I got a custom engagement ring designed by Brandon and the J David team. Upon first entering the store, I was immediately welcomed and made to feel at home by Faith and the whole process from there only got better! Katie gave excellent advice based on my original idea and they were able to beautifully integrate all the elements I wanted. After listening to my idea, they created a video and 3D model for me to get a tangible sense of what the ring would turn out like. The actual ring is gorgeous and even better than I could have imagined. Incredibly high quality work, excellent process, clear expectations, and wonderful people to work with!

Received this in the mail before Christmas. Wife and I knew nothing about it, so many questions and probably the worst marketing ploy ever sent out. There is ZERO chance I will ever step foot in any of their stores ever, and neither will anyone who has heard this story. Who ever thought this was a good idea should be fired!

My mother passed away a year ago and I wanted to use one of her bracelets and one of her rings to create necklaces for each of the women in our family. J. David took on the task of building 19 necklaces for us. They turned out fabulous and will be something we will all treasure forever. What a gift! The staff was amazing and so helpful! I couldn’t be more excited about my new ring!!! I have been married for a number of years. I wanted a new wedding ring to finish out my life with my sweet husband. I worked with Susan and Brandon at the South Tulsa Store. I was able to dream about the design I wanted and Brandon used a Cad program on their computer and drew it out and then later made a 3D prototype of my ring in plastic. It was amazing. They were very patient and kind to me. I decided on an eighteen Karat gold ring with a 2 carat center stone. I made a few changes during the process. I recommend them and their store!! 💎💍💎

I stopped by the location at 101st and Memorial to have a repair on my wedding rings. Several other issues were found but a week later I picked up my rings and they look absolutely beautiful. Brianna assisted me. She was extremely helpful and very personably. Won’t hesitate to visit this location again!

Brandon and Susan were absolutely phenomenal and very pleasant to work with. They made shopping different ring options easy, and made sure I was well educated as someone brand new to shopping for women’s jewelry. We just had our third custom piece made here, and we could not be happier. Brandon always has the best ideas for design, yet always listens to and values our input as well. The final product means a beautiful, one of a kind ring to cherish forever. Brandon also helped my son design a custom ring for his bride. I came in this morning, and worked with Brandon. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was just a small repair on an heirloom ring, but they still had it back to me by this afternoon looking as almost better than new! (Although, being an heirloom piece, I wasn't there when it was new) 😁 I was so impressed with the work and price, that I brought my wife's diamond engagement ring for a fix. Looks like I found a new jeweler.

The custom wedding band we had made was slightly damaged (100% me being too rough with it) and J. David came through with the repair and had it looking as fresh as my wedding day 12 years ago! The affordable repair only took a couple of days and the staff made me feel so comfortable that it was in the right hands. We have recommended J. David too many, and even had some friends from Las Vegas purchase their engagement ring here. Overall it’s always a great experience.

My husband and I have been married 46 years and wanted to replace my wedding ring with a ring that honored the original setting but contained a higher quality diamond. J David Jewelry did a wonderful job!! Katy gave us an education on diamonds and helped us in the process of choosing our stone. We appreciate her professionalism in informing us so that we could make the best choice for us versus selling us on a particular diamond. Once we had made the decision, she introduced me to Gabe, the jeweler who would be crafting our ring. He showed me options on how he could put the bands together and how that would affect the overall design of the ring. I’m visual, so that was very helpful to me! We could not have asked for a better experience than we had at J David Jewelry. My ring is absolutely gorgeous!!!! ❤️

What a wonderful experience it has been to have a custom piece of jewelry made at J. David. Every employee I dealt with was approachable, helpful, courteous, and not pushy at all. They answered my questions graciously, kept me up to date on the progress, and finished the piece before the promised date. And it is beautiful!! I highly recommend them.

Susan took such good care of me! I came in and had to have my engagement ring cut off and resized within 4 days of my bridal portraits. They took care of me within 24 hours. Never going anywhere else again!

You get a warm welcome and smile every time you walk through the doors. Susan has helped me twice with getting my ring sized. Fantastic experience with J. David Jewelry. They were able to make an absolutely beautiful piece of custom jewelry that is more perfect than I thought possible when I started. Susan at the South Tulsa location was wonderful to work with. She easily guided me through the process, coordinated with a designer, and was always professional, diligent, and patient. J. David also completed the piece significantly ahead of the anticipated schedule. Prices were very reasonable and competitive for the level of service and quality received. Will be returning for future purchases, specifically to the south Tulsa store.

I have been a customer of J David Jewelry for many years but this recent interaction needs to be shared. I lost my mom last year to COVID-19 and I had some of her jewelry that I wanted to repurpose so I could wear it daily. Just want to say that every time my wife and I go to the store we are treated like royalty. This is the best place to buy jewelry in the whole country. Nate has always been very helpful and is great at suggesting the right pieces for my wife. He made her a custom ring that is so unique. I had never seen anything like it before. I also got a pocket knife while we were there and it is a work of art. This place deserves 1,000 stars not just 5.

J. David’s has been my jeweler for well over 20 years. Their services and selection are unlike other jewelry stores. The staff, especially Brandon, have been accommodating over the years. I frequent the South location and the staff there (Katie, Faith, Brandon, Nate, Susan) are wonderful. If you are ever in the store at the same time as the owner, Joel, he will stop whatever he is doing to talk with you and make you feel like the most important person in the world.
