I
am
writing
this
to
inform
everyone
about
the
mismanagement
and
bad
administration
I
faced
from
the
Iqra
hospital
yesterday.That
such
a
large
hospital
operates
so
inefficiently
is
really
a
tragedy.
Due
to
severe
chest
pain
and
low
blood
sugar,
I
saw
RMO
Dr.Ashidha
of
General
OP.
We
went
to
Causality
since
she
asked
me
to
take
a
drip,
but
the
security
guard
was
reluctant
to
let
me
in
without
the
prescription
bill.
The
pharmacy
has
four
counters,
but
only
one
of
them
was
open.
Although
there
are
only
five
or
six
people
in
the
line,
it
still
takes
more
than
an
hour
to
get
the
medications
even
I
pleaded
with
them
to
think
of
us
first
since
I
was
feeling
lightheaded.
We
went
to
the
causality
after
getting
the
medication,
but
the
staff
pretended
that
there
were
no
open
beds
there
and
advised
me
to
travel
to
another
hospital.
My
husband
protested
to
the
Manager
about
the
unpleasant
experience
we
had,
and
after
he
came
to
me
and
apologised
on
behalf
of
the
employees
and
made
a
promise
to
provide
better
service
and
care,
I
made
the
decision
to
stay
there
on
my
own.
They
applied
a
drip
to
my
hand
to
treat
my
fatigue.
But
as
my
chest
pain
worsened,
I
sobbed
the
nurse
to
call
or
alert
the
doctor.
Dr.
Ashida
was
just
standing
next
to
me
in
the
emergency
room,
but
she
didn't
even
turn
to
look
at
me.
The
nurse
told
me
she
had
alerted
the
doctor
when
I
repeated
about
my
chest
pain
and
headache
a
couple
of
times,
but
the
doctor
still
didn't
visit
us
or
take
the
necessary
action.We
wasted
a
long
6
hours
in
the
hospital
with
no
cure.
Finally,
I
realised
that
I
would
not
recover
from
this
situation
because
no
one
was
aware
of
the
patients.
I
called
a
male
doctor
and
asked
him
to
arrange
for
my
discharge
because
I
needed
to
save
myself
and
transfer
to
another
hospital.
The
Dr.Ashida
whom
I
consulted
is
very
irresponsible
,
lacking
in
empathy,
and
not
patient-friendly.
I
wish
doctor
like
her
donβt
exist.
If
the
hospital
administration
does
not
take
the
appropriate
measures
against
the
doctor,
I
will
be
bringing
a
negligence
claim
against
the
facility.
And
one
thing
I
must
say
is
your
hospital
has
built
a
credibility
with
years
of
good
service
and
all,Please
try
to
not
diminish
that
name
coz
of
such
employees.
