    Kind smart knowledgeable and alerted me to the severity of my sons condition without causing panic. We had Abigail for our DR and I cannot say enough good or kind things about her . Called and checked on us after we were sent to the ER and continued to support us and help advocate for the best care for my son. Havenā€™t stopped telling people about my experience with her specifically as she truly was exactly who and what we needed.

    I would recommend this medical office to my family and friends. Everyone was nice and attentive to my medical needs. I am grateful for their services. The medical staff were very professional and compassionate which is what you need most when you're feeling bad. My quick recovery was a result of them being on their game. Thankful to God above all that I was put into the right hands.

    Wife went to facility to do rapid test. The office said the test would be free. She didn't see the doctor and got her results over the phone. Never received a bill but got the notice from collections for $40 co-payment for urgent care visit in addition to $140 that was received from insurance. Response to owner .. Sent email on May 17, 2022 to discuss further. There were no reply back . Please don't send people to black hole email that nobody seems to response just to reply to a review .

    This place tells you it's $125 for a walk in, but charged $250 if you have insurance. We didn't even see a Dr. They never told us it was more money with insurance and wouldn't change the bill. Even after talking to the manager Jen. With deductible bill was $208. Better have a good deductible and research before insurance is used. This place is a joke. Much better off with Minute Clinic.

    The fact that they take my insurance alone gives them 5 stars šŸ˜‚. But also everyone is very friendly, it can get busy and crazy so the desk staff definitely has a lot to deal with but for the most part they still treat patients well. I see different paā€™s each time but Iā€™ve been happy with all of them. Great place if you canā€™t get in to your own doctor.

    Got here 20 minutes before close and they wouldnā€™t even call my insurance company to realize I am in network. Instead they said oh youā€™re out of network and will need to pay out of pocket. Couldnā€™t even do the bare minimum of their job. A simple phone call would have gotten me the care I needed. No one cares anymore.

    Everyone was very good to my Mom and they took her right away at her appt time v with no wait. I would recommend this place to anyone. Everyone friend from the receptionist to the Doctors. We will definitely use them again in the future if needed to avoid waiting in the ER.

    Iā€™ve been going here for 3+ years with no issues - I always was happy with the care I got, the doctors and staff, and how easy it was to make an appointment. However, something seems to be going on there with insurance issues, so I HIGHLY RECOMMEND confirming (with the office AND your insurance) that your insurance is accepted before you go in to avoid wasting time while you are in need of help/pain relief. Even if it says itā€™s verified on the Solv app, I would definitely call to confirm because of the experience I just had. I had a virtual visit with a doctor from the Edison office who recommended I go into the Hazlet location to get a shot for my pain (much closer to me than Edison). She called Hazlet and explained the situation. I called them to confirm and they said to come in. When I got there, they refused to see me because they said they didnā€™t take my insurance despite the fact it was verified for the virtual visit, I was just there around 3 weeks ago with no problems, and I pulled up my insurance app and showed them how they were listed as in-network providers. I was very upset and practically begging to be seen because I knew my insurance was accepted and I have been in pain for days and wanted to avoid the ER, but I was told I could only do self-pay which isnā€™t an option for me right now. So I left without being seen. I just got a call from the doctor I had seen virtually from the Edison office checking in about my pain level. I explained to her I was never seen bc of my insurance, and that I am still in pain. She said that my insurance was accepted for the virtual visit and she already ordered the shot and that I should have been able to get it there. She also said if I came into the Edison office, I would have got it. This shouldnā€™t be okay; how is my insurance accepted at one Immediate Care location but not another? Unfortunately they were closed by the time she called me, even if I did want to make the 45 minute drive in pain. Now I am left in pain and likely have to go to the ER when I could have got some relief. I will add that the woman at the front desk was very sweet and tried her best to help me. She was patient with me even when I was visibly frustrated and she tried to find a solution. She even provided other urgent cares I could go to but unfortunately they couldnā€™t help me. This wasnā€™t her fault and I do appreciate her kindness. Also, the doctor at the Edison office was extremely sweet; Iā€™ve never had a doctor from an urgent care call me to follow up with me before. Iā€™m still unsure why this happened, since I confirmed that my insurance is accepted here. Iā€™m really disappointed because I loved this place in the past. Overall, I just really recommend calling beforehand to make sure you could be seen before wasting a lot of time while youā€™re in a lot of pain with no other options.

    I brought my daughter in to be seen for an ear infection. Staff was very pleasant and polite. We waited maybe 5 minutes before being brought back and only about another 5 minutes once in the room. Fast yet thorough for our needs today. Thank you

    my wife was having appendicitis and couldnā€™t even stand, we asked the front desk to find her a place to lay down and they refused and kept us waiting. When we finally got into the care room my wife was passed out, and all these ā€œprofessionalsā€ can do was show up, ask some questions, then disappear, without giving any urgency care: they lack the basic skills of giving urgent care. Finally they found a senior staff who checked my wifeā€™s bp, which was dangerously low and keep dropping: They they just called 911 Even with all the delays and without any urgent care given, they still charged us several hundred dollars. Why donā€™t they just change their name to slow-and-donā€™t-care medical?

