They have too much menu and they gave sometimes cheese sauce as free wheather at other place they taking charges..Whenever I do visit there I try all d time my veg menu first.All the staffs are well behaved and after give order its taking a few times to gives food...Their are so many foods and beverages point to pick but I love this my all time favourite Burger King.

It is my go to burger place. Quite reasonable. If you ask my top picks it has to be crunchy volcano, crispy veg and chocolate sundae. However I didn't really enjoyed wraps.

It provides delicious food in categories of specially Burger and other fast foods.And the milk shakes are creamy,thick and amazing.They deliver the food parcel in really nice Packaging , which is commendable.

The place was just awesome and the behavior was also good. They served the food within 10mins.

I tried their double Patty veg cheese burger . It was good. and how can I forget their choco lava cake .The best ❤️

Burger King is the one of the famous Americans food chain which having most of the American food like Burger , French fries and many more. This is one of the best food chain I consider they provide good service,food , cleanliness. It's not that much expensive that we Indian's think so we can go at least once to try it.

Burger King is always a treat and this is no different. The burgers are absolutely delicious. Maharaja Mac just makes your appetite. The service was a bit slow though. As it is present inside the Esplanade Mall you can eat and enjoy all other varieties also.

Most disgusting manager you had kept here she feels disgusted to give a glass of water,she told me its chargeable,why don't you take it from the mall her feedback.If I would know I would take it from there. Seriously if this your respect towards your customers then this will be my last visit to your counters. Ask your employees to treat their customers with sweet gestures not like doing any favour.

I visited on 30th October with my friends. The girl who was taking the order in counter was extremally rude, unprofessional & doesn't know how to speak with costumer. Shocked to see this kind of service how someone say can you afford extra chess .ridiculous

Burger King provides service at Esplanade mall. I will suggest ordering online than counter delivery that will be more economical. It was not very crowded and order was ready within 10-15min.

Not value for money. Overpriced. Not palatable. You may try Subways adjacent to it rather. They are better in burgers.

Yes Delicious food and can have snacks ,There is more space to hang out. there is no problem of parking, you can simply go to top floor to get Burger King at right corner of entrance escalator..There is a little noisy place on holidays and weekends. You have to wait for a bit max 15 min..to get your food according per menu ordered.

Store Opens at 10AM but the staff were NOT ready with the items by 10:30AM. I walked in to order a sandwich & drink but the Drink machine was broken, the staff were clueless & told me to wait till 11 but I had to catch a move in 10mins. Poor management and unpreparedness. Needs to improve their service.

The cup of pepsi is capable to carry 250ml to 300ml,where you are tricking us by mixing 40%/water in pepsi .. I hope the same kind of feedback you probably receiving from other customer . Not at all satisfy . From next time onwards I will make sure not to order from your counter. Disappointed.

Horrible service in burgerking. The staff don't know how to attend the customer service. The girl Anupama i don't know her name properly as well as but the behaviour seems rude & completely unprofessional. Please ask them still they not understand the process. Burger King is an international brand but customer service is low. It's kind request to get the employee trained better and skill them how to take orders & attend the customers with basic behaviour. I hope it's shouldn't happen again..

Each time I come here to get softie serve chocolate dip, they always seem to be having some kind of problem and refuse my order. Complete mismatch of food from their ad. Test Quality is also not good . one star only due to hygienic food preparation. We Indian don't bothered about world chain. We need service value. I had already share my experience 2years before. That might been force deleted.

Place is quite good with variety of centres to choose from. I tried out KFC's bucket and it was indeed good. One thing that could have been better is the ventilation of that floor... Temperature was such that i felt as if the ACs aren't running.

Taste of chicken burger was not good, the French Fries were stale and it was served after heating it in microwave because it was not at all crispy and and taste was different that other burger joints... The overall experience was bad.... However the ice-cream was good...

This is the worst Burger King outlet in the city out there that scams customers via swiggy and zomato . They have always messed up my orders. Every single time a part of my order is missing. Every time. Whats worse they mostly do this on paid orders. Plain ridiculous.
