The place is very shabby and dirty. It’s very noisy ( you can hear all the other guests coming and going and even hear their alarms going off in the morning). We stayed during the covid -19 pandemic and the place was filthy! It’s also full of unnecessary clutter which would be impossible to clean. There were no mattress or pillow protectors and I wish I hadn’t taken the pillow case off to see the state of the pillow as it was disgusting! The grout in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned for years! The bin hadn’t been emptied since the last guests stayed! The Breakfast was very poor quality packaged goods. Don’t stay here!

The place is in a very convenient position and the host is really nice. The check in / check out was ok for us but is quite unbalanced (checking after 7pm checkout and they needed the room to be cleaned at 9am the day after). Don't leave food in the room: ants would get to it quite quickly. Overall a good experience, but I wouldn't recommend to spend more than a couple of nights to be honest

Hosts are very friendly and the room is spacious, big enough for 4 people. It does get very hot at night and I was not able to get a good sleep due to annoying mosquitoes. Free breakfast is offered, but options are limited (yogurt, cereal, jam and cookies, packaged pastries). Some fruit or fresh pastries would have been nice. Please note they have two dogs and a cat, in case you are allergic.

The hosts were friendly and tried to help out even though they were not speaking English very good. The rooms were clean although arranged very peculiar. The breakfast was limited. Based on the prices in Olbia, this is totally ok B&B

The place was dirty and smelly. The bedsheets were not cleaned. Breakfast poor quality. My daughter probably got head louse.
