    I am sitting in the parking lot af 2:23 am on July 17th, they are not open 24 hours anymore.What a disappointment, literally drove 30 min out of my way just to get food and the 24 hour IHOP isn't even open. What a joke, False advertising. What a waste of my time and gas I wasn't the only one outside, another customer pulled up and was upset after I informed them that the fake 24 hour IHOP was not open. Doors locked lights and music inside on, not a single employee insight. Myself and the other customers both called multiple times and got nothing to the point where it felt like we were all being ignored. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR GAS COMING HERE.

    I love this place. It doesn't get as busy as it used to but it still offers the same favorites I love. The food here is delicious, the wait staff are so nice and the food comes out quick and hot. You get a lot of food for decent prices. Will definitely go back.

    This IHOP used to be great in terms of service (its IHOP you know what you're getting in terms of food). But a lot of staff that had been there for years quit during the pandemic and the service has become terrible as a result. Long waits, even when they are very few customers, and the last dozen or so times they have messed up our order every time (and it is not like we are making special requests). A shame, we once ate here regularly, but no more.

    My order was taken by George who was polite and courteous. However, my meal was slammed on the table by a female server (tall big blonde woman with a pigtail - name unknown). She just slammed the plate of food at the table, did not even look at me, did not serve the syrup with my pancakes, or ketchup for my hashbrowns, not even the slightest eye contact and walked away, while I sat in shock looking all around for someone attention from someone. Most disrespectful service and mistreatment of a customer. Finally I saw George serving a table 2 aisles away and I had to call out to him for attention. There was a lady in plain clothes that appeared to be the Manager. I shared with her what happened and she did not even offer an apology but indicated that yes the lady server was not the best and that's it. I had already started having my coffee at that point and did not want to walk out but I felt deeply mistreated, discriminated and disrespected by the behavior. After spending $22.07 including tips at this disrespectful location I walked away. Is this how "Non-white" patrons are treated at IHOP? This was my first time visiting the location and I was disgusted. Stay away unless you are white.

    Got a country fried steak, wife got a custom egg omelett with ham. Food is good for a chain, but I wish they were a bit more generous with portions and sauces! The service was excellent. Our server was on top of it. Overall, it was a solid experience.

    My first time having IHOP. Split Decision Breakfast with 2 eggs, 2 bacon strips , 2 pork sausage , french toast, and 2 buttermilk pancakes. Sirloin Steak Tips with 2 eggs, golden hash brown, and 2 buttermilk pancakes. Big portion & fulfilling 😋🥞🍞🥩🥓. Yummy egg b benedict. Amazing service and atmosphere.

    Went here on Friday July 21, 2023 arriving at 7:25pm. There were 3 covers and a couple of unbussed tables. There as no one at the hostess station and 2 servers in the dining room. We waited about 10 minutes during which both of the servers looked over at us without acknowledging or approaching us. After about 10 minutes I picked up some menus and found a table and sat my family down and stood waiting so we could be seen. Again, both of the servers looked in our direction without acknowledging us. After 10 more minutes we decided to go elsewhere and also told the 2 new parties waiting at the hostess stand that they should do the same. Horrible experience.!!!!

    The only IHOP open 24 hours within a reasonable distance from me! Went at around 1am last week and our server was so nice. The food was the BEST IHOP food I've ever had. Can't wait to go back! The breakfast crepe was amazing!

    The minute we walked in and were seated we heard someone In the kitchen speaking loud. When we looked it was the manager, apparently her name is Sara was speaking to her cooks and some employees as if they were her children, speaking down to them very loudly where the whole restaurant can hear. I feel this is very inappropriate as well as not helpful in managing a team. I think she should either quit or take management classes that will help her lead her team in a more positive and helpful direction. I've never ever complained or rated someone online but what I saw was not okay or healthy for the work atmosphere. If I worked there I would've quit that instant. Hope change happens in the near future.

    We got the burger special on Tuesday,, it was very good. Been there several times overall the food has been good the service not so good.. the male server isn't friendly, never comes to ask if things are ok.. 3 times I've seen our food sitting under the heat lights while he's just standing around talking and not paying attention..

    It wasn't busy. We had to wait for our server to come in. He was late I guess. Nobody took our or even asking if we wanted coffee. And we weren't the only table. There was a table with 15 people and they were there before us! I couldn't believe that no was asked to the station til he came in! Horrible.

