We visited here with family on a weekend. They served only Buffet, no Ala carte. Buffet price was 599 / person. There were around 30+ items to choose from. I particularly loved the Fish chops, Mutton Roganjosh and Paneer Khurchan. Biryani was dry and had no flavour/fragrance. Over all it was a good experience. However, the place was over crowded..so please have your reservations for the table to avoid the wait.

This is one of my favourite restaurant in Bhubaneswar. The Food over here is amazing and the ambiance is good, the service is great. We even organised a party with Pushpak and they took care of all the details that we wanted and we mentioned. Kudos to the team for such well organised staff and cooperation. If you want to visit a good family restaurant or host a party then you can definitely check this place out.

Staff are disciplined but curry related to mashroom especially masroom kadai has very bad taste and others are ohk. Cleanliness is the most attractive part of this restaurant.

We reserved 8 seats in Golden Bird Restaurant inside Hotel Puspak. In the main course we ordered kulcha & paneer hyderabadi. The taste was 3 out of 5. It's a moderately expensive and highly popular group & family get-together.

The buffet was awesome and delicious. Worth for money. If the buffet was in dinner then it will be great.

Being bored with buffet of AB's and BN this is a change . The Buffet was 600 including GST and all the main- course items were delicious including the veg itwms.. They served us 02 complimentary drinks but when we asked for more they were generous to provide the service. The items in starter menu was less but was tasty. The mutton was epic and the hospitality of staff members was quite appreciated. Just a suggestion to add fish finger in the starter which could enhance the palate taste in a better way.

Tried their Sunday buffet @650 per person (inclusive of tax). Their could be some improvements in keeping the food warm and serving fresh. Very good service by the employees. Must try it. The ambiance is really good and the food is bit over priced other than this the staff and food quality n quantity both are good 👍

Food quality and taste degraded as compared to previous years. Service is so delayed that you will feel bored and irritated. A lot of staff as well as managers are there. But proper allocation of tables or duties is not there. It seems everyone's duty is no one's duty. For food orders 3 to 4, waiters will be coming to you at intervals to ask whether food ordered or not. It simply means no proper allocation of duty and no proper mechanism to track the things. It seems that they want to leave an impression to all that their restaurant is always full . For billing, they are taking more than 15 minutes, and you have to ask for the bill for at least 3 to 4 times. Then they will come with the bill. It's really disappointing. For a single tandoor roti for the second time, we waited for more than 15 minutes.

Cleanliness - 2/5 Dirty and filthy sofas. I had my food on table no. 4 and the sofa was really dirty. No sanitizer used before serving the food to the customer. Service - 1/5 No cutlery on the table. When I asked for fork, the boy gave me the serving spoon. Even I had to ask for bowl, to eat the curry. Taste - 2/5 Bland taste. I ordered Kaleja fry, it was not cooked properly. There was too much butter on the butter naan. Only the prawn cocktail and green apple mojito was tasty. At the end, no finger bowl provided.

I must say that this restaurant is absolutely good. It serves variety of dishes, taste and quantity is good. Inside restaurant you can have a very pleasing ambience and good music that makes this restaurant even more likely to visit again and again.

Went to Golden Bird post reading reviews on Google.. And boy, the 4 & 5 star ratings were all true!! A highly courteous, warm and efficient manager (Umakanta Dash), able assisted by his team - all of whom were eager to serve :) The food was delicious and the reviews were true here too.. Buffet was not there and we tried a-la-carte, both Indian and Continental. All dishes were cooked to perfection. Definitely worth a visit ☺️

Ordered Butter Naan with chicken Masala ,Papad and Tikka for starters. Soup was great in taste. However tikka was average. Butter Naan and Chicken Masala tasted delicious along with Rara mutton. All over food quality was good, completely worth the price. Service was excellent.

