor and a coffee menu that has so many good options. I needed some caffeine so I went with a Shot in the Dark. Combination of Guatemalan coffee and a shot of espresso. I was also really hungry and went with the Mayan Eggs! I try something new every and have yet to be disappointed. Everything is so tasty! Enjoy!

Parking was not convenient. Coffee could have been better. I ordered pickup off of Ubereats. It was ready quickly and on time. Food was great, but salsa did not have enough heat. I was impressed with the waffle and the churros had a caramel filling. 😋 If the coffee ☕️ had been perfect I would have given Cafe Antigua 5 stars, however I was disappointed with the drip coffee, so it gets 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Amazing restaurant! I cannot wait to come back again, and with more people! Being Guatemalan, this is LEGIT! Started off with a complimentary bowl of lentil soup! So good! Enjoyed some coffee while talking with my friend, no pressure from the waiter to order fast. I really appreciated that! Food came out quickly too once we ordered, and we came around 1130 for lunch. The verde salsa is phenomenal! This place brought me back to my roots and made me miss my mom and dads cooking!

Today, the wifey and I decided to enjoy a nice lunch out. Destination: Cafe Antigua. The moment we entered, we were greeted and treated with smiles and a, "welcome to Cafe Antigua", before being led to our table. So far so good. The area was nice and clean. Once seated, our waiter, Juan Carlos dropped in on us. He was awesome! Easygoing, sense of humor and attentive, exactly what I like to see in customer service. Juan Carlos brought us our drinks, and took our menus upon ordering. I won't speak for my wife, but I ordered 2 plates of the Nachos Locos, which was an appetizer. Juan Carlos informed me that it was BIG and that it perhaps better that I start with 1 plate. He was right. It was HUGE and you definitely get your money's worth. I also ordered the Churros and Plantanos en Gloria, which were amazing! Unfortunately, they'd run out of my favorite beverage, horchata, but I managed. Juan Carlos made sure our drinks stayed topped off and our food was to our liking. His service was impeccable. In fact, everything about Cafe Antigua was exceptional, even up to when exited and again were met with smiles and a, "thank you for coming". I'm pretty sure we'll be back. I'd highly recommend Cafe Antigua for your dining pleasure!

Impressive! 🌟 I was initially hesitant about trying Guatemalan cuisine in Oklahoma, but relying on the positive Google reviews was a great decision. This place exceeded my expectations! We savored the Pork Adobada and the Longoniza smothered burrito, both of which were incredibly delightful. However, the smothered burrito stood out with its perfectly balanced flavors. I must mention that the burrito's size is impressive – it could easily satisfy two people. Don't miss out on their coffee selection! If you're a coffee lover, I highly recommend trying their spicy mocha cafe. It offers just the right amount of warmth and a delightful cinnamony mocha flavor. A special shout-out to Carlos, our outstanding server. His exceptional service, along with the entire staff's hospitality, truly made our brunch experience wonderful.

It's hard to find parking, and that's the only negative impact for me; ooh, a couple of flies in the restaurant can make the experience a little unpleasant. Upon entering and exiting, I was told thankz for choosing Cafe Antigua and hoped to see you again. Even though it was packed, we were seated immediately. Our waiter was friendly and delightful. He took us through the menu and told us what his favorite item was. It was a simple menu, but the choices were hard to pick from because everything on the menu sounded delicious. Food portions were significant, that the hubby and I both had to take a to-go box home.

Went during the weekday for lunch with two people. Was seated quickly with several more places to sit, it was moderately busy. Our server was very friendly and helpful, she was great. The guacamole was some of the best I've ever had, if not the best, and I love guac. Their house bean soup was a nice complimentary surprise. It was full of flavors and went above my expectations for bean anything. My entree was marked on the menu as their most popular item. I found it unique and flavorful. I got the spicy version, which was medium salsa spicy. The horchatta was good, didn't taste like powdered mix. The cortado decent, could probably use a better roast or coffee. Overall very good and had a nice time.

🥰 Brunch Date with my Fav'!!! 🧇 Strawberry Banana Waffles - 👍🏽 🌯 Smothered Chicken Burrito - 👍🏽 ☕️ Unfortunately, my Latte didn't come out in time but I still want to try it so I'll probably go back tomorrow or Wednesday. #StayTuned 🍋 Lemonade was super tasty - 👍🏽 ⏰ There was about a 40 minute wait this morning BUT the food only took like 5 minutes (literally) to come out once we got seated. 🤤 The Food & the service was great (like always) & I'll definitely be back. I'll just have to make sure it's during the week when it's a little less busy.

This is authentic Mexican food at its best, not tex mex. The black refried beans have this amazing seasoning that amps up the flavor and makes you want them to be never-ending. I have the breakfast burrito, it is sharable and humongous and with sour cream and their special Verde sauce you cannot go wrong. I also ordered Horchata and Himica, both were good.

