BUYER BEWARE: At the Roosevelt Field location, they took advantage of a young shopper.  They did not explain the difference between fake stones to real stones.  They also added a warranty charge to the purchase. When the charge was questioned. They said he had no choice, he had to pay for it.  He paid cash. At the point of return 2 days later. He was denied his cash back and told he had to receive a Corporate check in the mail in  10 days.  Had he been told in advance about this cash return policy at the register, he would have used a Credit Card or Debit Card.  There is no signage to explain this return policy. It is on the back of your receipt after you have paid.  His girlfriend will receive A GIFT from Macy's!

Joel was very accommodating and worked very nicely with us. Made our experience fun, will come back again once I pay off this purchase hahahahh. All kidding, Joel took care of us and we did not plan to purchase what we got, but are very happy with our experience. Happy Holidays!!!

Upgrade!!!!! Going on 25 years of marriage…and just walking through the mall Helzberg Diamonds caught my eye. We casually walk in and were greeted by the most amazing guys Christian and Joel!!! They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the rings. They were very helpful to me choosing the size and diamond setting. Highly recommend!!!!! I had a great experience with Mani and Christian as I was shopping for a Valentine’s Day gift for my fiancé. Both were very professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent care and service for my purchase. Will definitely be returning to this store in the future.

Christian was very welcoming, he handled us with care. We were so indecisive on what we wanted. Originally we wanted plain gold wedding bands. He took his time and showed us multiple options. We ended up leaving with rings we fell in love with! He even told us about the financing option, in which we left the same day with our rings with no money down which is even a better deal than we expected! Definitely will be coming back. Everyone here was very nice. We worked with Kevin and he is amazing!!! I am a very indecisive person. He was very patient with helping me pick out a ring set for me and my husband for our 10 year wedding anniversary. He is very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. I came recently to get my engagement ring fixed, Kevin directed me to Marlon whom was absolutely wonderful. Marlon set my ring exactly to my desire and I couldn't be happier! Asked to get a resize for a gift my boyfriend got me and they said they don't think it's possible. Why would I purchase something I won't be able to wear?!! never coming here again. horrible horrible experience. We felt very uncomfortable...make all your customers feel good regardless of what they purchase.

The selection of jewelry was fantastic. The only problem is the pushy salesperson, she was very obnoxious! The prices also were very high! Too many competitors in this market to not be flexible with prices!