Sunday Buffet / Not up to the expectations I recently had the dine at a hotel Pushpak's Golden Bird buffet, and while I was initially excited to try out the spread, I must admit that my experience was somewhat underwhelming. While the mutton was truly outstanding, the non-veg cutlet and chicken tikka were cold and not as tasty as I had hoped. Another issue I encountered was the lack of timely refills in the buffet zone. Some dishes were not replenished in a timely manner, leaving me waiting for a chance to sample them. Additionally, the variety on offer was quite limited, leaving me feeling a bit disappointed given the ₹650 price tag. Overall, while there were some highlights such as the top-class mutton, I cannot say that the hotel's buffet was entirely up to the mark. Cold food and limited variety are never ideal, and the lack of timely refills was frustrating. I feel that there are likely better options available for a satisfying buffet experience. I'm glad to say that I enjoyed the ice cream, and the blueberry drink was excellent. It's always great to have a refreshing drink to accompany your meal, and it sounds like the hotel did a great job with the blueberry drink. Regarding the chicken biryani, while the prices for the chicken were nice, it's disappointing to hear that the rice was very sticky. The texture of the rice is a crucial component of biryani, and if it's not cooked well, it can detract from the overall dish's enjoyment. I hope that the hotel can work on improving the quality of its dishes,varieties of nenu including the biryani rice, to more options or unique items to provide for a more well-rounded buffet experience. In conclusion, while the hotel may have some redeeming qualities, I would suggest exploring other options if you're looking for a top-notch buffet experience. It's important for restaurants and hotels to maintain high standards and deliver a quality experience that justifies their prices, and in this case, I don't feel that the hotel quite met that standard.

Firstly, the service was very good, the staff is friendly,coming to food seasoning,recipes are perfect. The cleanliness is on spot, the interior design is interesting, the walls are decorated with Mahabharata paintings, green apple mocktail was delicious, over all it was fantastic.i would really recommend this, can get great food for affordable prices.Thank you guys!!

They have redone the ambiance and also fixed the issues that existed before the pandemic happened. I was in for a surprise here that day because there was rush at dinner time. Still delivery of the ordered items was faster than I expected. A little costlier than earlier times, but their food is now more tasty and the staff even make suggestions when you ask. And this is definitely a good thing at least for me. Try their Fish Finger and Chilly Chicken.

For vegetarians, options are less. Starters could have been served hot. However, the food served is of good taste and quality. Some starter / Desert items can be added for vegetarians as options are less. Overall, a nice experience for 650/person. Timing : only Sundays, 12 pm - 3pm

We had a really good time here at Golden bird, Pushpak. The food was tasty and all the staffs were very polite. Just the fish finger could have been better as it was smelling raw. Apart from that all other items tasted delicious :)

Great food and service. Value for money for the food they provide. What set them apart is there professionality. They really know how to behave with there guest. Moreover, coming to their food part, It's excellent whether it is north Indian or Chinese.

Amazing place with great ambience! Polite, prompt and attentive staff. Great selection of items in the menu across cuisines. Their portion sizes are large so order in a matter that you can share a dish with your partner. I had ordered Harissa Fish and loved the garnishing as well as the preparation. In fact, each and every item we ordered turned out to be great! I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.👍 I now consider it one of the best and easily my favourite family restaurant in the city.

I went there for buffet lunch with my friends. Taste somewhat good but the options are too few. But on the price point you will find it cheaper. Great ambiance and solid service. They do provide welcome drink.

It was a wonderful experience at Golden Bird Hotel Pushpak. An evening well spent with family. Great ambiance, amazing food, nice staff very friendly and great service. I highly recommend this place for family get together and functions. The food was too good and beyond my imagination. The staff is so courteous and polite. Amazing service. A very happy customer I am. I am definitely going to come back and recommend this place to everyone. And organize our family events too here.

All foods are good and also service was upto mark. Most of the items are good, but don't go for mutton. If you are ordering few items except delay in one or two cases.

To be honest, i would have given them 4.5 star because there is definitely a room for improvement. Food and service both are good. I tried the lunch buffet and i found everything worth the money. I would recommend it to everyone.

The staffs are maintaining proper hygiene and ensuring cleanliness and safety for COVID. The service was good and the dishes are delicious. They take a maximum of 15 minutes to serve. The ambience, as compared to other restaurants in Bhubaneswar, is good. They have a proper parking area for two and four wheelers.
