    This Zales in Green acres Mall is the worst Zales ever they sell you jewelry with Missing Diamond’s and when you finally get home and noticed that the diamonds are missing and you call them they tell you since you walked out the store with it, its on you! oh and please don’t miss your six month Diamonds inspection because once you miss that you no longer have the diamond protection and now you’re responsible for any diamonds that goes missing out of your ring. They don’t even put into consideration that we’re in a pandemic and everybody lives are different right now who has time right now to say oh my ring needs inspecting let me go take my ring in we’re worried about our health at this point. never again if I could’ve given them no stars I would have.

    Do not ever go to this store. Bought an expensive ring about a month ago, and the salesperson forgot to give me the box as my wife put in on. Went back a week later to ask for the box, and the manager refused saying that he was not allowed to. (The salesperson was not working that day). Mind you I have been a customer at the store for 15 years and have bought a ton of stuff from them and the manager knows me very well. Went today for a watch, and there was only 2 people working. The manager and another person. Both were with customers so I waited, for an hour. When the manager Mike was done, he skipped over us to take care of someone else. He seems to not be able to see brown people. As I left the store, he tried to call me back. I will never go here again

    Samaya was very personable, helpful, patient and friendly. I was there while she attended to my Best Friend's boyfriend and made the process very smooth. I commend her also for her ability to laugh at all his crazy jokes.

    Worst customer service ever. They are not accountable nor empathic or respectful. The gentlemen in charge was cynic when asked about warranty of my ring. Every transaction in this store costs you more and more, the attendants neglect any responsibility and assume that on the previous visit they did the right thing. If you can pay for a zales item you can surely get a better experience somewhere else where they dont treat like you are asking a favor or something free… dont forget that customer service is more important than the sales itself.

    RUDE AND RACIST! I went to this location two days in a row. Wednesday 5/31 around 1:20 pm. There were two Indian women and one white woman. The older Indian woman was helping a customer. The younger Indian girl and the white woman seemed to be doing some sort of inventory. No one acknowledged I was standing there waiting. Finally the younger Indian girl asked if I needed help. I explained I need an earring repaired and my ring finger sized and I was interested in a ring in the display case. She said I would have to wait for the lady to finish helping that customer. I could not wait any longer so I left. I came back today June 1st. The older and younger Indian women were there again and a black woman. This time the younger woman and the black woman were both helping customers. The older Indian woman was sitting down talking on the phone. AGAIN no one acknowledged I was there. An Indian man walked in after me and started looking in the display cases. The older Indian woman got up and greeted him and proceeded to help him although I was there first. The younger Indian woman finished with her customer and proceeded to move about the store as if I was invisible. After the black woman finished with her customer she greeted me, asked if I needed help, checked out the earring I needed repaired, sized my ring finger and showed me rings from the display case. I'm not sure how they are getting sales at this store if they only help certain customers. Definitely won't be buying anything from this store.

    Absolutely the worst experience of my life. This review is not specifically for the store in green acres but the company, their shipping procedure and the God awful customer service on chat. So honestly I can not see how the store experience would be any better, unless you are making a purchase in store helping someone's commission. Back to my point I ordered a pair of earrings in the middle of August for my newborn niece, to wear as her first actual pair of earrings. From the beginning I was a little weary because it said it would ship out by Sept 30, but my sis did not mind waiting as she can't pierce my niece's ears for a few months and they said they would not charge until it shipped. After waiting that whole time and actually forgetting about them September 30th comes and boom, the money comes out of my acct. I'm excited and can't wait to pick them up. I wait for shipping info and nothing, but I get an email explaining to me how to get them cleaned and how amazing the warranty on them is. I call up on October 4th and was told they are on the way to the store. A few days later I go on the chat and am told they are lost with ups and I should call. I honestly thought this would work itself out but foolish me.. No email from Zales explaining anything. No email from ups... NOTHING.. So today October 15th I go back on chat and after a 2hr wait an agent (Amara) comes on I am obviously not still there, I respond in about 30 minutes and I reference the extremely long wait, only for said agent to respond didn't you see my response at 1230. When my original message was at 1030. Anyway after I asked to be transferred I am on with another agent (forgot his name) that refused to give me a refund, but only wanted to tell me about an investigation they had to do... My issue is I'm not telling them not to investigate but at this point I want my money back so I can buy these earring elsewhere and they are refusing to do so. The earrings were supposed to be delivered to this Zales so I don't see why I can not receive a refund when this error is between UPS and Zales. I will never shop here again and I recommend anyone reading this to see if you can trust Zales with your money or to have your back as a consumer spend your money somewhere else. Zales is terrible.. Worst experience ever.

