Nurse Lenroy and PA/NP Grace we’re just the nicest medical professionals! I was feeling awful and they really took the time to be kind and even made me smile and forget how badly I was feeling. The front desk staff was kind and efficient, and the whole experience was great. I have found a new urgent care I prefer to go to when needed. Thanks! :)

This is an impressively run office . Made my appointment online and was seen without delay at the scheduled time. Clean rooms /great staff. The doctor listened and made me feel at ease. The vitals/blood tech was painless. The app is great with having all my visit info at a glance. On Sunday -there was a Full staff ! Thanks Carbon Highly Recommend.

My second time seeing Dr. Mule', and will not be my last. I appreciate the professionalism, bedside manners, personal treatment, communication, from Dr. Mule', and the medical staff at Carbon Health. Dr. Mule' truly understands and cares for his patients. I left his office today with treatment and guidance. I strongly recommend Dr. Mule' and Carbon Health.

This place has the best doctors. Within the past couple years we have had to adjust our medical care a bit and we have ended up here a number of times. They have helped us through Covid,Flu,colds,sprains and strains and being there when one of my kiddos fell and broke their arm. The passion that this group of doctors have is just amazing. Dr. Ashley and Dr.Conca personally have helped us a number of times and my kids actually are okay with coming here because of how awesome they are. In these uncertain times places have popped up quite a bit and unfortunately there are some of these places that are more about the money instead of the patient. Not here. I honestly trust the doctors here more and have been here more then my kids own pediatrician. Also scheduling an appt is a breeze. They have an app that you can set up appts 24/7. There was one night my daughter woke up very upset about her ear hurting and I was able to just hop onto the app and schedule and appt for first thing in the morning then put my phone down and cuddle her to help her feel better. It was a great way to quietly set up an appt and know that she would be seen asap. If you even run into needing urgent care ( or primary care as I believe they are also doing) just know that the doctors and staff here truly do care about you and their patients.

In the last 3 months I have been there 4 times with my children. Between strep throat and X-rays, all the doctors that we have seen have been great with my children and very patient and explained things before doing them so that my 7 year old won’t be scared. The staff is absolutely amazing and the doctors/pa are great too! They even let you know if your pharmacy is closed and suggest other options for you! I use their app and it’s great to have to follow all the details about your visit and care plan! I needed a doctors note for school so all I had to do was send in app a message and they followed up with a phone call to make sure they had all the details and it was uploaded in the app within minutes after the call! I highly recommend this place plus they have many locations to choose from! I usually make the appointment through the app and it’s easy and gives you the time you need! Plus they are open on weekends! Thank you CarbonHealth for taking care of my family when we need it!

We were bought into a room in less than 5 minutes from walking in the door. Office was very clean. The front office staff were very pleasant and professional. The doctor had excellent bed side manner and made my 4 year old daughter and myself very comfortable. I will definitely recommend to family & friends.

Amazing! Brought mom for an x ray. Staff was attentive, kind, thourough and made better suggestions than her cardiologist and vascular surgeon! Love that appointments can be made online. In and out promptly.

Took my 14 year old daughter for, what I thought was a routine x-ray. They were very thorough and helpful with the x-ray. We found out there was no break and the doctor wrapped the injury for her. When we were on our way out, my daughter fainted. Her blood pressure dropped and so did she. The staff ran to help. They got her up, into a wheel chair and into a room to continue to monitor her. They were all so kind, professional and patient. The doctor was extremely attentive and would not let us leave until he was sure she was ok. I am very thankful to all the staff that helped us today.

Everyone that works here is so nice! Special shout-out to the doctor and staff working tonight - I brought my daughter in a half hour before they close, but they were still booked for the evening. The doctor saw my little one anyway and they were overall very accommodating!

Great Urgent Care! The staff was very friendly and very thorough prior to me seeing the doctor. Dr. Mule was absolutely wonderful. He gave me a very thorough exam and isolated my problem right away. I wish I could make him my Primary! Definitely will see him on a as needed basis and will recommend the practice to friends and family.

Very happy with their service. I brought my 2 years old son to Howell NJ location. Made appointment that same morning and everything from then went very smooth. Everyone who was helping us was very nice and Dr. Ashley was great! We were taken on appointment time and everything including testing took under an hour. Thank you

I was taken care by Stephanie today and I just have to say she was one of a kind! Usually you do not see this anymore in the health care industry, but she was super nice and friendly and easy to talk to! I would definitely recommend this office ! So glad I found Carbon Health! Making an appt online was easy and efficient as were the follow up texts. The NP and assistants were friendly, helpful, knowledgable. My first visit today was excellent in every way. I feel lucky to have found this urgent care facility. I will return.

I would definitely recommend Carbon to friends and family ! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted very politely by the receptionist! The waiting area was organized and clean! I was called in to see the doctor and I was waiting not even 10 min! The nurse that took my vitals was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I was super self conscious having a terrible rash/infection on my face, but he handled himself well and it calmed me down! I was NOT left in the room waiting forever for the doctor!! No more than 5 minute after he left the doctor came into the room! Dr. Keville entered with a friendly smile and upbeat attitude! She listened intently as I tried to explain to her what was going on with my face. She asked all the right questions and was super knowledgeable about caring for my wound. She explained carefully what she was prescribing for me and in detail how to treat it at home. As a patient who has had bad experiences in the past with different doctors, it meant the most to me that she wanted to see me in 48 hours (2days) to make sure the medications were working properly! I felt very comfortable talking to Dr. Keville and opening up about my health issues! Overall my experience was great,and I can say I HIGHLY recommend Carbon Health !!! 🤗👍🏻⚕️🏥😷🩺
