Wish I could give zero stars. My daughter was in a car accident today and the lady at the front desk said “sorry we’ve just seen too many patients today, we can’t see you” meanwhile they were slated to be open for another 1.5 hours. My 17 year old was injured and they couldn’t care LESS! What a COMPLETE AND UTTER JOKE. Isn’t there a hypocratic oath doctors need to take? Disgusting!! Update to your comment- how would you find us in the system when you NEVER SAW US! Maybe read the review before responding? You refused to see us despite being open for another 1.5 hours.

I have never had a negative experience here until today. The front desk person (I think Briana?) was absolutely amazing. However, I heard the PA (or nurse? not sure of her status) make a snide comment to the doctor regarding me and Dr. O brushed me off and I was not able to understand him at all. He didn't check my lymph nodes (one is so swollen you can literally see it and it hurts to touch) and I don't think he took a good look at my throat/tonsils either. It hurts to swallow and talk and they acted like it was nothing. To top it off, I essentially told him which medications to prescribe (Z Pack or Augmentin) and he didn't even tell me which he was prescribing. They made it seem like just because I didn't notice anything until 2:30AM today that it must not be anything at all. Good job, Dr. O and the PA who left her credit card somewhere and had to go back for it early this morning for not actually seeming invested in your jobs or patient care.

When the doctor came in (i do not remember his name unfortunately), he only looked at my throat very fast and seemed like he just guessed the illness I had based off of my symptoms. I had to ask him about getting a chest x- ray since I was coughing up mucus really bad and then he decided “oh, let me listen to your lunges to make sure.” Gave me antibiotics without checking anything else and right after I finished my antibiotics, I became sick again and now have to start back at square one. Front desk ladies were very nice but the health professionals were rushed and did not do their job properly. Maybe my illness is just lingering but that does not change the fact that they rushed with my diagnosis. I was there a week prior because i had a pain behind my knee and a slightly bulged vein and just wanted a second opinion, and that doctor (different doctor) was rushed too.

I had a wonderful experience with this urgent care and the staff compared to others in the area. I called ahead was informed of the process and be added to their patient list. They informed me of the wait time and I decided to run some errands while I waited for my turn. Once I was in my issues were resolved and I was processed very smoothly. They took very consideration of my health and time. I was in and out feeling satisfied.

Terrible, waited over a hour for the X-ray girl to show up. She showed up late and then chats with all her friends and we just left, tired of waiting. Never called with lab results on the 3rd day we finally got them. No email. We had to call and call and then show up to finally find out we had the flu. They do nothing for the flu. Complete waste of time

At times like these, you most likely will have bad experiences -- and probably when you are not feeling well, things may look a bit worse than they are. With that in mind, I have to say, almost every visit I've had at AFC in Aberdeen (at least 3 times in the last 2 years) has been near perfection (even if I had to wait a long time to be seen). My last visit, which was today (1/14/22), was wonderful. Everyone was at ease and caring, and service from two outstanding people prompted me to write a review. I was fortunate that today there was no long waiting line ... and that my son and I were greeted by Brianna (I think that was her name. I'm old so forgive me) and Samantha. If you own a business where customer service is needed, they should all take lessons from these young (to me) women. They were upbeat, clear on the information they provided, and made me feel totally at ease (and didn't mind my usual chit chat). They, combined with the rest of the medical staff I had to meet, made the experience, once again, relaxing and offered me no reason to complain. Doctors and Nurses can be professional, and should be, but also I have found everyone at AFC (Aberdeen) to be comforting, informative, and friendly. When I think about how difficult it must be at times for them, I hope they find patients that are appreciative of all their efforts -- and not just during this pandemic.

