We have a lot of problems with them, they don't help, don't give respectful service, don't care about the customer and talk disrespectfully. In my last conversation with them I spoke to a representative named Vanessa who spoke disparagingly. She claimed that my package had already been sent back but actually my package was with them!! She didn't even check and did everything to get rid of me. I do not recommend them at all.

LaShawn was the rudest sales associate ive ever encountered, called me Pus*y in front of customers threatened to beat me up and refused to call a manager when i requested one. I hope management takes care of these on going issues with the rude customer service

Apparently USPS has changed the way you can change your address.. I am currently in between homes and my active ID does not have the address that my mail has been being forwarded to.. this instantly made me anxious, a younger girl I did not get her name but I do believe she had braids was quick to jump in when I started overwhelmingly asking them what I'm supposed to do.. when I expressed I was between homes and jokingly said what am I supposed to do break back into that apartment and take the mail she said oh well then you'll have a home you'll be in jail.. Absolutely rude.. I went in there as a human being looking for help from other human beings.. I understand that the volume of my voice did raise bc I was having a full on anxiety attack(I creid when I left) because these people were straight up telling me I had no option to forward my mail to a new mailbox I had set up.. I was trying to ask them if I had utility bills from the old apartment if I could use that and they didn't want to hear it they kept telling me to stop talking over them and I'm like I'm trying to ask you for a solution and you're just telling me that there's nothing I can do. They told me to go get a temporary ID. Telling me to find a way to prove to dmv I live somewhere I don't... So I can use utility bills and bank statements to prove my address with them but not usps... When I aksed if there was a higher up number I could have tim asked me to leave... I feel it is important to add that one woman came out from the back and did say that I could individually change my address with all of my companies, etc.. I really dont understand thou as many peoples permanet addresses are different from their mailing addresses

There are 5 counter available, at the time 3 counter was open. They moved the line at a good pace. The postal office is a rectangular shape post office. There is free - 10 minutes - street parking available by the post office.

After having so many problems after problems, I literally had multiple people to assist me. But I am glad I have so many people who actually care at this place. Tim, Dan Lashan, Cathy and many more. Are literally great team to help. You literally need to go in crying to get help. I shouldn't have been rude on the phone but after having an issue with my PO box, glad this location was able to assist me. Definitely a new experience. Make sure if you rent a PO box keep an eye on who is able to access it and keep it to one person.

Second shipping package within 2 weeks both on Saturday transferred from ups …was returned to sender. Can’t thank u enough. Hope god blesses u 100 fold!

First off I frequent this post office at least a couple of days a week its in my town as well as other post offices like,( jericho 11753 and Hicksville 11801)This Clerk # 05 is the rudest slowest laziest other workers are always paging him hes always in The back fussing around or unavailable when theyre are working their butts off out front. Very condenscending and unfriendly. Asks me in front of other patrons whats in the package ! Never brought up the screen that says anything hazzardous , flamable or perishable press no/yes. ButThen Proceeds to ask me in front of everyone whats in the package ! What the Hell ! Ive seen him with other customers in the past same thing talks and treats customers like garbage like he's doing us all a favor and its free ! Disgusted with this chap !!! I will avoid him like the plague! By the way he is the one all the way on the left when facing the counter real piece of work !
