First and only mall in Kollam city. Earlier it was know as K Mall. Now owned by B. Ravi Pillai's RP Group. The Mall has about 295,000 sq ft (27,400 m2) of retail space. It includes a food court, Kids zone, Carnival cinemas, McDonalds and branded outlets

I was going to there frequently earlier, when there are couple of shops. Now so many shops are in under construction. So the exploring RP mall in not good enough. Even though the ashirvad cimimas contributing the major chunk of of visitors to there. The quality of the theater space really nice. I experienced a good atmosphere in there. The Reliance trend has also a good collection.

Most shops are closed. Food is nasty. Laptops are not allowed. And the staff is rude. No wonder all seats are empty. Why is it even open???? Better turn it into a museum.

It's not a mall it's something worse than that.

This mall provide good collections of dresses .since I haven't tasted food I don't anything about that. But compared other malls it's ain't much crowdy place. Most of them uses this mall for multiplex theater unfortunately it ain't ready to open yet. Parking space is available but for a shopping mall it's seems kinda small.

I recently shopped from reliance trends. There are wide variety of ladies and gents dresses. It's not crowded when I visited. Not only trend but there are other shops which offers better shopping. We get almost all thing from here. Food court also here.

Though in town, RP mall is one of the or the only boring mall in Calicut.Every time I visit here most of the shops are closed.One of the main low of this place is their lack of parking space,even if they don't have proper parking for the mall customers,they are so kind to collect parking charge.Unlike Focus mall they don't provide reimbursement for parking fund.

Man! What happened to this place. I had last visited here way back and now it's just a shadow of it's past. Many outlets have closed. Their top floor which had lots of food stalls now only have like 2-3 and that too not great. Lots of closed shops. Only saving grace is the multiplex that too not great screens for the price. And the parking had this really bad stench.

Amazing place and location. We bascially rented all of the rooms and apartments and everyone was very pleased. Zoran is a great host and I really recommend going here. The location is perfect for exploring Split and the apartments suits both well for colleagues, family or friends. THANK YOU <3

This is the place from where you can purchase what you want. A lot of branded companies and shop opened their outlet inside. All type of money transaction modes are accepted here. City masjid of markaz is located near by the mall for spiritual purpose who comes here...

Has essentials under one roof with less crowd. Bubble tea from food court is super. Has brand outlets and a multiplex. I went on a Xmas day.

RP mall is situated near new bus stand, Kozhikode, which is easily accessible. They open at around 10 AM. The ground floor has a KFC and they also have a food court at the upper floors, where many other shops are available. Ashirvad cinemas are located at RP mall which is the main part of this center. The provide many screens and good experience too. Reliance trends and some other shops are there for shopping cosmetics, chappals and shoes, groceries, ornaments etc. They provide a wide parking space which is accessible through the other side near to Ravis hotel. They also have a small parking area infront of the mall for two wheelers.

One of the nice malls in Kozhikode....lot of good food courts are available on the top of the mall ... Most of the shops are serving traditional malabari snacks items...

First time visted mall ,less crowded and peaceful place as there was less people around..The kfc near the mall was so neat and nice ambience to come and have food with family And There was a fun ride for Children too

This used to be the best mall in whole of calicut some years ago. Nowadays its more of a theatre than a mall. The only working shops are the theatre, trends and the cafeteria. Not clean, malfunction lift.

RP Mall provided an average shopping experience. The range of stores was decent, and the ambiance was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The food court had some good options but lacked variety. Overall, it's an okay place to shop but doesn't stand out from other malls.

Currently only aashirvath cinimas, kfc and reliance trends available mainly. 60 percentage of shops not open currently looks like all are out of business. Only few open in food court as well.

Pathetic parking infrastructure. I booked a movie for 6:30 PM a day and reached well in advance at around 6:10 PM. Unfortunately there was no parking available in the mall and the security asked me to park in another location. When I reached there , even that parking was full. By the time I got parking in a faw away location and walked back to the mall, it was already past 7 Pm and I missed 30 mins of the movie for no fault of my own. This is unacceptable.

RP mall has somewhat moved to the phase "RIP" mall. Most of the outlets and shops has closed and mall looks pretty deserted. The only thing that is running this mall now is the multiplex theater and the food court. Sad to see this mall doing through this phase.

Since Calicut malls are becoming crowded it's a nice and small mall to hang out. It's right on the main road. Parking is available but not as extensive as other malls. In comparison with other malls , RP mall is smaller. But there are enough shops for your usual stuff. I would suggest going by a two wheeler rather than a car because of the traffic. Staff is friendly and shops are really good.

Second mall of Calicut. Ashirwad Cineplex is one of the attraction. Located in the prime spot. It was renovated recently. Biggest Reliance trends is located here. One of the intresting and extraordinary things apart from other malls is they have seating for visitors. Good maintained washroom.

The maintenance is pretty bad here especially the restrooms . They are by far awful. Not sure why this place has such maintenance. The food court inside the ashirvad cine poll is also a disappointment cause they dint have anything except pop corn. When you dint let food in .ensure they are food provided so we can buy them

Such a worst wash room i have ever seen. Movie experience was ok. Lack of maintenance can see all over the mall. Food court was not functioning. Escalators were not working Overall a worst experience.

Thisnis a nice place for shopping and watching movies. I've been there a few times for watching movies. The products here are a bit expensive. So read the price tag before you shop.

The toilets of the mall is the worst. It does not have a proper flush or its not maintained properly. Please maintain a neat toilet in this type of mall in the heart of toilet
