Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a $500 bouquet to be sent overnight for my anniversary. It was never sent. I had to call back 3 times to get anyone to tell what was going on. After all of that they missed my anniversary and delivered the flowers and left them on the porch AFTER we left on our summer vacation for 2 weeks. I had to call back 5 times to ask for a manager to call me back. No one ever did. I finally threatened to dispute my credit card and they gave me a refund. Too many other options out there for the same thing. Buy elsewhere. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I bought a single rose in a beautiful container for a friend’s birthday because her middle name is Rose. Shipping was fast, and my friend loves it. She said it smells like a real rose and is so beautiful. Such a great gift idea!

This company is amazing! I ordered flowers for my friend’s birthday and they accidentally sent the wrong ones. They IMMEDIATELY rectified the situation and sent the correct ones out without any argument. There are lots of places to buy these type of flowers but none with the quality, beauty and the customer service such as Venus Et Fleur. Definitely a repeat customer!

My first order arrived damaged, but they were incredibly quick to send out a new one. My only suggestion is that if it’s a gift, make sure you leave enough time in case a replacement needs to be sent out. They’re beautiful and smell amazing though. Will definitely be ordering more in the future.
