Very good place for family stay.but lack of matainness.swimming pools,pools table, restaurants,car parking all facility is available here but not proper.they sell rooms with breakfast.huge room for family as well as suit rooms also available.this location is far from the montanita center location.basically this hotel is under contraction. Seems like that.lunch also available and drinks also they serve.steam bath also available here for sauna lover.its nice place but not proper.but you can enjoy here.

Place is great. Fun, social, and thee best views. Staff was awesome and so was breakfast. The passes to loco polo were an added benefit

Reality is far away from the pictures. The rooms and bathrooms are not cleaned, humidity at the highest point, bad odor, bed not comfortable at all. The entrance is full of mud and many cars can't access all the way up. The reception is located two floors up stairs just to get the key. The breakfast wasn't tasty. I just stayed for a night and I will definitely not come back.

It's not bad... A very little pool, the atmosphere is nice, the landscape is good cuz is up on the hills... Staff always up to help you... Average normal but with a lot of building mistakes... Even though if you like party... Definitely the place to be... Food is also normal...

The hotel is beautiful but the housekeeping lacks and the attention to the penthouse where we stayed was a severe disappointed. The details of the room where terrible the phone was out of order the bedding was very inferior no protection of the mattress. The staff was ok the food choices inferior. But if these issues we're addressed it would be good.

I love Punta Hills it has the best amenities and location. There is great restaurant and includes breakfast, pool, skate bowl, rooms with jacuzzi and best view of the sunsets in Montaninta. Great location for relaxing with friends and family!

They will lie to you, also they give you a poor place to stay in for a expensive price, we said that we are 6 people and they gave us a room with 4 beds, so I'm guessing that we have to share bed, the smell is horrible. It's dusty, one of the beds is a mattress on the floor. The beach is far way from here and it has not stores near by

Too much humidity inside the rooms. There were bugs inside my room. The staff is not much friendly or diligent.