    UPDATE: 5 mins after penning this review, my order came. The lovely lady brought out a number of orders and I took the one she handed me when my name was called out. Upon arrival at home, it was someone else's DoorDash order with the same name, filled with items I couldn't eat. Original review: I feel sorry for the one waitress who is working. Only her to be hostess, deliver take-out orders and she now has about 5 or 6 tables and also only 1 visible person in the kitchen. **Isn't there a boss or owner to help out when not enough staff is available?** This is my first time here, and I find it hard to justify coming back even though I live close by. It's currently 610pm and I'm still waiting on an order promised online at 546pm. There are also 3 DoorDash drivers hanging out waiting. I put full responsibility on the management, not at all on the employees.

    Our server Daniel was wonderful! He was very patient with us and had a very nice, calm attitude. I had taken my dad for a birthday breakfast but my parents don't speak English. I had to translate for them and he saw this and took his time with us. I truly appreciate his service.

    The manager was super inviting. I only have one suggestion, when ordering waffles with more than 3 parties; have them cook it last. The other food will be hot but the waffles cold. The waitress seem scared to serve us. But she got the job done. Thanks IHOP.

    Me and my Family went here to have a nice family breakfast. When we went inside there was absolutely no one to take our seats. When we did we had to wait at least an hour just for our food. I also ordered a Spicy Poblano, after tasting it there was no spicy sauce or nothing. Barley any spiciness at all. The drinks were good, but the service and food? They were just not feeding my apetite.

    The food there was terrible. Although throughtout the past years it made me very pleased with the food and service. This year and this day I went there just to wait an hour to recieve my food. After recieving my order it was absolutely plain and bland. Some dishes were burnt or either too hard to chew. I also have children and I ordered them Chicken Tenders with French Fries. They got french fries but only got 2 tiny pieces of Chicken Tenders. Leaving the restaurant I already had a stomach ache and the need to throw up. It’s the hard truth really.

    This location ( Hazlet) is horrible! After today we will no longer patronize this location. This location consistently comes across as cheap, greedy and mismanaged. They don’t put enough people on to match the volume. to manage the volume they make you wait while you stare at a half empty restaurant. When you’re finally seated and order in this half empty restaurant the food takes way to long. (why, if it’s half empty?) everyone hangs out in the kitchen, facing each other in one big group chat so you have to walk there to ask for something. Collectively this is enough to have you seeking other locations, but here we were today trying again. That is until they informed us today that they have no cream for the coffees. While this may come across as a tough reason to get up and leave it’s because rather than falling into a first act, it felt like a last straw. In principle if you can’t manage that, then what you already Mis-Manage so well is not likely to change! Shame, cause the fine young folks that work here are just trying to earn a living and are simply Mis-Managed through no fault of their own. It’s the owner that needs to wake up and smell the coffee. Something that should be easy enough to do today given you can only get it black!

    I came to visit my family from out of state, so we decide to come here, as I'm originally from the area. Was seated immediately, yet in 15 minutes not once did a server stop at our table. We even flagged down the hostess who sat us. When we decided to leave, our alleged server was sitting in the front on her cell phone. "She was just about to see us" we were told.

    In my honest opinion, the employees were nice people and my waiter was a very nice young guy, but as far as anything else, people were waiting for their food for a half hour, and it wasn't the staffs fault, it was the owners fault because they ran out of food, how does a owner do that to an restaurant like that, I'm in retail and would never do that to anyone,there was customers like me that got agitated and is not going back to this place as I'm not or my friends either! I blame the owner for this, he is the one to blame not the employees, he should be ashamed of themselves!!😡😡

    Our server was great. Very attentive. The food was good, but the eggs tasted like they came out of a milk carton. We were seated in a booth near the kitchen, which wasn't a problem but, there seemed to be a heated argument happening in the kitchen between a cook and one of the waitstaff. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves.

    At least 50% of the food was cooked correctly! Everything else was definitely overcooked. And they can't blame a rush, I think there were only 2 other tables and a couple to-go orders.

    delicious and fast service. I came here with my boyfriend before class and we were seated and greeted immediately. The food was good for its price and the waitress was phenomenal! I enjoyed my time there and we'll definitely be back

    The food was very delicious from my visit and the weight for my food was not a long period of time either. Me personally I would place my order and then go and do some shopping at the stores in back of the location then come and pick up my food and be out the door for a great meal :-) LOL.