It’s not often I leave reviews, but for something health related, I feel this is important. The receptionist was polite and the check-in, while a little lengthy, was fine. I went in fairly confident that I had strep throat, as I’d had it many times before and I know my body pretty well (I’d had a 102 fever the previous day, sore and swollen tonsils with a bit of white on them, and a headache). I was visiting in the area, so I couldn’t go to my usual place. They did a rapid strep test, but the person who took the swab didn’t even use a tongue depressor to really get back there - he just swabbed quickly to the point where it didn’t even prompt me to cough (which was strange given all the other strep tests that I’ve had in the past have used a tongue depressor and made me cough due to how far back and long the swab was). He didn’t even seem to be looking directly into my mouth, frankly. The rapid came back negative, and they were saying I could have a virus that’s been going around. I had to insist on getting a strep culture test - they didn’t think to without my asking. A culture should take 48 hours to get results; they sent the culture out on Sunday morning and I heard back Thursday afternoon that it was negative. I had called twice on Tuesday, and the evening receptionist told me that it was “way too early” for results to come back, which is false. Meanwhile, I had gone to a different urgent care closer to my home on Wednesday, and the rapid strep (done properly) came back positive. If I had relied on the AFC urgent care’s results, which said the culture test was negative, I would still be suffering with strep (which is serious when untreated). Thankfully, I got antibiotics prescribed from the local clinic back where I live after the positive rapid strep there on Wednesday, and I’m already starting to feel improved today. This place seems fine for if you have a cold or need a doctor’s note to verify that you’re sick for work, but if you have a legitimate health concern, I’d encourage looking elsewhere.

If I could give this place zero/negative stars I completely would. Look I’m a younger person so I definitely understand when someone is being a Karen, but this place seriously needs a reevaluation. I have been twice in my life to end up witnessing an absolute mess. Upon check in you are offered a wait time that is no where near correct. Whatever time you are told expect to add at least an hour and a half to it. Not to mention that when you get there the evaluation you receive will be no better than my dog. One doctor in specific, the heavyset male with glasses is an absolute nightmare who I for one would never want to check on anyone I love. In both my times being there he has misdiagnosed major sicknesses. Recently mono and last time the hand foot mouth virus, this doctor is lazy and simply does not care for your well being. To the staff of this establishment you are a poor representation of the medical field and this comes from someone who understands it’s struggles and difficulties, but you people are utterly lazy and have no regard for the people visiting you at all

The check in process using the kiosk and my own mobile device was easy and efficient. The staff was kind and friendly, and it was helpful being able to be seen on a Sunday and not have to wait until the next day to go to my primary care provider.

Everyone was very nice, but the doctor came in and told me I have Covid to call my primary doctor. And he walked out. No checking of my ears, or throat. What did I pay for?

it was very easy to book an appointment, the check in process was also very efficient. The staff was extremely professional and kind. The PA and the MA were nice and very helpful in my treatment.

I had a very pleasant experience at this location. The women working the front desk were extremely helpful and welcoming. The nurse and the PA both listened to my concerns and helped diagnose and treat what was going on. Would recommend to anyone asking.

This place has the best personal service. Fernando has the best calming energy. He was super polite and very professional. The Dr was very attentive and gave me all the information I needed. I will definitely be coming back if another child needs to be seen.

I was not a patient prior to yesterday but wanted to get Covid tested!! My current physician is not testing at their office at this time! Staff couldn’t have been any nicer. Pleasant waiting room and absolutely spotless. Brianna at the desk was super helpful clarifying insurance info and paperwork. Nurse practitioner Andrea was extremely thorough and provided answers to every question! Asked for a note for work and without hesitation went to type it up for me!! Extremely satisfied will definitely be using their services in the future for my entire family. Just wanted to say thanks and let people know!!

I was seen immediately after I checked in. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. I had my first case of poison ivy since I was gardening a couple of weeks ago. They gave me everything I needed and I felt so much better the very next day. Highly recommend this place.

I'm so glad to find this facility! The staff and the PA was amazing!! They were so thorough and I felt like I was in great care!!! I will absolutely go back when my Primary Care Dr isn't available.

Everyone was so very nice and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. They took me in for my x-ray and had the results very quickly. The doctor explained what I can’t do and took me behind the desk and showed me my x-ray and where my two broken ribs were located. I really appreciated that. Great job everyone

Dr. Odekunle and the AFC urgent care staff were pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. The registration process was quick and the wait time was short (15 minutes) for a walk-in. My experience there was handled so well that - I can’t wait to get sick again(JK:-). Seriously, I would recommend AFC to others.

It was my first time visiting this urgent care facility. All the staff that I interacted with were incredibly nice and informative. I was seen almost immediately after finishing the check in process, which was pretty easy. Overall a good experience despite not being in good health. 🙂

Dr. Odekunle saw my daughter today. He was very friendly and reassuring. The wait was not long and the staff was really nice. So glad to live a couple of minutes away.

