Modern cafe style restaurant with a nice ambience. Burgers looked great on the pic in the menu, but in reality it was not the same. Taste was ok ok. I would rate this place for the ambience only. It looks like there is live music as well. I'm sure, it will be lively then.

The ambience was lit. It was an amazing experience. It has both indoor and outdoor sitting. Coming to the food : ◾Multani Paneer Tikka: It was great. The paneer pieces were soft and juicy. ◾Murgh Malai Tikka: It had 8-10 pieces of chicken and topped with cheese. The pieces were full of flavors. ◾Butter Garlic Prawn: The garnishing was very neat and clean. The taste was excellent. Other dishes were also great. Cold coffee was also good. I would recommend this place to try out for good food and ambience.

I went to this place after going through the ratings and reviews on Google. I can say that I wasn't dissatisfied. The ambience was superb, the staff were polite and well behaved. Service was excellent and of course the food was delicious. The only issue is the price of the food products. The price can't justify the overall quality. As it is situated at a central place and an outdoor seating facility is there, it can attract young people. The overall experience was good with them

One of horrible experience I have ever had Cuttack. Place may look good. Manager was way too ignorant to handle to arrange seat. Food Quality was quite cheap. Even You can see the sizzling brownie how they prepared and the spoon. So you can understand how educated they are in restaurant management (so called cafe)

Food are tasty but not as par with the price rates, quantity is too low and prices are not pocket friendly too. Good ambience though, you can hangout with friends while having hookah but the staffs are not too friendly and unresponsive, you have to call them frequently.

On new year's day, 01jan2021, this place thinking of huge rush , served cold frozen sandwich not once but twice to customers.. without even heating.. on complaint,the waiter staff was seen laughing and mocking the female customers. A nice restaurant in the midst of college square with an ambience aligned with a premium place to hang out. The only challenge is the approach to the restaurant considering its on the 4th floor. Food is good in taste, pretty well served by the team. Table pre-book is recommended to avoid queuing up.

Blast is a casual dining restaurant/ cafe..It is located near Ravenshaw University..so one can expect more of the college going crowd. It is on the top floor..so they have an open area for seating. The interiors are done on the music theme. You can see the classic burning guitar crashing on the subwoofer type of elements in the decor and also framed photographs of Bob Marley, Kishore Kumar, Lata Mangeshkar etc. They have tried to make the place from inside as quirky as possible in order to attract the college going crowd. They play music videos based on the type of crowd inside the place, which i appreciate. So for eg. If you see more couples, then romantic slow Hindi songs are played and so on. I went there for getting a cold coffee. Was disappointed that due to unavailability of ice cream, they were not able to serve me cold coffee. So I chose to order chicken pan fried momos, chicken lasagne and a virgin mojito. ( Total Bill - 850rs) Place - 4/5 ( Should check the rooftop after sunset..I went around 3, so couldn't check how the views are in the evening) Food - 4/5 ( Pan fried momos were a bit sweet for my liking..Lasagne was loaded with cheese, Virgin Mojito was perfect) Price - 4/5 ( If the target audience is college going crowd, then prices are on the higher side..I suppose rich students might party here) Kindly note they don't serve liquor. Overall- 4/5 Would recommend to go here and have a blast P.S - Sorry for the pics of the food..The server served it on the plate before putting it on the table.

If you are from cuttack there in no way u have not been blast as it's one of the best restaurants in cuttack. The food is really amazing, the vibe is totally refreshing and it's one of a kind restaurant as one of the only roof top restaurant in cuttack. People they come with their frnds, family, and everybody. It's quite expensive but I feel according to the food quality they provide I think the food is totally worth it.

Good restaurant, nice ambiance, food was average. Service was good too but I experienced a bit of delay because of Christmas day.

Debasish and Siba Bhai's behaviour in the service and hospitality sector was very good. The view was amazing. My personal favourite place is "Blast." I highly recommend everyone to go to Blast and enjoy a lot.

The interior of the restaurant is good, a slight disjointed with the outer seating options but is quite good. The food options were not as vast as I expected it to be but the variety in all the continental to indian was rather impressive. We ordered Thai green curry chicken option and the burnt garlic fried rice with chicken option. To my surprise though the rice accompanying the thai curry was basmati rather than sticky sella rice, it tasted rather good. The thai curry had the perfect balance of all the spices and was quite suitable to the the indian palette also rather than being slightly off and so did the fried rice. The hospitality and the staff’s behaviour to all services and inquiries were rather good. Had a great time and do highly recommend the place.
