Went in with an idea and came out with a beautiful engagement ring for my now fiancé. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful as I knew nothing about rings etc. such a smooth process and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone!

It was beyond wonderful working with Drew and the Jewlery Design team! Drew helped my fiancé and I from the start by educated us on the 4Cs. The entire process of selecting the Diamond Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat size was seamless! This was truly the engagement ring of my dreams, and they did went above and beyond our expectations! They even provided a computerized rendering picture of what it would look like prior to making the ring which was extremely helpful in the design process. This was experience like no other! There was a no pressure what so ever! We will happily visit the Jewlery Design team for all occasions in the near future!

I really loved working with Drew. He is a lovely person and does beautiful work. I brought in my 25+ year old engagement and wedding rings to be redesigned. After an initial consultation with one of his staff which ended in a result not at all what I wanted, I spoke directly with Drew. He promised to make things right, and he delivered on that promise. I am only giving this review 4 stars instead of 5 because it would have been ideal if anyone in the store could have helped me from the start without resulting in the miscommunication and rework. For custom work, I would encourage you to get a computer rendering (make sure that is stated on your order) or speak with Drew directly.

I have nothing but great things to say about Drew and his team! I recently worked with Drew to create an engagement ring for my now fiancé. He took the time to really understand what type of ring/design we were looking for and then went out of his way with numerous renderings and edits to really make sure we were happy with our choices. He made sure I understood all of the different options when it came to selecting a diamond and offered great advice from his years of experience in the industry. We never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision and Drew made himself readily available to answer any questions (I had a lot) I had. At the end of the day I would definitely recommend Drew and his team!

I went to Drew for an engagement ring upgrade and it was nothing short of spectacular! I get compliments every day. The only downside is that now I want more jewelry to enhance or upgrade older pcs. Everyone is exceptional at the Jewelry Design Gallery. This is my second time getting a custom made piece. I came in asking for a remake of my original wedding band and I am completely blown out of the water. They are meticulous with everything they do. I will never go anywhere else.