Dr. Odekunle is an amazing physician. He took his time to talk to me and address all my concerns and questions as a new patient. Also, the staff over there are lovely and pleasant.if you want an amazing and calm urgent care, this is definitive place to go to.

My family and I just walked in for PCR Covid tests after an exposure. The clinic was completely empty. The waiting area was clean and fully stocked with sanitizing supplies. The young lady at the front desk immediately greeted us and offered help. She was so pleasant and helpful. So was the nurse who performed our tests. This is the second time we have been here and both times have been nothing but a great experience. We appreciate you.

This urgent care by far is the best in the area. From the welcoming warm front desk staff like Marina, Brigida, Samantha all so welcoming when I came. I was feeling horrible trying to get a covid test and they made my experience amazing.. The medical assistance in the back which I believe their names are Kara, Jasmin, Stephanie,sajma ? Amazing care they give. I would love to say I am 100% always coming back there to them ! Very quick easy friendly service. 5 ⭐️ for them !

Recently my husband had a very bad fall in front of our home. Convincing him to go to the ER was just not an option. However he did consent to being seen at the AFC Urgent Care in Aberdeen NJ. What an unexpected pleasent experience. My husband is a tough patient but Dr Brown and the staff there handled him perfectly. Would not hesitate to go to AFC for needed care. Thank you so much for your understanding and the kindness you showed us both.

Very pleased with the front staff and their willingness to help me. My wait time was very short and Dr. Galloway was prompt and very caring about my issue. She explained everything and had the results of my x-rays quickly. Great place to go when you need immediate care.

I was seen today 1/10/2022 for being exposed to covid. The nurse who helped us was so unbelievably rude and unprofessional. We would ask her questions and she wouldn't even respond. She was slamming the door every time she left the exam room. We even heard her cursing and talking about how frustrated she was with patients in the hallway. When our results came back she literally threw the papers at us and told us we were negative. All I could say to her was try to have a better day. I was so blown away by how unprofessional she acted towards my fiance and I.

I called to ensure we could be seen. I was told it wouldn't be a problem. Then after I drive the 45 minutes to have my wife seen who is with fever and chills... I'm told they reached capacity and can't see anyone.. Even though there is no one in the lounge. I didn't want anything to do with covid.. Called back and was told I should have been seen. No communication in their call center and on grounds. Horrible customer service, didn't even ask what wee needed.

I don’t usually write reviews but I had such an amazing experience here with Dr.Lora. She is by far one of the best doctors who has ever checked me up. She really took her time and examined me and gave me an in-depth evaluation. I felt very comfortable with her and loved how much she cares about her patients. She definitely went the extra mile that I did not expect to get when I came here. Cara was also wonderful. All in all I had an absolutely amazing experience and I highly highly highly recommend Dr.Lora to anyone who wants to been seen by a doctor who cares. If I could give her 10 stars I would!!!!!!

I went this office this morning. The woman at the desk was very kind, informative and made me feel comfortable. The wait time was about 10 minutes (including the sign in.). I was seen by Dr. O. Very helpful. He diagnosed me and sent the prescriptions to my pharmacy. My medication was waiting for me when I went to pick it up. This truly was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this office!

The Dr. A Browne was obnoxious. He did not make my daughter feel comfortable. Requested to have labs done at an outside lab. Results went to AFC Urgent Care, which were abnormal-- No one has called me to let me know the results ( 4 days so far)or call in an antibiotic for my daughter. Luckily I had made an appointment to bring my daughter to her regular pediatrician for appropriate care. AFC is Lazy and careless! Receptionist was very warm and welcoming which is a deception when you get to see the doctor. Stay away! I wanted to give zero stars but you are forced to give at least one star 😡

Brianna is absolutely wonderful!! All while being genuine, patient & kind, she helped me feel safe and confident for my appointment when I wasn’t feeling at my best. The entire staff is professional & welcoming. Best Urgent Care Ever!