    I have mixed feeling about this place. I've encountered nice, friendly staff and also rude one's. I've walked in to get my ring inspection and cleaned while some staff members are ready to assist, and welcoming there are those (one middle aged west Indian woman) in particular that if you are not buying anything will be dismissive and act like you're interrupting her life. It's a hit or miss with customer service here, but it's the closest one to my home which means for now I'll continue to go there.

    The store manager, Mike (Store #574) and associate, Alejandra (Assoc #: 1078728), provided some of the best service I have ever experienced in a retail outlet. My actual reason for going into the store in the first place was to get my finger sized and ask about the lifetime warranty because I was going to purchase a ring from Zales.com. They encouraged me to browse in store first before purchasing online. From their demeanor, to how they entertained our daughter, to ensuring I got a ring that I really liked while staying within my budget -- they made our entire shopping experience amazing. They highly respected my taste and my budget equally and were never pushy or "salesy." Their people skills are very effective because I felt like we were building genuine connections. Mike told my husband that for every new ring I get, he has to propose to me again. so now I'm looking forward to another surprise engagement even though we've been married already for 8 years! Thank you Mike and Alejandra for being so kind to my family and I and for one of the best, most memorable shopping experiences ever! <3 Moving forward, I will make Zales my go-to store for fine jewelry, especially if I can continue doing business with people like Mike and Alejandra.

    Came in a trade up and left very satisfied. Our sales rep, Samaya was very helpful and patient with us as we looked at several options. Super glad to have her help us out, would definitely recommend.

    Asha at Zales Green Acres is the best. She helped me out with a difficult ring picking experience. My wife loved it!! Excellent customer service. And I highly recommend if you are picking jewelry for a special occasion, go see her!!!

    Earlier this month I brought a black diamond tennis bracelet, which was described as 10 karat on a sterling silver metal bracelet. I love the bracelet and I’m currently waiting for my 3 carat tennis bracelet on a 14 karat white gold chain. The treatment there in the store was extremely professional, and service, was hospitable.

    Went in to Zales Green Acres to do a return and also get my earrings and necklace clean and check. Sonia and Samaya were extremely helpful and patient as they went through the process of getting the diamond bond information from their online support. 5 star service.

    My fiancée and I stopped at zales Jewelry Store thirty minutes before closing time to purchase our wedding bans. Sales woman Asha attended to us. She is amazing! Asha has great customer skills, very courteous and excellent product knowledge. We were very happy with our purchase and the great discount. Sales is just the place to shop with good people like Asha.

    Rafina was a great help. She was waiting on an appointment and wasn’t supposed to be helping out but she did regardless and she helped us pick out the most amazing wedding bands. Definitely recommend seeing her for your appointment at Zales when picking out engagements or wedding bands.

    Jacob is really nice, understanding, and helpful. This is regarding the other staffs. The only time the other staff are nice is when you're making a large purchase. Don't even try to make a return because you'll get the nastiest attitude ever. Their collection is limited. This is the worst Zales I've ever been to.

    My fiancé and I came in today looking for a wedding set. Samaya acknowledge. us as soon as we walked in. She asked what we were looking for and assist us with care and advise. I was so happy to have her as my Sales Rep. Her customer service was incredibly and professional. My future husband and I walked out so happy and appreciative of Samaya.
