Needed a simple battery replacement. The elderly gentleman said he couldn’t open the case but managed to leave a big scratch and wished me good luck. Is that a professional approach/attitude? Unlikely.

Bob and the entire Marinaccio family are so wonderful and so personable. We had a truly one of a kind experience picking out our wedding bands that I don't think we would have had with any other jeweler. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and wants to provide the best service possible for everyone that walks through the door. Not only were the wedding bands stunning, but they also made me custom earrings and a necklace for my special day. I would highly recommend them!

I stopped in to have some of my grandmother's rings resized, and they took amazing care of me! The turnaround was so quick, and they even shined my engagement ring for good measure. This place definitely gives off that family-owned vibe, and I love that!

We didn't want to give money to a big retail jeweler, so this family run jeweler was the perfect option. Both my rings were custom made and I am extremely happy with the design. The staff will walk you through everything you need to know and are SO knowledgeable about what they do. We hear about them through word of mouth. They're 1hr+ from where I live now, but it was worth the drive. Definitely recommend!