Visited Cafe Antigua on a busy Sunday morning. Wait time approximately was around 45 mins for a table of 3. Definitely recommend reserving on yelp to avoid the long wait. Unfortunately yelp mentioned there wasn’t a wait before departing to the restaurant, hence we did not reserve. Tip, call the restaurant to confirm the accuracy. The place is definitely more authentic Guatemalan vs. it’s rival Cafe Kacao right down Classen Blvd. We ordered 3 cappuccinos, nachos locos as an app, the smothered burrito, the machaca and the chilaquiles. Overall the food tasted okay (not warm when it arrived to the table). I would say this is a meal I wouldn’t look forward to. Our server was very kind and engaging although we had to ask several times for silverware and a lemon for the waters (got an orange instead). The burrito was also delivered at the end of the meal so we had to share the other two meals so we could eat altogether. The server did give us churros on the house to make up for the long wait time on the burrito order. If it wasn’t for the kind server, I wouldn’t give this restaurant another opportunity down the road. Cafe Kacao is much better organized and I’d say the food quality is better as well.

Great selection of dishes that never disappoint! I ordered the Spicy Motuleño and it was a very large portion and delicious. The only reason I did not put 5 stars is that on my most recent visit with a friend the restaurant was not very full but we waited quite a long time at our table to get water and then another long wait to order, our orders came out separately and then during the meal I had to wait quite a long time for a refill of water despite many attempts to catch the attention of our waiter or the manager who was sitting nearby. We were also offered dessert options of churros or flan at the end of our meal. We chose churros but then our waiter let us know they were unavailable. Update 09/01/23: We returned for another visit to Cafe Antigua. The food was delicious, as expected. We waited again quite a while multiple times to get a waiter to bring water when our glasses were empty but this time they were not out of churros so we were able to enjoy some dessert with our meal.

We planned to vista cafe cacao first but their wait was 2 hours for 2 people. So we decided to give a try to this place. We were sat promptly, our server suggested a few dishes. Everything we try was delicious and my husband ordered the mazapán latte, was super yummy.

Delightful!!! I had the machata omelette. The eggs were fresh and fluff, and the shredded beef was quite tender. The potatoes are not overloaded with too much cheese, and were not greasy. Coffee is rich and earthy. If you order a pre-sweetened coffe, they gladly make it with half the usual amount, whuch is what I did and for me it was perfect. The service is outstanding!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. We joined the wait list and there were 12 parties ahead of us. It gave us a check in time and there was no wait. We got seated immediately. Outside the restaurant it smelled amazing, inside it was a bit like dirty mop water. We ended up being sat right by the bathroom so that was a bit unpleasant. However! The food is AMAZING! I got the matcha a omelette not onion and wife got the smothered burrito with chicken. The omelette was served with black beans topped with cheese and fried potatoes. There was a consume that came with it and it was delicious. The smothered burrito was served with a chipotle sauce over it. It had good heat and was packed with flavor. We also tried the cinnamon Dulce latte-iced, Mazapan latte-hot, and the salted caramel latte-hot. They were all great. And for dessert we shared the tres leches concha that had Nutella, banana, whipped cream with a strawberry rose. Definitely recommend this place for breakfast/brunch.

☕️ Incredible coffee (seriously, it rivals the standalone coffee shops in town), and amazing food! We had the Migas and the Machaca omelet—both were incredible. For coffee: a vanilla dirty chai (SO GOOD) 🤤 and a red eye (on the menu as “Shot in the Dark”). Usually a red eye can have a bit of a bitter taste. This one didn’t at all, super smooth and flavorful. Pro tip: If you’re visiting on the weekend, get it before 9:30, when they start getting busy. Don’t miss this place!

We randomly Cafe Antigua from Google and we were not disappointed. It has a nice ambience and beautifully decorated. The waitress "Angeles" was amazing and communication skills are out of this world. The portions are huge and the taste is out of this world. The food is fresh and skillfully prepared. Keep up the good work. You guys rock!!! Btw.... they sell coffee beans as well. Do try it. 😁

I got the carne asada and side of plantains. The portion was pretty big, food came out warm and yummy. For plantains, I wish they caramelized it more because it was too soft. I enjoyed the meal, but my favorite was their rice. It was seasoned well and went well with all the items that came with asada. I don’t remember what my husband got but he enjoyed everything. Parking could be a little bit annoying, but there is more parking spots behind the building.

I ate here for the first time today and the food was delicious!! I had the carne asada. I will definitely be back and will recommend this restaurant to family/friends. Even thought it was busy, service was fast, food was a short wait and it was just a great spot! I’d give it 6 stars if I could!!

Absolutely delicious and authentic- tastes just as if you are sitting in Guatemala! Wonderful service and kind staff. We will absolutely be regulars each time we visit OKC. This is a can’t-miss breakfast spot!

We chose to eat here on a whim, and we were not disappointed. Being a popular spot, there was about a thirty minute wait. It was 100% worth it. The bustling atomosphere and uniquely delectable dishes makes this place a "must eat" when passing through Oklahoma. Kudos to the chef and wait staff for making this place amazing.

We went on Sunday morning of Labor Day weekend for a low key anniversary brunch. They told us the wait was about 30-40 minutes but we only ended up waiting about 10 minutes. Carlos was our server and he was great. He recommend some great dishes as for this was our first time. The food was absolutely amazing. I feel like they could spruce the place up a bit. But overall the food was amazing and we would definitely go back. Highly recommend!
