Warning, do not stay here. It’s a scam. Pictures do not represent the property. The hotel is run down and very filthy. The jacuzzi when started has black particles coming from inside and for that reason did not use it, very gross! Black hairs also found on bed, yuck! Did not sleep much here. Hotel management gave me a different room and sent cleaners. These are pics of that “better” room, first one was worse and after “cleaning”. When requesting to leave early and obtain refund, Management declined to work with me, I left after just one night, very early in the morning. I disputed the charge and am still dealing with this now. Please heed my warning. This place is a scam, pics are from when it was new and now it looks completely different. Classic false advertisement, bait and switch! Thankfully I found a better clean hotel, Dharma beach, which is really great, for a similar price. Highly recommend that place.

Absolutely beautiful hotel!!! Its like a little escape into paradise, especially the pool areas (yep, there are 2 pools). The hotel has a gym, kids play area and kitchen for breakfast in the morning. It's super close to town, and about a 5 minute walk from the beach (it is not beach front, but the views from most rooms are great). Staff are friendly and want to help, and rooms are really clean and tidy....oh yeah, and every room has a jacuzzi 😲

Would not recommend to anyone. Me and my family rented out a large section. The lights went out more than 5 times. The water pipes broke in the morning. The advertised hot water never worked. The ac was not working and it was leaking. No compensation and overall a horrible experience.

Rented the villa for a ladies trip. It was a large enough space for everyone to be comfortable. Would not however rent again. Number of issues throughout the weekend and the staff is not responsive. When we arrived to the house it was raining and water coming in the doors and flooding the house. Had to call several times for someone to come clean it up and block the door. It still took about 5 hours. During the time leading up to the stay, we had a very hard time booking our spa appointments. Was told the entire 3 weeks leading up to the weekend and during that the front desk persons phone was broken. Had front desk call for us a cab which never came. After 45 mins, we walked to the front desk and was told, oh they said no. When these issues were brought to the attention of the owner, he was very dismissive and made excuses for his staff. You can see that the place hasn't been maintained very well. Also be aware that the villa is at a top of a hill and most cabs can't get up the hill. When you try to get a cab and you tell then where, they say no. Would choose somewhere else when staying in the area.

To start with the swim up was filthy. The property is not kept up. Whirlpool tub on balcony had one working jet. No hot water for shower. Crawling bugs in room. Broken refrigerator and toaster oven. Lack of utensils, condiments, no table with chairs to sit. Missing furniture and coach that was in unit very uncomfortable. Trash around unit. Stair hand rails wobble. Indifferent attitude of management.

Payed for a room for four people, got a room suitable for 3. The room wasn’t ready on time. The room isn’t worthy compared to the price. The receptionist is rude.

Over all great location, even though you are in the heart of the town you feel like you are in a beautiful rain forest with lots of plants and flowers, with running water everywhere. Staff was very friendly. We had the most amazing room with Jacuzzi and top floor. Maintenance wise this place definitely needs it the room washrooms and room balconies and pool/ chair cleanliness. Breakfast could have also been better but paying 89$ a night it was good. I would stay again because it was such a good vibe and experience but not sure if I’d recommend.

Hotel staff were really nice and the room was clean with a very comfy bed. The only issue during my stay was that the locks were very cheap and loose (no deal bolts) and notices everywhere saying they were not responsible for the theft of your belongings. It seems easy to have better locks for piece of mind, but I had no issues and enjoyed my stay.
