Our 1st time here and we had a blast!! Shinedown was fabulous!! Wow what a concert!! I'd been waiting years to see them. Glad we were driving by 2hrs earlier than when we were told they'd be opening the gate because people were already getting in line which promoted us to do the same. No masks required, only small purses (which they check), no backpacks, no weapons of any kind including pocket knives. It's outside and the weather was perfect!! No lawn chairs or blankets allowed inside due to covid. There were men riding bicycle carriages giving people rides to and from the parking lot for $10 per person. Parking was free but a little distance to walk. No food or drink allowed inside but there's concessions inside and trash cans outside so you can bring a drink while you wait to enter. Handicap accessible/handicap parking which is closer to the entrance.

The best outdoor venue ever! The staff are friendly and security staff are very focused on safety of the public. Took my husband to see Third Eye Blind recently and it was an amazing show! The venue is family friendly, but appropriation of the artist is up to the parents' discretion. Or if the artist explicitly states 18 and older attendees only. Tip: Come when the gates open so you can get the best seating with your lawn chairs! Also stand in line for merchandise when you arrive because it'll probably be sold out by the end of the event. I look forward to seeing more of our favorite artists here!

Great venue. Love the vibes. Love the music I get to see. But But But. Drinks and food are outrageous for pricing. Water is $5. I'll stick to that. About the cheapest thing you can find. Love the lawn. Just watch were you sit. We were by one of the food trucks and water was just flowing from it down to the lawn getting everyone's blankets and clothes wet. Created a good mud area. Pictures are from a recent concert

Such a great show! I love that they have bikers that you can pay to trek you to and from your car. Lines were short, it was spacious and it was easy to access a bathroom, food and drinks!

Went to see incubus last night. The band did an awesome job as usual but the audio at the venue was terrible. It was very hard to hear the artists. Even between songs when the artists would address the crowd, the sound was terrible. It even seemed as if the monitors weren't working properly as the musicians were were out of sync on their own songs at times.

Once the gate opens, the line moves quickly. The staff were respectful and courteous. Great viewing from all over the venue.

Absolutely a wonderfully, cozy atmosphere. Definitely looking forward to a return visit. Really enjoyed our time with Matt Nathenson and especially Matchbox20, they definitely put on a great live show!

Awesome venue in Oklahoma! The Zoo Amp has been there for years, a great place to see a show for sure. We hit up KATTFEST this year and it did not disappoint. I would go back year after year. Check with your show before you go to see if you can take chairs or blankets as with any Amphitheater.

Went to the Zoo Amphitheater this past Friday to see Milky Chance. First time going. We sat in the back on the rock ledges. Very good venue. Loved it . We parked at the science museum. There were bike taxis. taking people to/from the zoo amp. It's a mile walk from the science center. Will definitely go again. Loved it.

The outdoor venue is nice but they need to do some revamping on the entry. The line was crazy long and they told you to go to a certain line, and after standing in that line forever they said the ticket scanner was broken. They then sent us to the other side of the park to stand in line again, instead of letting the girl right next to us scan our tickets with her scanner that was working. There are stickers and ants so be sure to bring a blanket.

This was the first time ever coming here and I gotta say the venue is awesome! Came here to see the Mastodon and Gojira mega-monsters tour, which was also my first time ever going to a concert. The zoo amp had no bad place to watch the bands play and I'm very excited to come back here when another tour or band come here again! And the fact that you can park at the science museum for free parking close by was an additional bonus!

I would just like to say I had an awesome experience while at the zoo amphitheater. And I would like to thank all the staff and all the vendors the security all the people that made the show happen happen. Of course shout out to the artist suicide boys, snot, and ski. This venue is very beautiful and when the Sun starts setting it looks great at night the speakers were booming the visuals and effects were on point the beer was nice and cold. Above all everybody seem very friendly that goes for the staff and concert goers as well. I had a great time at this venue. The weather was just right The vibes was just right. Awesome experience truly.

You can bring blankets in which is nice but no lawn chairs. The parking at the science museum is free but you have to walk almost a mile or you can pay $20 to park directly across the street from the entrance. Once you find a spot it really won’t matter once the show starts because everyone will stand on your blankets anyways or stand right in front of you. If it’s hot outside, small battery operated fans are able to be brought in, I highly recommend them. And bring cash, lots of it! Water and beer are $5 a bottle, no cards. There was an outdoor “shower” area with a hose turned on in case someone got too hot they needed to cool down. Sound was great though and the crowd was really good too. Leaving all at the same time is a little bit of a madhouse but not too bad.

A fantastic little amphitheater serving the OKC area. Drinks are reasonably priced, typical for a stadium or venue. Food is hot and fresh, albeit a little pricey. The bathrooms were decent, and the sound and views of the stage are great. All in all, it can get HOT in here, but it’s a great outdoor venue.

This place has been around for decades and decades. My first time to the Zoo Amphitheater was to see Heart in 1990. It’s an older outdoor no frills facility. It’s a foundational part of the OKC music scene. Bring your lawn chairs but not your ice chest. Great place for an evening under the stars and sweltering heat.

Venue was clean and had plenty of room so you don't feel too crowded. I'd recommend sitting on the sides instead of down the center. Blue October stole the show! 🤘Only complaint is the bathrooms were super dark after the sun set/needs more lighting

I LOVED seeing LANY here!! The concert was absolutely perfect. My only complaint is on security. There were tons of us that had been waiting in line for hours and hours (some even camped overnight) for the pit. Instead of having signs on where to line up for it, they just told us to form one in front of the gate. Well, it turns out security didn’t care about the line and just let everyone in the gate at the same time…so people who got there right when gates open got to go in front. It was a MESS! So PSA: if you want to camp outside this venue, be aware that they don’t care how long you’ve been waiting!! When I approached one of the security guards to ask if he could fix it, he said “nope! you can fight for your spot like everyone else”. Caused lots of problems and made lots of us very upset! Usually free water is provided in the pit during this heat so people don’t faint, but they made everyone pay. Also wouldn’t allow anyone to get water when the show was over. Overall disorganized and not nice staff for the most part! Just grateful I was able to be close! Love lany!!!

Love this venue!! I've been going there since I was 8, and it's basically the same great experience. A few things have changed over the years, most for the better, some for the worse. The staff was very helpful when one of my cohorts overheated a little. They noticed right away and did more than enough to get her hydrated, cooled, and back to the show!

Great venue, but most concerts are in the summer in Oklahoma! It was 104 degrees and I paid extra to be in the vip area. Seats were super close together. Other people's sweaty bodies are touching yours! No fans or anything to help circulate air.

Pretty awesome outdoor venue! They have room for a pit, elevated standing and a great hill for sitting so it caters to all crowds. Sound, light, visuals were all well done. Bathrooms pretty typical for an outdoor space but could be better.

Went here to see Lindsey Stirlings concert and it was an absolute blast, her show is truly something to experience in person. Not many artist invite young upcoming artists to duet with them but she did and man, Preston killed it up there.