I was at your Aberdeen location on Saturday 10/1/2022. Your front desk were great. My complaint is with the doctor I was seen by on 10/1 around noon. He acted like I was bothering him. He introduced himself extremely fast all he heard was Covid he spoke a few minutes. He was getting ready to leave the exam room with out listening to my lungs. I am a lung cancer patient, I had to ask him to check my lungs. Correct if I am wrong but isn’t normal procedure went you suspect a patient has Covid your check there lungs especially when told that I am a lung cancer patient. So sorry that I made him actually do his job in lieu of standing around scratching his head the entire time. This was totally my last time using your office.

An absolutely wonderful establishment. While visiting the area, I found myself with a scratchy throat and severe irritation in my sinuses. I stopped in at AFC urgent care and they definitely handled me with wonderful care. All of the staff and doctors are so kind and well mannered, and always seem to be on-top of their jobs in every aspect. The clinic was clean, very well organized; and all of the employees were very professional in their attire. I must say, the results they provide are of a very large magnitude. In less than a span of 25 minutes I had been provided with care and a diagnosis, and a prescription sent to the nearest pharmacy. Without AFC, I probably wouldn’t have been able to kick my sickness as soon as it started. Very grateful for this experience and will be recommending for everyone who needs it. Thank you so much AFC! Great work!!

Very friendly and helpful, the wait was a little long, but that was because there where plenty of patients, about 5 people walked in right before me, and I think the speed was appropriate based on the number of people. Once inside super professional and very fast, both doctors and nurses treated me like a person not a number. I will be going back

Exceptional customer service. I was seen by the doctor quickly and was treated very respectfully. I had cut my finger and needed a few stitches. Quick service and they explained the entire process. If we need to, we will go here again.

On October 25 I stopped at AFC urgent care for some medication for my severe back pain. Immediately the staff noticed a problem. They took an EKG and found a problem. They quickly call paramedics and they responded and took me to the hospital. Apparently I had a series of heart attacks masked by my diabetes. The help and kindness I received at AFC was amazing and with complete professionalism. Sauna, Laura & Kara are true hero’s and I will always keep them in my prayers and thoughts. Thanks to all at AFC Urgent Care truly a family care center. I’m living proof of it. Rick

Excellent experience. Short wait time. Receptionist very friendly and understanding with patience for people not feeling well. PA very friendly upbeat and very thorough. Doctor was friendly receptive and patient. Spot on diagnosis proscription cured symptoms in the time frame he estimated. This was my third time at this office an always completely satisfied.

My visit to the AFC Aberdeen was Great. The Staff was very friendly and helpful, my doctor was on point with the diagnosis and the medication she prescribed worked almost instantly. I was feeling better within 24 hours like she said. I would like to thank them all and let them know they are truly appreciated.

I usually have a good experience however today was a horrible experience. I gave my symptoms to the first desk assistant, I overheard her telling them to the PA. The PA went into the room next door and treated that patient according to my notes. I then heard the same desk assistant tell the PA that I was in the room and tested positive for Covid (which I never did, it was probably for the patient next door to me) and the PA told her she is “too busy to see me” and “I should be sent home”. I then went outside to tell her she confused me for someone else. She told me I overheard wrong and I was “probably hearing things”. Right after the PA came to see me, saw me for 30 seconds and gave me a half hearted consultation, then gave me an antibiotic. Horrible experience.

Everyone we encountered here was excellent! We walked in for X-rays after my son had a fall and everyone was so kind and compassionate. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes. Definitely recommend.

No appointment urgent care = long waits. This place always treats EVERYONE with the same level of respect and it’s given back by us patients. It’s that extra step or two; the care and tone in conversation. Then when it’s your turn you get the time needed ; extra analysis if there something they are curious about. Makes them default family doctor for the night and day difference of the STAFF. THANKS for ability to count on your constant. While patient or waiting father I APPRECIATE YOU; the TEAM; the OFFICE.

First time there, last time there. Very unsanitary. I was told by the receptionist I had to wear a mask, while she WAS NOT wearing a face mask. So, why did I have to? 2 and a half hour wait time. During that, multiple people used the touchscreen kiosk. No gloves, no one came to sanitize it once. No patient used the Purell hand sanitizer next to the kiosk. So again, why the mask? Finally, I use ACE Pharmacy. So the doctor, for some reason, sends my medication to ACME Pharmacy. One and done, DO NOT GO HERE!