    Simply amazing people and exceptional medical care. I suffered a significant hand injury and was seen immediately. The nurse practitioner Sheryl sutured my hand, answered all my questions, and sent me home with clear next step instructions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, given the circumstances. I highly recommend this urgent care facility. It was my first time and the experience was much better than going to the hospital ER. Thank you Immediate Care. You get my highest recommendation.

    I moved to the area and haven't changed my doctors, so I have been using Immediate Care for all my medical needs. I've come many times throughout the year and every time each and every staff member has treated me with kindness and understanding. Amazing people and service.

    First time making an appointment at this location. Everything went smoothly. I only had to sit in the waiting area for about 5 minutes before they called me into a room. The staff is very friendly & efficient.

    Went to the walk in because It was a Sunday. I was seen quickly. The staff were all courteous and friendly. The nurse and doctor were thorough and explained everything in detail. I would recommend this location for sure. Edit: still was not feeling better so I went back two days later and the staff was wonderful. Just compassionate and really listen. I would go back and recommend to others.

    My experience was great from the phone call to the front desk girl to inquire, my in person experience with the woman at the front desk, my experience with the person who checked me in once I was in the doctors room, but it all went downhill when I met the actual Dr. Lol she didnā€™t take the time to explain the many medication or prescriptions She was trying to give me, and that is an immediate turn off, if youā€™re going to pump someone full of something, you have to explain what each one is for, and when I explained to her that I donā€™t need an inhaler or antihistamines because Iā€™m already on allergy medicine and donā€™t have shortness of breath instead of explain it in depth to me, she just said ok and dismissed me - I will have to call back today to understand what the other medicationā€™s were for. I have the flu so of course I was not feeling well. I just think it was overall unprofessional for someone that gets paid to be a doctor and to help people. Especially being that I donā€™t have insurance and I have to pay out-of-pocket I want good service, at any rate, insurance or not I think any of us would want good service from a doctor, someone we rely on to help us get better.

    They changed owners I think. I just paid over $200 too see a NURSE for 3 minutes during a week day despite what my insurance covers. They verified that my insurance covers it all, ensure me that they wonā€™t charge my credit card then charge it anyways.

    Booking appointment online thru Solv app was very easy. I had visited previously in May and so I had much of my information saved. very good with the texting. I went in on a lighter day/timeframe so I did not have to wait too long. The nurse and doctor were very kind. They were very gentle with swabbing me for the COVID PCR test.

    The girl at the front desk was wonderful she went above and beyond. On the other hand doctor Anna was not very compassionate or knowledgeable of why I was there. When she first walked in the room she said hi why are you here today? I would think she already read my chart before she came in there . She insisted I didn't need the PRC test which is why I was there per my instructions from my doctor's office. Then she was going to fill prescriptions for me without even finding out what medications I'm on. No one ever asked me what medications I was taking. I even bought it up to the assistant that brought me to the room and I was dismissed with the question. I went to Walgreens and they knew exactly what I needed and got it done. And got the results already. I like like to add you seem to give the same response to everyone you don't even care

    I would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing medical care. The office was clean, the front staff was courteous and efficient, the physician Anna was pleasant, gentle and thorough. Wish there was a rating above 5 stars.

    This is my second time here for two totally different things, May of 2022 and this May! Anna was the dr that helped this time- this place puts 'immediate' in Immediate 'care'. They care! They are fast and attentive and competant! I've been to other urgent cares that are far from urgent and certainly don't seem to care. This is an excellent group! I will only come here when needed going forward.

    Staff was friendly and efficient. I was in and out in under an hour!! The waiting area and exam room were clean and inviting. Staff welcomed each person as they entered the lobby. Would definitely use them in the future!

    If I could give 10 stars, I would. The staff is phenomenal and so welcoming. No one looks forward to going to urgent care, but everyone here makes it such a seamless experience. Much thanks to NP Sheryl Cekot for her attentiveness, professionalism and genuine care.

    Good? No. Amazing. The staff were so helpful, sweet, and caring. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I'd give them six out of five stars for giving more than 100% in customer service and care. My provider Anna B., Fran @ the front desk, and the medical assistant, Maria, were all top notch. Thank you so much for all you do! Update: Went back 7-3-23....still super amazing, professional, and wonderful customer care. Why did I add that....so you can be assured my first review wasn't a one time event.

    The ladies at the front desk are very kind which is a breath of fresh air compared to most Urgent Cares in the area whose staff have compassion fatigue towards their patients. The clinical staff is great as well and the physicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Absolutely recommend this Urgent Care to anyone!

    Excellent experience. Walked in without appointment and didn't have to wait long. Staff was courteous. Saw Physician Assistant who was so nice, thorough and listened about my symptoms and then prescribed appropriate medication. Always a short wait. Highly recommend.
