I was walking by after enjoying a delicious chicken sandwich from across the block and I thought I’d stop by to peruse their selection of watches. This place was nothing like the old Samuel Gordon jewelers that I loved. They aren’t even a Rolex dealer. They told me they could get anything used and tried to cross sell me. The brands were odd and the staff seemed pushy. I think it was the owner but It felt a little weird. Don’t think I’d go back. This place has a lot of reviews, I wonder if they are real.

I I was in need of a simple watch repair. I was fortunate enough to meet the gentleman at this well established and friendly jewelry store. They are extremely professional, very courteous, and a joy to do business with ! There’s always a trust issue with a new business relationship. I had my engagement ring resized here and my pearl necklace restrung for my wedding. I am so thankful I found such a great place that I can trust with such special pieces of jewelry. They always do such a wonderful job and everyone I have had interactions with were all very friendly.

Have a watch band that I received from my father after he passed away. It's a Native American peace from the 60s, with turquoise and red coral. I lost one of the red coral pieces and took it in to be repaired. They did an awesome job replacing the stone and fixing some other minor issues I had on the peace. It came back like it was just baught in the Plaza in Santa Fe. With so much work and replacing the stone, I was shocked at the price. The price was half of what I was thanking they would charge me. THANKS FOR YOUR GRATE WORK AND THOUGHTFULNESS.

Charged $20 to remove a couple watch links. Didn’t bother to tell me the price until after doing it. What a rip-off for 3 minutes of work. I should’ve asked beforehand but I didn’t think this place would scam me with the good reviews. Could’ve just bought the tool myself for that much.

Beautiful job of resizing my grandmothers ring. They completed the job quickly and with extra care to make sure it was in better condition for me to wear. I’m so happy!

I messed up my mother's wedding set really bad, I thought I had ruined them forever. I took them into JewelSmiths and when he came back out, those rings looked like they were brand new and not 10 plus years old. Thank you thank you JewelSmith . After years of searching for a jeweler I trust, to duplicate a charm for my sons, I was fortunate enough to find JewelSmiths in OKC. The craftsmanship and care that went into creating my charms is self-evident. They are absolutely beautiful. I would %100 recommend them for any custom work or repairs. They take what they do very seriously and that is something that is hard to find nowadays.

These guys are amazing. I went in to have my fiance's engagement ring resized and they did great work. Turnaround time and price was less than at Kay where I actually purchased the ring. Will definitely return for all of my jewelry needs. Great work and most importantly great people.

I lost the center stone in my wedding ring that my late husband gave me. To say I was devastated is an understatement. They helped me pick out a beautiful center stone, cleaned and restored my ring, and were so considerate and thoughtful during tho entire process. I looked around at other jewelers for a while before I decided on jewel smiths, and I truly don’t think I could’ve found a better place!

10/10 I couldn’t have had a better experience here with the customer service and repair that was done. I want to preface this by saying I searched all over OKC and Edmond for a place to get my mom’s necklace repaired. A stone had fallen out and it’s a sentimental piece, so she really wanted to keep it. I was reading reviews of place after place that were not good and it made me worried about where to take it and finding someone I could trust to do a good job. I found jewelsmiths and they had amazing reviews. I decided to give them a chance and took the piece in saying I needed it done before Christmas. I took it in about 9 days ago and they said it would take around a week and they called me exactly a week later saying it was ready. It looked just like it did brand new and the price was also very reasonable. The repair person that they have is incredible and has been doing it for decades. And the customer service is phenomenal, you can tell they truly care about what they do. I cannot recommend them enough!

Woman looked at me like I was crazy for trying to sell a sterling silver ring with diamonds and emeralds on it. Offered .80 and she was oozing "I don't want to help you" 2 stars because the interior was nice and secure.

Went to Jewelsmiths fix a loose stone in a gold custom bracelet. They replaced the diamond and polished the gold as part of the service, and it looks better incredible! It’s been in my family for 30 plus years (handed down to me) and I wear it everyday so it was pretty scratched up. I was shocked at how good it looks now. Quick repair time and friendly service. I highly recommend Jewelsmiths!

We took a ring in to have new stones put in it. It was a ring my beloved father gave me when I was 15 years old and I have now given it to my 21 year old daughter. They replaced all the stones and made the ring look brand new. Their work exceeded my expectations. Me and my daughter cried when we saw how beautiful the ring turned out after they had worked on it. I highly recommend this jeweler.

The jewelers were extremely friendly and obviously experienced. They reset a diamond out of my wedding ring over the weekend. I had it back and looking brand new within 2 days!!! I would highly recommend them!