    I’ve been coming here for years. However today it was different Good: quick seating, my server Chantel very charming, the food was ok. Bad: The table I was assigned was not clean, pancake crumbs all over, tea carafe still on the table. Saw other employee cleaning table across from me, left dirty napkins on seats, the cloth she was using was leaving crumbs all over. You would think that after the Pandemic the restaurant and management will supervise and enhance cleanliness. Nope 👎

    Well I have to do this. The service it’s ok. The staff on this place are great but the food sometimes it’s not ok. This time I went to have breakfast with family and found this problem. My daughter order chicken and waffles.. the chicken was hard and dark color. I bet you the chicken fingers from 7-11 are better than what we got in this place. Pictures are attached for you and you can see what I’m talking about. It looks like was precooked or it was cooked on dirty oil !!

    First time visiting this ihop establishment, the waiters that worked today were all very friendly and all made it their jobs to make me smile and make me feel like I was appreciated for coming in! I highly recommend coming to this ihop over any other establishment because the staff is just AMAZING! If I had to complain about anything that bothered me while I was trying to enjoy my egg & ham cheese omelet and 3 pancakes for just 6.00$! It would have to be the manager, she was yelling at the waiters pretty much the whole time I was trying to enjoy my meal and honestly made me feel uncomfortable, she would yell about food being in the window while the server would be at a table taking someone’s order and was obviously trying to humiliate her servers on purpose, if you don’t mind the yelling though I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone, the cooks prepared my food perfectly and the servers showed me so much respect and really made me feel like I belonged!

    The waiting time was short 10 minutes The most. The scramble egg have nothing on it not even salt. The pancake was so so I had better. Food mediocre and the waiter seem to be in a hurry like she had a long line of customers waiting. No healthy food choises on the menu. Prices reasonable.

    I had an amazing server she was very pleasent and apologetic whenever anything happened. However her manager Sarah made our experience pretty awful. She gave no respect to her employees and my friends and I more than 5 times were made uncomfortable by how rude she was to them and the way she was literally screaming at them like they were her personal punching bags. It was pretty disappointing. I think someone else should be in charge in all honesty.

    Here's the scoop: the servers/staff were all very personable. There was a table in front of us who didn't thank they're server and as they walked by our table they audibly critiqued their lack of gratitude. I have to 100% agree, why wouldn't you thank your server?? Anyway, Jorge (the GOAT) was very attentive and nice, brought the food out quick, and made a banging Hot Chocolate. The only thing we missed was our water, but other than that I'd hit again frfr. Bless up.

    Beware! This location is no longer open 24 hours despite on-location advertising!!! Depending on the server you get your service may be adequate, but typically you will wait a long time for your food, and now the special appeal-24 hour service-has been done away with, this location has little to offer. The coffee almost made me throw up, while the team is stingy when it comes to helping customers use the “specials” they do offer

    I just left the restaurant with my mother and our experience was terrible. Our waitress, who didn’t introduce herself, was not welcoming and seemed like she was forced to serve us. However, she expressed cheerful attitude towards a customer that was probably a regular. I found that odd. She literally gave us our meals and never checked in how we were doing. Matter of fact, the manager was the one that gave my meal and she was really nice. But, our waitress whose name is Lorraine was awful. I would come back as long as she’s not my waitress. There was a waiter there that was so sociable and nice with his customers. The whole entire time, my mother and I wished we had him as a waiter.

    Waitress didn’t tell us her name when we got there. it was very busy in the beginning but when it slowed down we couldn’t find her to save our lives. We didn’t get utensils until the manager came on the floor or straws for our drinks. My wife asked for honey mustard about twice and she said okay, left and was walking around. She never received it until we asked someone cleaning the tables to grab it. We also never got plates or napkins for our appetizers. She didn’t check on us or ask how the food was until the food was damn near gone but we noticed the waitress asking other tables around us how the food was while in the middle of eating, meanwhile she would glance over and just walk away. just horrible all around service. We usually enjoy coming here as a family but this is the last time. I hope she enjoyed receiving no tip at all because that’s what her service earned her.
