A one stop place to buy anything which is required for house and persons. It would be good to buy products when there is a deals/offer. Products are very reasonable and neatly arranged. Staffs are decent and well mannered. Large parking space is available for all kind of 2 and 4 wheelers. Overall its a good shopping experience.

Eventhough small in comparison with modern day malls, offers a lot of brands to choose.It has a big anchor shop and all the retail outlets of leading brand names be it in apparels,clothes, footwears etc etc. It's the only building in the state which has vehicle parking facility for more than 300 numbers.This Fashion Avenue  recognized as the largest collection of fashion brands under one roof anywhere in Kerala.Allen solly,vanheusen,indigo nation,levi's,jockey,LP and a lot of brands are available here.It has got all the facilities, that is par excellence, that is required for a mall including centrally air-conditioning, escalators and see-through capsule elevators.It set to revolutionise the shopping experience in Calicut.It also having a larger  food court in the state.Lack of a cinema theatre is the only demerit......

All the products are well arranged and easily reachable. Floor staff give good response for any need of the customer. Clean and well organised structure helps in easy n hassle free shopping. Great variety of products at good value for money. Superb Quality of product ensures the trust by the customers.

More like Supermarket than Hypermarket. The market has got a decent selection of product from nearly all available brands in the market. Vegetable selection is also decent with helpful staff to help us out. One thing that was a bit bothersome was that there were a few stuff that were cross-selling products and over promoting brands. We go to a store and buy what we need and not want to be rammed in the face with stuff that we don't want.

Good Mall opposite to Private Bus Stand. At the top floor there is a Cafe named, Club Sulaimani. They are claiming there are a lot of varieties of Coffee. Very expensive. The ambience is good It's one of the best shopping malls in Kozhikode because of the variety of items found here from food, clothing, home decor to home appliances, the list is endless. There are separate sections for all types of clothing from branded to non branded. Lots of shoes, belts etc. Then a lot of grocery options, the clothing here is extremely good and you will surely find what you are looking for. The price is a bit high, but it's definitely worth it. Separate shopping sections for men and women makes it more convenient to choose from. A lot of beauty products and watches can also be found here. And the staffs here are very helpful. It's easily accessible by road or by taxi and there are places to have food nearby, once done with shopping.

Horrible experience trying to park car in the top parking area. The ramp was too steep and too winding to negotiate for even a highly skilled driver. No signs in the parking lot for mall entrance. The elevator entrance security beeps with very high noise level.
