Initially I found the pg to be good but gradually it started showing its true color. One day someone from the electricity department came to the pg and cut down the electricity line because it seemed that the manager of the pg hadn't paid the electricity bill and throughout the day there was no electricity. Also the quality of bed is not good. I would suggest the manager of the pg to look upon these matters.

This guest house fell far short of expectations. No facilities, prolonged power outages due to unpaid bills, and ineffective communication with the owner left our children extremely dissatisfied. I cannot recommend this place.

I stayed here for six months. It was horrible experience. Totally dirty and unsanitary environment. They look completely different in the photo. Owner Rajat is very bad and rude person. Don't listen to your problems. Better to be on the road than here

This place is terrible at paying bills on time. They haven't paid the electricity, Wi-Fi, or even fixed the AC, even though we're paying around 7000 rupees per month, which includes the AC as well.

It is properly maintained clean and hygiene👍🏻 Rooms are fully furnished and spacious 😍 Most importantly you will get all the facilities with an very AFFORDABLE price 😺 This guest house is very welcoming to students, job holders and also to Bachelors always 🤩 Moreover the services and hospitality is outstanding 👏🏻 Staffs behavior are appreciated 🥰 And the owner Rajat Bhai is very nice he is very KIND, POLITE, FRIENDLY, CARING and very HELPFUL to EVERYONE 😻

Rajniwas has exceeded my expectations. Rooms are squeaky clean and I am so impressed with the way all the rooms are maintained. The location is also perfect. I can guarantee that what you read on the description of the PG, that is what you get and maybe even more. My experience at Rajniwas is just awesome.

Very good room and AC, 2 rooms one is hall and 1 is bedroom along with bathroom its very spacious minimum 3 people can sleep and maximum 5 can sleep

A really great place to stay for students, workers...... The accommodation is worth the money..... And the warden and manager are really friendly and cooperative....... With safe and surround environment... You may definitely go for it if you're finding a stay in Bhubaneswar

The owner is a rude person who doesn't provide you with any kind of service even after you pay for them. These scammers will take money in advance and will never look back at your face. I hope no one else gets scammed like I did.

It was very nice and accomodating . Had all the necessary stuffs like refrigerator, washing machine, security cameras and water filter.Besides that you can Cook your own food or have a catering services allotted to you.

I am Staying here from last 6 months.I feel comfortable here to stay. It's have friendly environment and peace also .It also provide all the facilities which is necessary now a days like free WiFi, Washing machine,Lockers and many more electronic gadgets

I stayed in this PG during my course training session for 6 months. Best thing is regular housekeeping service and very near to market area n bus stand. PG Manager Ali was full supportive.

Stayed there for a couple of days with my friend who had taken apartment.. it is horrible, doors were broken and there was no electricity because owner wasn't willing to pay even though he was supposed to per contract. Owner had many buildings, catfishes and scams with well maintained ones before taking money and giving run down flats for stay. As a student you can come back from a bad day at college and see the ac is not working and no one will be sent from maintenance. Thieves through and through, please do not choose this unless your option is staying on the streets. Even then, stay on the streets, its better.

The most amazing pg you will ever find in bhubaneswar. The atmosphere of the rooms are very good.. and Floors are well furnished. Facilities are on the top of competition. And our beloved Asit Kumar Parida sir makes the pg even more amazing.

This pg is just like heaven on earth . It's a beautiful place to live at. The rooms are well furnished with attached bathrooms. Our honorable Shri Shri Shri Asit Kumar Parida is just like cherry on top, who makes this place even more overwhelming....

When we join this flat we face a lot of problems and decided to move asap but day by day problem was resolved by caretaker. Now I can say it's a good place to stay for longer but still we need to improve Cleaning part rest all ok.

I was initially drawn to Rajniwas Paying Guest house by its enticing photos on Google Maps, only to be met with a stark reality that was far from what was advertised. The premises were disappointingly dirty, and amenities like the washing machine, fridge, and water filter seemed like relics from a bygone era, rendering them non-functional. Contrary to the promised 2BHK apartment with 2-4 occupants, the living room was overcrowded with three beds. Each room, instead of accommodating the expected 2-4 people, housed 3-4 beds. Opting for what was marketed as a private room at a hefty price of 7500, I was dismayed to find a solitary, dilapidated bed situated in the kitchen room. This stark contrast between expectation and reality left me disheartened, especially as a guest in a culture that traditionally holds hospitality in high regard. It appears that the owner manages multiple locations around Bhubaneswar, but the quality of service and living conditions at this particular PG were severely lacking. This experience momentarily shattered my faith in humanity, considering the reverence given to guests in Indian culture. In all sincerity, I cannot conscientiously recommend Rajniwas Paying Guest house to anyone. It is advisable to explore alternative accommodations for a more comfortable and pleasant stay.

Bad PG ever. They scam everyone at the starting by fake claims and promises, then once you get in, you would definitely get frustrated out of their behaviour. They have no honour for guests.
